I like the grounds, the club house and the location. My home is very quiet, no noisy neighbors. I like the eat in kitchen and the big, huge deck that I have. The property manager seems to be a very wise and knowledgeable man. He has helped me every step of the way.

Apartment has cockroaches its old dirty feeling and has no insulation for sound u hear everyone and heat snd ac is ran by staff so we roasted all winter and now roasting for summer the staff can be very rude and do not always give notice before walking In your home

I just moved in last week. So far I have been pretty disappointed with the pest control, spa temperature (frigid), cleanliness of common areas, constant Marijuana smell, and maintenance work. I will make it work, but it is not the environment I was sold on during the tour.

It is conveniently located, at least for me and based on the cost and all things considered, it is a real place to live. If anything, very small portion of residents are the ones who makes it not as great as it could be.

I had some problems when I first moved in and it wasn't ideal. But the lodge maintenance workers fixed all the issues and have been great ever since. I had some other minor stuff needing to be worked on by they are always pretty fast.

Two hundred characters is too many. Some vandalism around here but the maintenance staff is always on it. The new laundry system is extremely frustrating. We were hacked twice filling in the money in out account. We now use gift cards to avoid being hacked. Two dryers have been out of order for over a month. Dryers #37 and #40 to no resolve. To fix these two would help us residence immensely.

Great experience not bad at all. the staff and community experience is good and all the places in this community is perfect. please ask neighbors to not scream and yell at nights, do not disturb others.

Not good. The apartment complex is gross and the building is old. The doors squeak and you can easily hear people dogs barking around the whole building. The make you pay for laundry which is horrible, and cars are constantly broken into. I would wish my worst enemy to live in this building.

Since I moved in, I have had a ton of other residents talk to me, and all agree that they really love the community. Anyone who has come visit me has really enjoyed the property and taking walks! So far I love it here

I love how much green space we have, the dog park make it the difference, and the 2bd apartment are pretty good. But the AC system isn't insufficient for days over than 85 degrees, besides that, I'm happy with this place.

Do not rent here, crime is rampant. The management staff speak to you like your a problem for renting there. Dog ---- all over the lawn, amenities are constantly broken. Laundry room constantly broken machines and people steal your clothes. Horrible neighbors. The list goes on and on and on. Horrible place to live.

Thirty-three years on the property
I have lived here 33 years. What I like is the predictability and professional way things are handled. Recently, maintenance had to do some work and they are very proficient and communicable. It feels like I have my own home. There is privacy and where I am, there is no noise from other apartments as the neighbors adhere to the Good Neighbor Rules. We live as a community and are considerate of each other. There are prescribed ways that things are handled by the management office so that things are systematic and proficient.

Great quiet and mellow spot to live with plenty of space. Close proximity to many parks and bike trails. Maintenance team and staff are always fast to respond, friendly, and helpfuI. I would recommend this apartment complex to friends and family.

My review would not be overwhelmingly positive so I don’t thing you want it. The building is pretty old and hasn’t been updated in a while. Although there is a cleaning crew everything still feels dirty. Neighbors are often loud. Maintenance is hard to work with and hard to get in touch with. The large balcony and the unit floor plan are nice.

Jace is friendly, helpful, and courteous — 5 stars for Jace, the highest rating. The maintenance team is excellent, friendly, and helpful. There were several minor items that needed correction upon move-in — all promptly fixed with a pleasant attitude. Again, 5 stars for the maintenance team.

The apartments are nice inside. The apartments are pretty spacious considering the rent. The community offers nice ammenities such as a fully functional gym, pool, hot tub and dog park. Only wish it that the community laundry was better, the machines are not great but still do the job. However, the pay card system for laundry is convenient rather than having to get coins.

friendly neighbors, affordable rent, nice landscaping on the property. big dog park, community activities, free food and drinks. Safe Hub boxes to receive packages. Helpful and friendly office stuff. A lot of parking spaces available for a tenants.

I have greatly enjoyed being a resident at the Lodge. It's an excellent place for my dog and me to live in Denver. The apartment complex is conveniently located around plenty of food and entertainment and is only four miles from Downtown Denver. The staff has always been super helpful with any problems I have and all around have helped give me an excellent experience. I highly recommend this place because of its convenient location and competitive rent prices. I just recently renewed my lease for a second year here.
