Terrible maintenance team only rivaled by the ineptitude of the management team. Don't expect any consideration from this crew, once they have a lease on file for you they just tell you to deal with it with the same fake smile they used to sell you the apt. Don't trust these people, they will steal from you.

Great staff, good amenities, very nice office, pool, and dog park, some more landscaping to do but overall nice, remodeled units have nice finishes, old ones need a lot of work. Excellent parking availability. No recycling. Huge balconies.

The Lodge Apartments seem to be going well so far. Can't hear a lot of noise between apartments and there are good facilities for dogs. Devon in the leasing office is incredibly nice and helpful. Overall the experience has been good.

This is the first maintenance order where we have gotten a subpar experience and has been lengthy; It is not resolved yet. I'm hoping this survey brings a resolution. Also, I have communicated to management that the parking lot next to our building C, has people from the apartment complex across the street parking in it, as I have watched them & witnessed myself. I have brought it to Management's attention & they've asked me to monitor it, & call a tow truck. I don't feel it's my responsibility to monitor the parking here. I feel like we should have parking passes for the community; as the a parking lot gets full.

This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in!! The management is HORRIBLE!!! They are evil, vindictive and childish and don't give a s*** about their residents. The buildings have bugs, mice and constant water/plumbing issues! They will GOUGE you with bulls*** charges when you move out. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!

The potential is here but the owner doesn't care about the place? There's no management. There is no tenant association. The place Goes Wild on the weekends and we as tenants have to quiet them down the security in the management don't do anything. The walls are thin

Living at The Lodge has been great, they really do care about their tenants. Community events are something new I've experience and even though I have not been able to make it to one because of work, they sound like fun. I have not had to worry about roaches, mice or bedbugs since I started living here, apartment/building/grounds are always clean and looked after by maintenance whom I see every morning hard at work. Overall the community is quiet, peaceful and I love the neighborhood vibe.

The apartment is falling apart. It is old and in horrible shape. There are always police in the building next to ours. I don't feel safe at night. We pay a lot of money for having an apartment that is awful. The office and pool are the only nice places in the community.

The Lodge is a great place to live if you want to be central to everything you may need on a daily basis. Shops, parks, and other activities are only minutes away. The grounds are beautifully kept and very pet friendly, and the apartments are clean and we'll maintained.

The property management staff does an exceptional job, they communicate frequently when the need arises, they're professional and friendly. The property has gone through major renovations over the last year, the improvements to the community, the amenities; new pool and hot tub, resort style lounging area. Parking is a premium in Denver, the onsite parking is plentiful. If I weren't moving out of state, I would stay at The Lodge.

Apartment in great central location, surrounded by lovely houses and other apartment complexes (mix of old and new). Not gated but feels safe so far. Staff are friendly and seem to be on top of keeping the property clean. New pool area looks gorgeous!

Great place for a good price. The only issues being the hallways within the buildings are not great at all and people continuely break the locks on the doors to the buildings. The inside of the apartment itself it great though.

My living experience has been good for the month I have been living here. It's a good area to live in, maintenance is very helpful and kind. The outside our out of the apartments is beautiful it has always been kept clean just like the inside of the apartment. I hope to be living here for a few more months

Apartment was not cleaned before move-in. Dust everywhere, a/c filter filled with dirt, walls and cabinets dirty. Work on appliances was not completed before move-in, and work-order request was barely completed, instead signed-off as quality will be added to move-in sheet. Keyless entry took weeks before working and exterior key lock was about to come out of the door (which took weeks to get fixed, and was unnoticed until I brought it to management attention). Building hallways need extensive restoration and cleaning. Apartment itself is nice once it's been cleaned. Wish there was more cabinet or storage space in kitchen but can manage with some self-purchased and installed fixtures. Noise bleed from other apartments is fairly normal, outside noise from patios carry over significantly. Pool isn't ready yet but looks like it'll be nice. Business office is convenient as I don't have a printer (and to be honest that's the only reason I'd go in there, other than to talk to management). Moving into a dirty apartment that I had to clean wasn't a good start, so I'm hopeful my stay here will improve with time. It's unfortunate because management says all the right things, but the follow through needs some work.

