Good until our fridge went out twice in 2 weeks losing all the food twice and no one is making anything solutions but to just keep buying new food when it's their appliances that are causing the problem

I was very excited to move in after the initial tour. However, the information given to me by the employee who gave the tour was not accurate. Moving in was harder than expected because there was not an elevator in my building as per expectations. After asking for help to relocate to another part of the community I was very disappointed by the manager/regional manager's response of, "you can pay 4 months rent to get out of our lease, you can sublease to someone else, or you can pay $230 a month for another apartment the same size." I am hopeful that the management of this complex will do the right thing.

I would give this apartment and its management company Greystar negative stars if possible. Our move out experience was the worst in my entire life, and I will never recommend a Greystar property to anyone but my worst enemy. It's seriously not worth moving here unless you have NO other choice. I understand that renovations took place during our stay, but the communication about the schedule was lacking and often completely wrong. We were locked out of the building, woken up by workers cursing in the hallway, unable to leave because there is caution tape all over our front door… the list goes on. Neighbors doors slam day and night, dogs barking echoes in every hallway, there is no relief from the constant noise. The snow removal in the parking lots is a joke, and the drain pipes leave ice all over the staircases outside making it very unsafe. Don't get me started on the dog poop, it's everywhere. And even though there is mandatory fee for pest control there are still plenty of cockroaches. Be ready to pay 2X your normal rent for any days that you might need to tack on to your lease in order to move out. Don't plan to ever set foot on your carpet or hang artwork on your walls, you'll have to pay for it. There is no such thing as 'normal wear and tear". We went above and beyond the cleaning listed in the lease, and spent 4 days cleaning until our apartment was spotless. Yet Greystar charged us for all new paint and professional carpet cleaning. You can be ready to dispute the charges that will arrive on your final bill, but it won't matter. At the end of the day Greystar will supply you with out-of-focus photos and even charge you for things that were wrong with the apartment when you moved in. Bottom line? Save yourself a lot of hassle and just don't move here or to any other Greystar property, I imagine they treat you just as poorly at all of their locations.

Everyone is so friendly and welcoming! We have met tons of other dog parents. The front office is amazing! They have been so helpful, mainly Julie and Devon. So far the only negative I have found is that the walls are pretty thin. It hasnt been an issue yet, and I dont think it will be everyone is very respectful. So far we have been very happy with our decision.

I’m very happy I chose The Lodge! The staff is amazing! The grounds are well kept and always look impeccable. I feel very safe here. All the neighbors have been friendly and respectful. The apartment itself is very cute and clean!

My experience has been both good and bad. The apartment managers and maintenance staff have been great. The neighbors seem to like cussing and swearing too much and doing dumb federal agent stuff that I want no part of.

Apartment campus is well kept and visually pleasant. The lodge staff are attentive, friendly, and helpful! The community accommodations are fairly extensive in respect to apartment complexes in the area however it would be nice to 24/7 access to an indoor common area aside from the fitness center. Additionally, the temperature comfortability in the units aren't always reliable (a/c) and the common expenses allocated among residents monthly is inconsistent and seem relatively high "per" basis.

Multiple things wrong with our apartment, all getting fixed just one at a time. We’re at 2 1/2 months here and are still getting things fixed one by one.. gates are broken at the small dog park and there is a fence lying in the middle of it. People keep there dogs off leash pretty constantly which means I can’t take mine out as often because they don’t do wel with random dogs running up to them, as most dogs...

Great atmosphere on the property. The staff is more than welcoming when you go into the front desk. I truly enjoy my experience living here! I would recommend this property to anyone, especially if you have a pet!

I had nothing but positive experience dealing with the staff at our main office and also I maintenance staff . I have really enjoyed living here the past six months and have decided to continue renewing my lease. I absolutely love the newly renovated apartments and buildings, the pool is fantastic and overall think it's a great neighborhood !

This apartment is well worth your money. You have so many amenities and the management is great. The apartments are up-to-date and the community feels secure. I would recommend this apartment to anyone starting out living in Denver.

Staff is always friendly and attentive. Work orders are always resolved on the 1st request. The apartment grounds are always kept clean. I would recommend this apt complex to anyone. The gym and pool areas are great and its super pet friendly. We have one of the best doggie parks in the area.

