I was really happily surprised by the apartments shown, usually I dont love a model unit but I was really able to envision myself here. I was not able to see all of the layouts of the units available during my time frame which was understandable and I was given 3D renderings.

Great! I love this place. I always have. Except it smells like death on the first floor between the mail room and the gym. Idk if the leasing agents get commission or not, but can you imagine trying to show someone a new apartment where they are going to move their life, and that's what the main floor smells like? As a betting man, I'm going to bet that's costed Griffis and its leasing agents some renters for sure!!

We really enjoyed the tour of this complex. It was such a cool place and somehow made it feel like we're in the middle of nature in downtown Denver. The amenities are incredible and our tour guide, Gabe, did such a good job explaining everything and making sure it was all making sense to us.

Our move-in experience at Griffith Union Station got off to a rocky start when we discovered that the apartment we were originally assigned didn't match what was promised. After nearly eight hours of negotiation the day before move-in, we were finally placed in a different unit. While the situation could have easily turned into a nightmare, David at the front desk and Sarah went above and beyond to support us through the process. Their patience, professionalism, and kindness made a huge difference, and I'm incredibly grateful to them both. Despite the initial hiccup, I genuinely love living in this community. The atmosphere feels welcoming, and I've already made several friends here. My dog also enjoys the on-site dog park, which is a big plus. That said, one recurring issue is the elevators frequently being out of service, which can be especially inconvenient when living on higher floors. I'd also love to see more community events?opportunities for residents to connect and build relationships would really elevate the living experience. Overall, I'm happy here and truly appreciate the team members who helped turn our stressful move-in into a positive start

Love Griffis. Maintenance is always fast and done well (Collin is the best), love the location, always have great events going on within the community. Favorite place I've lived in Denver by far! Very happy here.

So far and fantastic experience. They were able to get my im the apartment in less than a day, amazing job! No hot water when I moved in, filled out a request online and someone was there in a few minutes. The grounds are very clean, the people at the desk are really nice and helpful. I cant say enough good things with my limited time there.

Griffis Union Station is a good place for people who are new to Denver that would like to be downtown but not right in the action. I do not recommend staying here long though, as this is another corporate apartment building that doesn't care about quality just taking your rent payment and doing the bare minimum otherwise. The location is good because it isn't a very busy street, but XDenver across the street is basically a frat house that brings constant noise, as well as the train tracks next to the building. The elevators work half the year, and the garage doors break every other month. But if your rent payment shows up 1 day after it's due, you'll get an eviction notice on your door from the apartment manager who spends most of the day reading a book at his desk in the back of the office. Overall the quality of the property is declining, with a rent increase last year and probably another increase coming this year because why not. If you have the budget, i'd skip out on the corporate apartment complex and look to FB marketplace for a private land lord in a house somewhere else.

I absolutely love living here,The staff are truly exceptional - they always treat me and my son with love, respect, and a genuine smile. It's clear they care about each resident's well-being and go above and beyond to ensure we feel at home. I feel grateful to have found such a wonderful place to call home. If you're looking for a welcoming and supportive community, look no further! I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a positive living experience. Thank you David, Cody, Carson and Sara ??

I have only lived in the apartment for a few days so it is hard to accurately gauge it as a whole. But from my initial experience, it has been delightful. The leasing and management staff has been helpful and provided an easy move in experience and I am looking forward to living here.

A decent apartment overall. Elevators are frequently out of order, so if you live anywhere above the first floor, be prepared to walk a lot. There are almost constant community amenity maintenance issues including the pool being closed six times in a one year lease, elevators being down, access doors being down, and basic amenities like the coffee machine frequently going down. Property managers are incredibly passive aggressive and seem to care more about chiding people for trash room protocol than actually ensuring the property is usable at all times. All that said, the apartments themselves are fine. Beware leasing on the north side as the train is insanely loud and they don't mention that at all.

Great place so far. No complaints. Fast service, they answer the phone every day, everything is clean. My apartment is very nice and has a close proximity to everything that is considered entertainment in Downtown Denver.

Great staff!
One of the things I’ve loved about living at Griffis Union Station, is the staff! Everyone from the front desk to the maintenance team is very attentive and ready to help. They are prompt and kind when it comes to concerns or issues that may be on my mind. Would recommend!

Good Spot
Good location, with a lot of fun things around, like ball park, some decent food, a king Soopers. The staff is super helpful and always happy to help if you ever run into any problems. They also keep the hallways and everything clean.

The place is not being maintained. It is hard to have people come over / orders dropped off with the current fob system. Packages are always stolen. People leave trash and poop everywhere. Appliances are bad

When something goes wrong within my apartment, it is handled swiftly and efficiently! However, when something goes wrong with the elevators, hot tub and pool, it takes significantly longer for outside entities to fix equipment in a reasonable amount of time.

I've been here a month. I love the community, the office staff and my apartment. My main complaint, and it's kind of big is the bad smell everywhere. The halls smell, it smells bad outside because they don't clean the dog park enough, and the room with the trash shoot which longers into the hall. However, none of that comes into my apartment.

The apartments started off chill , but the leasing office never fixed any of the things that were wrong with my apartments to begin with . I've never had a secured lock for the back door as well as I needed my room door replaced because there was a huge hole in the middle of it . There so many rats and the train is noisy . I definitely would not live here again

Best location, price, and staff!
I have lived here about a year and a half and just moved into a two bedroom. The location is extremely ideal in that it is walkable to Union Station, LoHi, and Rino areas of Denver. There is also plenty of bars, restaurants, and grocery stores that are also walkable distance. The neighborhood is pretty safe and there is definitely lots of sidewalks and walking/biking trails that are close by. For the amount of square footage per price, this place is the one to beat. I have toured other apartments in the area and nothing compares. All of the office staff are super friendly and welcoming. Any concerns that I may have, they are quick to understand and address if needed. My pup loves coming by to say hi to them and stopping by their treat station in the office. The maintenance guys are also amazing and any maintenance requests that I have had typically get completed within a day maybe two depending on volume and priority. I have honestly had nothing but a great experience here and cannot recommend it enough if you are looking for a place in downtown Denver.

Just moved in, so cant say too much about living here yet. That being said, the move-in process was smooth and the staff was very helpful! Probably the easiest move-in experience Ive ever had. Excited to be living here
