I love living here. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. The only thing that was a bummer was the pool not being open year round like they said it would be moving in. I totally understand the circumstances however it was a bummer. Other than that this complex is by far my favorite one living in thus far.

Great so far! Just moved in but no complaints. Everyone on staff is responsive and friendly. The building is quiet and the assigned parking spots are great for coming home after work. Super walkable neighborhood

Worst apartment I've ever lived in. Packages stolen, over flowing garbage everywhere. Hot tub has been broken for 10 months with no repair in sight. The community areas are absolutely disgusting. Run far and fast from this place!

Friendly staff, good clean fitness center, maintenance crew is always quick. Biggest complaint is the pool closed during the summer and the hot tub closed during the winter, and we are still paying for the amenity. Major complaint is lazy neighbors who pile bags of trash in the trash room or leave dog poop on the side walk.

Things don't get fixed very quickly, which makes for a frustrating place to live. Haven't had a pool for 5 months total, a hot tub for 8 months and still charged the same rent. Office staff doesn't really address issues or make the place as convenient or homey as they could. I'd like to see more upkeep with the common spaces and hallways so they are always in clean conditions.

Terrific management. Love the apartment layout and features and complex amenities and location. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new place, especially in the downtown area. Being new to the area, I can tell that this neighborhood is a place to be.

The complex said our request was fulfilled but no one ever came for maintenance or reached out to us in regards to the problem. The problem still is unfixed. The blinds dal off completely due to cheap materials

Friendly and professional staff
I recently had an issue with my heating unit. Once I filled out my service request, the staff responded quickly and resolved the issue immediately. They offered me space heaters and made me feel like they really did care about my comfort in the unit. Easy to talk to, friendly with real smiles, and professional. A person can’t ask for anything else. Thank you, that was a great experience in resolving my heater issue.

Amenities have been consistently broken since we moved in during February 2021. Despite plans to repair the dog park, hot tub and exterior stairs - the main glaring issue with Griffis remains Fetch parcel service. This company is a complete scam and everyone in the community knows it, they consistently lose packages and have absolutely non existent costumer service. I cannot in good faith recommend Griffis Union Station to anyone while Fetch parcel service is still a required "service" to pay for.

I moved into GUS in Oct. 2022. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My main complaint is the quality of the unit - I got one of the apts which has not been newly renovated and there are many cut corners and it was not clean upon moving in. Secondly the hallways are not well maintained. Dirty carpet, odd smells and walls with busted holes.

1) The staff, maintenance crew, and people of Griffis Union Station are all phenomenal. I toured several buildings, and was immediately sold at the FAR above average service, language, professionalism, and knowledge that the staff (Particularly, Kieran) had. Additionally, I had service tickets completed within 30 minutes of submitting them, and the maintenance member spent about 5 minutes in my unit. Absolutely best-in-class. 2) The halls, elevator, trash chute, and garage are very well-kept. Other than the occasional dog mess on the rocks outside, this must be one of the best-kept buildings in Denver. 3) It's probably about time that GUS ditched Fetch. Their services are abysmally limited now that the staff appears to have halved, and I have had some horrible experiences. Recently, I went in to pick up a package from their office after several "technical glitches", and there were half a dozen people who live at GUS experiencing the same issue. The Fetch staff were nice, helpful, and doing everything they could to remedy issues; but there is only so much one (and literally one) can do with an overrun business. I recommend that GUS revisits the amount of money that Fetch must be paying, and limit Fetch to an "Optional" service. 4) It's absurd how little noise I get in my unit. I suppose I got lucky; I saw many reviews that the proximity to the train tracks was causing people issues. However, the walls, door, ceiling, and floor transmit such little noise from the overpass, neighbors, and communal area that I often forget that I am living in the city. Props to these architects and construction workers. 5) I will be revisiting this review and likely updating once I have lived here for more than two months... I was asked to submit these notes after a maintenance visit. However, as of now (and at the price I am paying... not sure how much it's changed lately), I fully recommend this building.

