I feel very safe and the community is really nice. I feel like i have found my home. I love how many people have dogs and are willing to get to know you. I feel like the place I live is very close to everything.

    Overall a great place to live. I love the friendly maintenance staff, as well as, the staff in the office. They do a good job handling the issues that arise. Other than the water temp in the shower never being consistent, and the issues with the air conditioning its an overall good experience.

      The Lodge Apartment management is nice and prompt with apartment repairs. They are very clean quiet and updated apartments. The working amenities with the pool, hot tub, and gym are also up to par. Its also in a convenient location.

        This the most expensive apartment i've ever had and it is the biggest dump by far. The only up side is it's location. There is trash everywhere, all of the "green space" is covered in dog poop. There is currently poop in the stairwell , and a couch nobody wanted in the lobby.

          Good. My experience has been fine. I believe the website is slightly deceiving and deserves real pictures of the apt online. Neighbors dont pick up dog feces. It can be very noisy in the hallways and even inside the apt too. Overall, experience is good to stay until my contract is up.

            My first large complex experience as Ive only rented from single homes or smaller boutique firms. This experience generally aligns with the lower expectations of a larger property; more noise and inconveniences with lots of unit and building quirks/breakdowns to discover each month while simultaneously offering central convenience on a 2020 budget. Since living here Ive had my car broken into, then had a sticker plastered to my vehicle window that still is stuck there, packages stolen, police report filed, had no way to turn my AC off during the summer where my apartment would be a constant icy 60 degrees and no way to turn the heat off in the winter where it maintained a steady 85 (thankfully maintenance did finally show me how to turn it off because theres nothing they can do to fix the thermostat). There are unpleasant odors which permeate from tenants past or just the thin walls. Trash (including broken glass, food, cigarettes, and even dog ----) is consistently tossed onto my patio by passerbys or from balconies above despite the dumpster being within eyeshot of where they discarded their trash. It has potential but in a complex this large and old its just never going to be perfect, but I do feel the staff tries their best and is making an effort to lessen some of these burdens outside their control. More people, more problems.

              Shawn and Brittany are the best! they're super friendly and very professional. Overall living at this complex is worth it considering how central we are and how nice this community is. We also have really friendly neighbors :)

                I lived in Redan GA (the hood of Georgia) and I rather go back to redan than live in the lodge. You would have to pay me to live here. The lodge is home of all the bad dogs. Every dog that hasnt been trained in Denver somehow lives here. I can hear people throwing up 2 units down because the walls are just that thin. This place smells terrible.

                  Overall ok value for the great location and amenities. Apartments are aesthetically pleasing and feel high-end, even though they are tiny for the price and there are corners cut here and there (cheap interior doors, loud heater/air conditioning units, a few other small things here and there). There are pretty regular issues with water and air conditioning/heating (about every other month one of these things fails for entire buildings). There are definitely some issues and the rent increased by a huge amount this year without any added value to the residents, but it's still a decent value if you want to be in a nice area that's close enough to downtown without actually being downtown. If you can afford it, it's a nice place in a great location, but I'd recommend looking outside of Glendale for a much better value.

                    I have only been living in this apartment complex for a little over 2 months, but so far have no major complaints. All work orders filed have been taken care and acknowledged and everything has been done in a timely manner

                      It feels cheap. It feels like they staff has been told to resolve issues as cheaply as they can and to brush minor issues under the rug. Not very professional. Management doesn't seem to have the capacity to problem solve.

                        I used to like this apartment complex. It's been terrible for the past year. The staff used to be great, but since Devon left it's all gone downhill. They're rude and not very helpful. It's also frustrating because it seems like they care very little about the upkeep of the property. There are holes in walls that get filled but never painted. Door handles in entrances break and they take 6+ months to fix it. Earlier this year when there was a water main break and we didn't have water for MULTIPLE days, they did nothing except say "here you can use vacant bathrooms in unused units" and gave us TWO 16oz bottles of water. Yeah, 32oz of water lasts long when there is NO water. Also, I do not want to share a shower with tons of strangers. Gross. You could have at least discounted our rent or done more for the inconvenience. Neighbors are rude and extremely loud and they don't do anything but send emails. The complex always smells like weed. I can't even sit on my balcony because someone is ALWAYS smoking weed. I have issues getting mail delivered, packages delivered properly, and stolen packages. The "security" of having a door code was something I really wanted, but people leave doors propped open all the time and the leasing office does NOTHING. Such great security. When I first moved here things were decent, now they're a train wreck and I can't wait until my lease it up and I can get out of here.

                          I love my apartment. I love the big balcony and the new flooring. Everyone is nice and friendly. The parking lots are great. I like the non reserved spaces personally. I like that we have a recycling bin. If I had a dog, I'd hang out in the dog park too.

                            I love my apartment community, it is such a friendly community and the staff is doing amazing to follow Covid-19 protocols while helping me out, and making sure I have a great experience! The office staff helps me with any difficult situations, and if I have any issues with my packages!

                              Moving into The Lodge has been a great experience! The grounds are beautiful and the amenities are excellent. The residents are very friendly and the community is inviting. The location is awesome with so many businesses nearby and quick access to I-25. I'm sure anyone would love living here!

                                DO NOT RENT HERE. The property is disgusting, no upkeep and the cleanliness is subpar. They cut back on cleaning the facility during a pandemic.. that doesnt make any sense. We have had multiple packages stolen from our own building and the secure HUB at the office. The amenities are a joke, and the courtyard where the dog park is reeks of dog poop and trash. We will never rent or go near another GreyStar property again.

                                    My wife and I had been searching for apartments for a solid two months when she happened upon the Lodge. We loved the room layout and decor, and the price was amazing for a Colorado home. They do everything they an to situate their tenants and I am so excited to be living here with cool amenities like a dog park, pool, and grill station. I have told friends who are looking for a fantastic community that the Lodge is the place for them!

                                          The staff here are great. They are a huge reason why I chose to live at the Lodge over other apartment homes. They are on top of everything and make sure I am always well taken care of. Each staff member is really sweet and goes out of their way to check in.

                                            This place really seems like they are good on the outside but once you live in these apartments there are a lot of cheap finishes and if you live on the ground floor the lack of finish to the baseboards leaves space for sugar ants, roaches, and other critters to roam your apartment as well

                                              I have been living here for quite some time and it has been ok. The management has changed a lot over the last few years and has gotten much better. Most of the staff are great with the exception of the property manager.

                                                The only renovated areas are the lobby and pool area. Buildings are in poor condition and rent is at least $100 more each month. Its almost too pet friendly since there are dogs constantly barking at each other or without leash. Theres not much security, but maintenace can be quick to respond and most of the staff is pretty nice.

                                                  The Lodge is a great place to live! The apartment is spacious and looks really nice, and the amenities are great. I really like the sense of community here- people are really friendly and it is easy to meet your neighbors. It's super central to restaurants, downtown, and Cherry Creek too! The staff are very friendly and helpful, and very quick to help resolve problems. I love living here!