The place was pretty rough when I first moved in but I have to admit the new management team has at least been doing a better job of improving, maintaining and investing in the complex. There have been several important improvements over my time here. The new windows being one of the greatest improvements. Also the improvement of the Apartment C Laundry room.

When my boyfriend and I first moved in we were happy with the price, especially with the housing market skyrocketing. Glendale really is a great neighborhood. It's nice to have a grassy dog park right outside my door and xfinity park right around the corner. Though the pet deposit jumped up this year to a total of $600 for a dog, some refundable. ?? After being here over a year ide have to say "don't judge a book by its cover." The new pool looks nice, the grounds are getting nicer and nicer by the day, the apartment itself is not bad but look deeper and you will see so much more. The buildings are old so there are roaches. They spray them weekly until you can't stand your kitchen and bathroom packed away any longer. It's frustrating to pack and unpack, pack and unpack over and over again. I mean I live here right? The water gets turned off at least once a month for one reason or another, burst pipe, maintenance. Today it was shut off for renovations... I received an email 11 minutes before it was shut off. One example of the property managers poor communication skills. She often contradicts herself which can be frustrating. They have "glitches" in their system.?... they "forgot to charge me utilities for 4 months... a year ago... and expect payment now, unable to break it up for the remainder of my lease??!!!?! It seems kind of slum lordish but maybe just because she talks down to you. The other staff are friendly and seem to really want to help with any questions. Maintaince takes a few weeks. Even now there's a light outside acting like a strobe light that they haven't gotten to in nearly 3 weeks. when they fixed my garbage disposal it wasn't done correctly and had to be fixed again. Still friendly though. There are a ton of neighbors here but everyone seems great. Sometimes it can be loud at night but definitely during the day. So many renovations means banging for hours on end. You can hear everything! through the walls and ceiling. Besides the occasional loud drunk person outside I haven't experienced or seen any dangerous activity. In fact there's a security guard that drives around at night. When asked if I would recommend this place to anyone my answer is no. Absolutely not. I can't wait for my lease to be up. And if you think you can just deal with it because of the price please take notice that in one year my $995 a month place added $422 for a glitch in their system $1100 total for my dogs plus $50 pet rent and went up another $100 a month in a year. I won't be surprised if they hit me with another surprise amount of money I owe them. "Standing on my lawn fee."

I have lived here for about 3 years now. Great community for dog people and the property and amenities are constantly being improved. Management is really on their game and get any issues resolved quickly. I'm a fan.

Love this place. Very friendly staff, minimal noise from neighbors, and the location is excellent. Extremely dog- friendly with a few enclosed areas for them to run around. Anticipate the pool to be very pretty once open in the summer.

Again I like that Devon has been so helpful. Even when I come in to pick something up he asks if there is anything else I need and checks in on previous issues to make sure they are resolved. There are a lot of renters here so it is impressive he remembers people on a first name basis and the issues they have had in the past. I can see work ethic is in his values which is what Greystar needs to continue to re-create The Lodge at Aspen Grove. I love the basketball court, pool, and gym. I really hope they finish the construction of the outside area by summer.

I have lived here for two years now, love the new manager as she really cares. There is a lot of changes that are taking place on the property and is definitely for the better! I will be renewing just because of Tammie the manager and the excitement of the new look we are getting!

Great location, walking distance to World Market, World of Beer, and several other restaurants. Right near the highway too so it's an easy commute wherever you're going! The management staff is super helpful and nice. It feels like they genuinely care about the well-being of The Lodge's tenants. Also this is the only complex I've ever known to have a dog park on grounds. Love it here.