The complex appeared to be more than decent when I moved in. Now its just clear that the tenants dont give a damn about cleanliness, as areas of the complex are just filthy. Our washers are complete filth as well. My whites come out gray now. I just dont know that the quality is there at all anymore.

People keep top themselves. Great employees & they don't bother people. Hope in the future there will be a kids playground but overall phenomenal place to live. place has done renovation with great additional features to the office and pool area, gym etc.. would definitely recommend to family and friends.

The lodge is a great community and good living conditions with some amazing staff especially Devon we have been working with him for going on three years now and he has never disappointed. They have a great dog park and access to the cherry creek walking trail for walking your dog on an outside the park adventure! Its a good community and has a neighborly feel to it.

Welcome part to the community was good. And the staff are very professional. But it would have helped if the apartment was sprayed for any bugs or insects. That's one of the biggest thing which made me sad when I saw lots and lots of insects in my apartment the day when I moved in. Apart from that everything is fine.

My experience here at the The Lodge has been pretty positive. The staff is friendly and makes people feel at home here which is very important in such a large community. The people that live here are also friendly and come together at community events amd participate in contests for cool prized which I think it's awesome experience to live here at the lodge.

I enjoy the community, especially the events that the Lodge holds frequently for all residents. I also really enjoy the location of the Lodge at Aspin Grove. The team at the lodge has always been accomidating and helpful with any issues I have had.

I've had a great year living in this community. The management team is extremely helpful and always went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible any time we had any issues. There are a lot of new renovations going on at the property that have vastly improved the property in my opinion. I do agree with another reviewer in that there are quite a few water shutoffs for Building A, however, I think the office staff did a great job informing us when this would happen and 9 times out of 10, it would happen during working hours so rarely did we ever noticed it. I NEVER had a bug issue so I suppose that depends on your cleanliness. There's a fantastic dog park inside the complex so anyone with dogs will really appreciate that. The new pool and hot tub is absolutely amazing and great for parties. Overall, it's bittersweet to say goodbye to this wonderful community but I'm absolutely thankful for the fantastic year I've had here. Keep up the stellar work guys!

It’s been a few months since I have moved into the community and I have been pretty satisfied. At move in there were were a few issues: my apartment wasn’t ready on the move in date and I couldn’t get into the building. (Keep in mind the staff accommodated my move in date by turning and renovating the apartment almost a week sooner than it was to be ready) However, this was quickly fixed and the management staff provided a fix to make sure it was ready the next day. I never have a problem finding parking even if I am back late at night after everyone comes home from work. The laundry facilities are clean and well kept, the reno in m apartment could have been done better but it’s still a great space for the price. It’s convenient to just about everything in Cherry Creek. The worst part (being a dog owner myself) is there are a few irresponsible dog owners that do not pickup after their dogs! So frustrating! However, the management has taken action and it seems to have gotten a bit better. Still, watch your step! Overall, everyone in the office Devon, Julie, and Tammi are great! They will even email me if I have a lot of packages that I need to pick up! Living in an apartment won’t be like living in a house. I can hear my neighbors at times (not always) and sometimes the faint Colorado smell every now and then; however, people should just be allowed to live their lives. Most of my neighbors have lived in this community for years and I take that as a good sign. If you are on the fence about it and moving from out of state like I did, I would totally take the chance. If my experience changes then I’ll definitely update, but as of right now I don’t have any complaints.

The apartment has been going through a transformation since I've moved in. A lot of the apartments are being upgraded, which is nice, but the buildings are old, the walls are thin, and you can hear your neighbors moving above you. There have been some pest issues in the past, but it seems a little better now. This would be a great community to live in if the neighbors weren't so loud and inconsiderate.

I LOVE The Lodge!! Tammie is an awesome community manager - very personable and professional. She has hired a GREAT team - Devin and Julie are mainly who I speak with and they are always super friendly and really take the time to interact with residents. Love their events and competitions they put together. Overall, this is an awesome community and I will be here for a while! :)

The experience at The Lodge has been wonderful. The improvements they've made over the last 2 years we've been here are outstanding. Everything is well maintained. The staff are very friendly as well! The community events are fun and the staff does a great job of including everyone and providing introductions. Everyone is very attentive to security questions or maintenance needs and they have always been VERY helpful with packages and coordinating with our pet sitters! We love this place!
