The apartment was well appointed, with more than adequate space. The community itself is quiet, and there were no major service issues. The location was is convenient when compared to other floor plans and complexes.

The fire pit and grills have not worked since I leased here 2 years ago. With repeated requests of the issue-4/2022, still not working. The hot tub has worked 1 time in the last 2 years-lists of excuses from the property are documented. The treadmill that was down (2 years in the making)was finally replaced by a stair stepper 2 weeks ago(4/2022). Pool sticks for the pool table were finally added 3/2022 after 2 years of nothing-pics on had if requested. To pay $1800 a month for a 1 bedroom located 100 yards from the train tracks and emenitities offered at the beginning of my lease not offered, I'm unlikely to renew my lease. If upper management were more assertive to get the issues fixed-I would be willing to pay the rent they are wanting.

love it here. Helpful staff. Chris is a great groundskeeper! Appreciate his consistent attentiveness to any issues that arise! Lots of changes always taking place at the complex but things are always communicated well.

The apartment location is really nice and there are a lot of features about the apartment complex I do like, such as the dog-friendliness and the low parking cost, but there are just little things that should not happen when you pay $1800 a month to live somewhere. Slow to respond to and complete maintenance requests, hot tub is always out of order, cheap fixes to problems within the actual apartment.

I had the best experience staying here. The building is absolutely beautiful. So many amenities, location is perfect, right is (LODO) which is the heart of Denver. Near so many restaurants. The staff was very attentive, great energy. The leasing manager Tamra Purdy is extremely helpful. I can go on and on! Loved every part of my experience!

The maintance staff is extremely helpful and prompt, Chris is always there to fix things right when I submit a request. At other places I’ve previously rented at it takes at least a week to get a repair but it’s usually same day.

I have enjoyed living here! The staff are so friendly, will greet you by name and ask how you day is! The gym is super nice and dog park too! Chris the my fav maintenance man ever. He will say hi to you in the halls, and get your ticket done in a timely fashion! The whole staff here is great! Fetch can be a hot mess and sometimes the homeless will come around, but other than that it’s solid

Everything is very easy to accomplish at this apartment complex. The staff is very helpful and responds quickly. The neighborhood is very walkable and there's easy access to I-25. Sometimes you do hear train noises but overall the street seems quiet, even on the weekends.

It used to be a lot better before Griffis took over. Before Griffis we had on site security, free parking, community events every month. That all went away with Griffis. More fees, no more security so cars are broken into often. They put up cameras but won't let you see the footage and nothing ever happens. They have started charging for the smallest things, like residents now pay to keep the lights on in the office, which was always included in rent. They even snuck those charges into our bill without telling us and blamed it on change in management and sent an apology email but seemed like only because they got called out. You can no longer have things shipped to your legal address and have to use a third party which we were told there would never be a fee for but now they charge us for. This becomes a deal if you need legal documents or something sent to your legal address for signatures etc. The documents won't get delivered unless it goes to this random third party company that may or may not deliver in a few days to a week. Overall I like the building and the location but can't wait until Griffis moves on. They are just the latest of several owners/management companies I have had since moving here.

Very quiet neighborhood but in the heart of downtown. Difficult to find that combination. Maintenance and staff are always extremely friendly and helpful. The view from our building of downtown is also excellent. 5/5 stars.

I have been living at Griffis Union Station for a year now and am about to renew with them. Tamara and the rest of the managers are always willing to help out and be accommodating to the best of their abilities! They have a gym, a dog park, a heated pool and hot-tub, a game room, and a courtyard! What more could you want! The apartments themselves are in good condition and I have never had to wait more than a few hours for maintenance to come and fix any small issues.

Griffis Union Station is great! The staff is super helpful. I love the amenities available at the building. The location is very centralized and is in walking distance of many stores and restaurants. Such a friendly and nice atmosphere!

Just recently moved in to Griffis Union Station -- first impressions are a great amount of space for a 2 bedroom, nice amenities within the complex, weird smells within the stairwells, hallways, and apartment itself and could have used a more thorough cleaning to prepare for move in. Apartment itself was also a lot older than expected, considering the older bathrooms, shade curtains, and popcorn-like wall & ceiling texture.

Average apartment for living in the city. Typical high rent and with a young crowd is fairly lively. Pool always seems broken, maintenance staff seems to rarely complete service to necessary degree, leaving anything they "fix" to need service again shortly after.

Great. This place was just what I needed! I wouldn't wanna live else where. I only wish the windows were sound proof due to the trains. Fortunately if one doesn't mind the sound of trains passing, it's the perfect location with great staff.
