The fridge was disgusting when I moved in and they did not fix it until 6 days later. Leasing agent was not empathetic about it. The neighbor in front of me smokes marijuana everyday and my apartment smells like all day. They force you to pay their wifi and it has not worked since I moved in. Besides that the facilities are great, the designs of the apartment are perfect, very bright. My apartment has a beautiful view of the sunset and it has light all day.

Great Community with Outstanding staff
I've had a really positive experience living here. THE COMMUNITY is clean, well-maintained, and feels safe at all hours. The amenities are a big plus- especially the pool and fitness center, which are always in great condition. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and professional. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful environment to rest their head.

I would not recommend a friend or family member to live at this complex. There is a significant roach infestation within the entire complex. Prepare yourself to be subjected to pest inspections without ask due to other problem tenants on multiple occasions that requires you to confine your pet to a small space for the entire workday. Or for treatments prepare to have to find a sitter or take off work because you and your pet need to be out of the apartments for hours after treatment. The leasing staff except Kevin are rude and disorganized. The grounds are barely upkept, other than maintenance having to pick up dog waste, and cleaning the floors of the hallways and entrances. The laundry machines and dryers are consistently breaking and take months or even years to fix (have never experienced this issue in past apartments). The elevators break consistently. There are immense safety concerns with this complex, the building codes are not changed every year, or at request. The building codes are the same for every building except one, so anyone who has lived here can come back and access the building(s). There is consistent theft. While they have an amazon locker, it is only accessible for delivery drivers during leasing office hours during the week until 5PM, otherwise, prepare for you packages to be placed in an area where it will get stolen. There are no security cameras in the entrance of buildings or the stairwells. When I moved in almost everything was broken in my apartment, including the shower, the heater (which was blasting heat with no way to turn it off), the dishwasher, the disposal, shelves and drawers and the patio door. The apartment was also not clean when I moved in, while the floors and the basic surfaces were semi-clean. The cabinets, and shelves were dirty (I ended up cleaning them myself), I found dirty napkins and food underneath the fridge and the oven. The AC unit in the bedroom was barely screwed on, rusted and covered in dust. The fan in the bathroom was covered in dust and rusted, and the toilet paper holder was practically falling off. The amount of space in the apartments is nice, the pool and hot tub (if not broken) are nice, the patio size is great, the location is great, and the big dog park is a great amenity. In addition, the maintenance staff are nice and friendly and timely with your requests. But, overall, I would not recommend living here, unless there are serious improvements to the complex.

Terrible. Very unsatisfied and very unhappy with how everything has been handled. Getting them fix everything has been a hassle. The leasing staff has been rude and very unapproachable when it comes to complaints filed. Instead of looking at the lease and talking to me in a proper manner I was talked to like I was a problem and an issue. I get everyone has a bad day but there’s no excuse for how rude the phone call and interaction was. I’ve only been here three weeks and it’s bad.

This is genuinely by far the worst living experience I have had living in any apartment complex... By far. These buildings are literally falling apart and the property staff refuses to do anything about issues. No working AC, only a few working (barely) laundry machines that are 20 years old, holes left in ceilings after multiple leaks throughout the building, cockroach infestation from other residents, residents pee in the lobby and it’s just left there AND the management team doesn’t even send out an email saying don’t pee in the lobby? That doesn’t even begin to describe the absolute disgusting and horrible experience it is to live in these apartments. Do not live here, you will very much regret paying them rent for uninhabitable living conditions.

There’s a thing outside my apartment that sounds like a car accident and it goes off every 10 to 15 minutes. That makes it hard to enjoy the balcony of my apartment with peace and quiet. I am not a fan of that. But everything else seems good.

I like the layout of my unit especially the view to the courtyard. I like the finishes of my apartment. Love the size of my balcony. I like the Amazon locker room that also stores my bicycle. I like the greenery and the fact the dogs have a place to roam free.

In all honesty I was going to rate this place high however the last few months here have been a disappointment. Last weekend I was outside unwinding after the weekend and in the vegant unit above me one of the maintenance members that lives here ripped my lights off the ceiling. I saw the hand come down and ripped the lights off the ceiling and everyone at the pool was cheering.. Do I feel safe living here no, my cars being vandalized there was a police report on it. The thin blue line supports are not welcome here.

The last few years with the lodge apartment's has been blah, alot of thieft and just not really good people moving in. Disappointed with our screening policy. It feels like anyone is moving in and our community is suffering from it!

