Griffis Union Station has become a wonderful home for us. The location is exceptional with easy access to downtown. Having King Soopers across the street is perfect to be able to run out and grab things when you need them. The staff is exceptional and so helpful. They are quick to respond to any needs. The only downside with the building is that it is right next to the train track and you can hear trains, especially at night.

I moved a little time, but I was very well received, always well attended, the people who work here are very competent and helpful. I had a little problem with the washer that was changed quickly. Congratulations to the management for keeping this place impeccably.

No issue or concerns with the property. My only complaint is the noise from the construction, train and rail. I should have done my research on this and will definitely choose wisely with my next complex. Otherwise, great!

I've only been here for a week, but everything has been great so far. The staff were extremely helpful and professional during the move-in process, and the minor initial maintenance requests that I had were handled same-day.

It's incredibly apparent how much effort the new management company is putting into this property. Since we've moved in a few months ago, we've seen a number of the amenities be upgraded, with the addition of a few new ones. I'd have to agree with another poster in saying beyond the lovely accommodations and competitive pricing, it's the management team that makes this property stand out. Carla is an absolute godsend and the best property manager we've ever had. Can't see us leaving anytime soon.

Griffis Union station is a great place to live. Pretty community, great amenities. Great staff and maintenance. My apartment looked very new and well maintained when I moved in. The front staff is very helpful and friendly.

I so far really enjoy the apartment I have only been here a short time. The dog park and fitness center are very nice to have in close proximity. However I feel that the front desk is lacking just a bit in their communication with one another.

Great staff, they are very helpful and friendly. The common areas are very nice and well maintained. Location is one of the things I like the most, it is super convenient and the area is absolutely walkable.

Pros: + Modern well designed floor plans with new appliances. + High quality building construction limit noise. + Convenient to downtown entertainment and offices without the need for a car to get to them. + Great amenities and service. Cons: + Large building with few elevators make getting groceries, moving-in/out, and anything else in and out of building challenging. + Cost for parking more than one car is high. Extremely limited street parking. + Next to freight train tracks. Noisy if on side of building next them or if your windows are open. Other: + Mainly a younger resident (< 30 yo) population but still a good number of all ages. + Next to Coors Baseball stadium. Pro/Con?

This apartment complex is a great place to live if you work downtown in Denver. It's very near Union Station, as well as a couple grocery stores and drug stores. Additionally the shared spaces are nice and convenient.

We love that apartment and the location downtown is perfect for our lifestyle. The staff is really amazing and are very timely in responding. Community is a mix of young and middle aged. There is an ama in gym, great pool and fun fenced in dog park

Overall experience has been good. The staff is always nice and helpful. If we had any issues, maintenance or other, it was always handled quickly. If you're near the dog park, the noise level can be high.

We love our Home at Griffis Union Station. The grounds are well maintained. The management team as well as the service team are just fantastic. They are always willing to help and work really hard to keep us all happy! We love the sense of community in the neighborhood too! Can't say enough nice things about Griffis!!

Very friendly desk staff. Great building. Quiet - which is pleasantly surprising considering the amount of young people and dogs. Very dog friendly. Clean and well maintained. The only issue comes from people who live here. Too many people don't pick up after their dogs. Unfortunately that's a universal issue.

Carla in the office is fantastic. Jose and the maintenance team are great too. The rent is affordable considering the amenities, space and location. We would definitely recommend Griffis Union Station.

I've only been here a week, but so far Griffis Union Station is a wonderful place to live! Victoria in the leasing office was an absolute dream to work with. She was so helpful answering all of my questions and going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed on move in day. There are a few things that could be repaired in the hallways like carpeting in some areas and boxes being moved out of the trash chute in a more timely matter but other than that GUS has been a wonderful place to live so far!

This place is under new management and I have been so impresseed so far! They are doing tons of updates and remodeling to make the space more modern and new! You really get to see where your money is going and that is great! The staff is very friendly and always willing to help.

I moved from out of state, sight unseen to Griffis Union Station. The staff is incredibly helpful and kind and made moving in a breeze. Management keeps residents in the loop on a daily basis and are very involved with the community in a helpful way more so than I have seen in previous communities I've lived in.

Since griffis took over, they've been making a lot of cosmetic updates, but haven't yet gotten to the real issues. I imagine that is the long term goal but it would be nice as a current resident to have the big issues address first. New gym equipment, new appliances in unit, fix the elevators, enhance the dog park and facilities.

It's been the best place I've lived! The staff is great especially Carla! They are caring and very easy to work with! They are great with notifying the residents of things that are happening that would impact us such as gym closures so we know ahead of time, they also email whenever we get a package which I love! No where else does that! Griffis is up to date, always clean and is in a great location!

Great experience, location and staff are wonderful. you should think about getting a private parking spot in the garage. And the king Soopers across the street is very convenient. My wife and I are happy to be here.

Staff is great. Amenities have been under construction for a while and we can't use them. Dog poop everywhere- my visitors always notice. Garage breaks a lot. Train is very loud therefore we have to close windows at all times and use the air... making electric bills very high.

I love living here and don’t see myself leaving anytime soon. The apartments are beautiful and the neighborhood is the most desirable in Denver. However to me what really stands out is the Griffis Union Station team. The maintenance is fast and the property is kept wonderfully. We have worked with Carla in the front office during our time at Griffis and she has really sent my love for the community over the top. If you are looking to live in this community- DO IT! And ask for Carla :)

This apartment is amazing, the leasing agents were incredibly helpful through the leasing and move in process and continue to be throughout the term of the lease. No issues have arisen that haven't been handled immediately and properly. Nothing to complain about.