The location is amazing but could use some updates. The fixtures are a little dated and have a lot of damage and where and tear on them. The apartment was cleaned at all it seems like from the previous tenants. Lots of stains and animal hair. I love the layout and space and the city view is nice! Overall I'd recommend this place

I’m so glad to have found this place!
I can honestly say I haven’t ran into any problems since living here. I wouldn’t change a thing, One if my favorite parts is that there is literally free lattes and cappuccinos in the lobby that taste like they were made at a coffee shop. Pets are allowed and treated just as well as any of the residents. My fiancé and I have been blown away by it all! Highly recommend!!

Something is always broken (pool, garage doors, AC, elevators, etc.). Maintenance has no idea what they're doing and is horrible with communication (we've had an issue since we moved in in April that was promised to be completed on 7/28 and it still isn't). When you ask a simple question at the front desk you get blank stares. Sidewalks smell like dog pee. Paying a monthly fee for Fetch even though you're forced to use it is asinine. The unit is nice (other than the insane train noise, but we chose the unit) and the location is great.

I've enjoyed my time here thus far. The community itself has a lot of cool areas around it so it's in a great location for me. The staff have been super nice and helpful. All in all I have no complaints.

I've had a decent experience at GUS. Most service requests are handled well and most times the office staff are helpful. We have had less security concerns recently, but security has been a major issue in our building. I also had a very negative experience in transferring units earlier this year where the office staff didn't document any of the transfer correctly and led to everyone scrambling at the last moment to get the paperwork done. That has left a rather sour taste months later, especially given the numerous service requests that were required to get the apartment into a livable state. None of that should have ever been an issue.

Overall my experience at GUS has been quite positive. Very few issues have been experienced in my time here, and response and customer service from property management has been superb. Tamra is great, and communication has been very transparent and timely.

Top Notch Facility
Graffis Union Station is an ideal place to live in Denver. The living space is high quality and up to date. The amenities are great and you get all of this at a fair price. The surrounding neighborhood has everything to meet your needs.

Best apartment in Denver
Hands down the best experience in luxury apartments! I'm so thankful for my home. Thanks to Tamara for always working with me especially having just losing my dad shortly after moving in. God bless you hun. ?? truly worth every dime every time. Here is to hopefully several years together ??

The community is comfortable and it is clear that the staff work hard to make it so. The building and primises is clean and well cared for, and I do feel like my concerns are addressed with proffessionalism. My two biggest complaints are late night noise (which the security team is generally able to resolve) and Fetch (which I do not feel provides a service equal to the cost).

The community is loud, they do not adequately explain how often trains go past with brakes squealing and stacking cars at 3am, you can eventually get used to it but it's still there, expensive, convenient to downtown, poor garage security, when you explain to staff your car was stolen from the garage they shrug their shoulders. when packages are stolen from outside your door there are no cameras or follow up. you have to use a package delivery company who will lose things and be unresponsive. but yes, it's very convenient and easy to live without a car (bc it was stolen)

We love living here! The apartment is great and the amenities really add to the quality of life. It's great having a gym and a pool. Our dog also loves the dog park here. The pool does break a lot which is unfortunate. There was a long time where it wasn't useable recently. They have fixed it now, so hopefully that will last. The location is amazing. Two parks right next to us and all the bars and restaurants downtown are walking distance. Honestly, would highly recommend living here!

Was promised an additional parking spot and did not receive one due to lack of property management. Second off not sure who does the upkeep of apartments but mine was not in top too shape as there were multiple things wrong and or out of place.

It is absolutely insane that you require 200 characters in order to complete this. I wrote a very nice statement but I am annoyed that I must provide a certain number of characters in order to complete this and submit the survey which by the way is kind of a pain in the --- to do. So you shouldn't put these kind of restrictions on the survey. Bad idea! Have a reach 200 characters yet? I guess we'll see you when I hit submit