Again, not a good experience. I was only giving the tour of the model they use for EVERY new customer. The floor plan looks NOTHING like the apartment in terms of the remodel. In my opinion, if the customer cannot see their apartment until close of moving in, then we need to be able to see the apt i'm moving in too 2-4 weeks before. Overall I can tell the audits for the remodels are average and it seems maintenance cares, but they treated to do everything quick vs real solutions. At this point the A/C clearly needs to be removed but since Greystar is cheap with this specific apartment, it seems solution was to use a vacuum to dry the A/C. Clearly that's not working! And using a vacuum is the solution, I can do do that myself. So the face that i'm still dealing with ongoing issues that are never really resolved. How can you expect me to be happy hear when i'm paying close to $1,700 monthly - Not worth it

I have only had a couple minor maintenance requests while living at The Lodge but each time I’ve submitted one, Quenton or another member of the maintenance team has showed up at my door to fix it within a few hours. Every issue has been quickly and permanently solved. I also want to say that my apartment itself and the apartment grounds at The Lodge have been the cleanest & most well maintained of all the apartments I’ve lived at. I’ve lived here for almost a year and have only seen 3 tiny bugs in my apartment (months apart from each other). Thanks to the amazing maintenance crew at The Lodge!

The best thing I can say about The Lodge is that I know I made the right decision to live here. The location is perfect for me, and my apartment layout still feels fun and fresh to me. I'm excited to be in my own space for the first time in my life, and it really feels like I can grow and be my best self here.

I have no common walls, that is the rest of the building is on the other side of the staircase. I have always been on the third floor which makes me feel secure. The other tenants around me are very congenial and hospitable Our current leasing dept. staff are very congenial and well versed in our needs and always accommodate the best possible

Good amount of space, pet friendly, and maintnence/staff is usually on top of things. When the upstairs apartment's dishwasher was flooding our unit, the main maintenance guy was really great and fixed it. However, we had a situation where roaches were coming from other people's units for around six months, and we had to go through treatments every week and had to keep our kitchen on the floor because we would have had to dismantle it every week otherwise. It was a living hell. Thankfully, they mostly seem to be gone now, but I have little hope that they won't come back, as other units are still dealing with them. Until this roach problem gets fixed fully, I cannot in good faith reccomend this property. Also, some members of the maintenance staff are a bit lazy, leaving a mess after they do their work. In general, I'm just very frustrated with this property. I'm thankful I don't mind noise, because do be aware that the dogs will bark all night.

A hidden gem for an apartment. Beautiful wooden floors, very nice ammenities around the property including a year round hot tub, giant balconies, basketball court/dog run/giant green space courtyard, amazing location for the price. Overall, a great place to live for the price and location!

The reason I gave such a low response to the security question is due to the fact that my car was broken into twice. I also had my mountain bike stolen out of the Amazon room. The bike had a lock on it and it was cut off.

I love the lodge apartment homes they are great the staff is nice in the offfice and the maintenance team is fast and dependable. The hot tub year round is really nice and the community is clean. I am glad to live here

The grounds were well kept in 2020 now it is riddled with dog poop, there’s no greenery or plants near building C. Maintenance is great but the buildings are old and the stairwells doors slam very loud.

I have been here awhile and have not had any issues other than the occasional thing that one of the workers needed to fix but it was quick. They make it easy to live here. I plan to stay for a bit. Although we would like more time to pay rent.

Double billed cleaning fee
This is the response from management: The Lodge Apartment Homes Hello Rick. I am sorry to hear you were not satisfied with your experience. However, in your review you stated that we charged you twice for a cleaning fee. This is no the case. The only thing you were charged for is the final utilities and a single cleaning fee. Thanks again for taking time to let us know how we can improve. Your feedback matters, and we hope you'll consider us again in the future. All the best to you. Here’s the truth: On august 30, I hired a professional cleaning company for the apt. Before turning in the keys, I spoke to Kiel to advise I hired a cleaner & would return later that day with the keys. I paid $120 for a professional move out clean. I sent copies of the bill, along with photos to Kiel. Days later I received a final bill, which included a fee of $110 for cleaning. It’s interesting that he chose to omit relevant facts, only to support his narrative, which is a lie. Not surprising. In the end, I paid both a $120 and a $110 fee for cleaning. Luckily I have the proof and no judge in Colorado will allow them to double dip for the same fee.

Management doesn't care about any issues. Maintence guys are all friendly and kind but not trained properly. Management also is okay with tenants shooting arrows at the rabbits on the grounds as they had proof a tenant did this but couldn't get a hold of him on the phone so they just dropped the issue. It's unsafe here
