The community is quiet well kept the office staff is friendly to maintenance staff is helpful I would totally recommend the lodge to anybody that is in the process of looking for an apartment and it is centrally located The Nightlife and good food

I entered into my lease with The Lodge @Aspen Grove in CY2008. Since then, security, maintenance request/services and staffing have exponentially improved. The resident environment @The Lodge is aesthetic /secure with convenient accessibility to numerous and diverse services, i.e. stores, transportation systems, parks etc. I have expressed my current opinions re: my living location experience(s) with the Lodge staff and my personal/professional circles. I've lived at the Lodge for a few months and have enjoyed it. The staff is always friendly when I stop into the office and my favorite thing about the community is the large dog park, that we visit on a daily basis.

Awesome, helpful and friendly office staff. They helped make the process of moving into my first apartment convenient by answering all questions and working to meet my needs. So far I enjoy having a decent and affordable place to call home that is surrounded by many great places to eat, shop or explore!

It's been great so far except the issue of cigarette smoke in the corridors. It's usually not too bad except on weekends it's close to unbearable. Also, the maintenance staff is great, they are quick to respond and are very friendly. However, over the long weekend some residents just make a mess in the elevators and common space. It's not the apartment's fault. I just wish the people who do this use some common sense.

I have been living at the lodge apartments for a year now, and I have had a great experience! The location is great, the amenities (specifically the pool and hot tub) are awesome, and my maintenance requests are fulfilled in a timely manner. Additionally, ---------------- have been absolutely amazing and are always so friendly! They have answered all of my questions and if they don't know the answer, they do everything they can to find out an answer! They keep things running very smoothly and as less stressful as possible!

I can't say enough things about the staff, Krista, Shawn and Devon are very friendly and they create not only a professional relationship but a sense of community at the lodge. There is always access to staff and Krista goes out of her way to make sure all conflict is resolved ASAP!

I'd recommend it to a friend but wouldn't be pushy. More for the fact I'd have a friend in the community it's not a bad thing but you definitely get what you're paying for. As greystar being one of the biggest resident communities you think you'd do just a little better to help your residents.

Iv lived at the lodge Apartments for now close to two years and I have to say that this is an amazing spot to live with great amenities and a great dog park! The leasing professional ------ is absolutely amazing!!!

Love the property! The amenities are great and well maintained. Residents can rent bikes from the leasing office for free through The Lodges bike program. The leasing process is very streamlined and the staff is very responsive to feedback.

Not a had experience all around, staff is amazing. But wish my flickering lights would be fixed in the hall land the major potholes in the parking lot fixed before ruining the gorgeous brick with boring white paint

I love this community because of the staff. I moved here for my job & leased the same day I saw the apartment. The one that stands out the most is ------ she's always smiling at the front & ready to help. Shawn the manager is great too! & Devon is willing to help w anything I need. I recommend this community to anyone & everyone who wants to live where people care about you.

The staff and community is very friendly. The grounds and buildings are well maintained safe and quiet in whole. The surroundings really give it that comfortable home type feeling. It's easy to approach management with any issues and the maintenance team is quick to respond to any calls and are always friendly. Thanks for the wonderful living experience.

Being the irresponsible young adult i am in this world i recently found myself locked out of my apartment, luckily my community and staff is amazing, it only took me a quick stroll down to the pool to find help. My awesome leasing office manager went out of her way after work to go back into her apartment grab some keys and unlock my door after hours. This saved me a couple hundred bucks on a locksmith and a huge headache. I appreciate the little things and friendly encounters i have within this community. The staff is always informative and helpful and most of all personable and not just a property manager, or maintenance, but friends to me as well.

I moved in with my spouse a month ago and we could not be happier. Krista at the front office has been AMAZING and super helpful. The last place we were at was beyond terrible and this place has been beyond amazing so far. If you like this area I would highly recommend the lodge!

Great service from all on-site staff and personnel. Efficient maintenance services, great neighborhood, cute floor plan, may sometimes hear my neighbors through the walks however it's very infrequent and hardly loud enough to be a bother and it's never loud after quiet hours

Getting better all the time. When I initially moved into the complex the staff seemed inexperience and lackadaisical. Maintenance was a joke. Now the staff seems more experienced and capable to handle the complexes volume. Everyplace has its issues but the lodge is working better on theirs.

I've lived here almost two years. Love the area and the complex looks great - aside from the pet waste in every grassy area. But be sure to ask what renovations are happening when you move in, don't expect to stay longer than a year or two and whatever "daily changing rent price" they give you, add $100.00 to it (including a property tax). When I first moved in, they were renovating the buildings to make them look nicer. Unfortunately, this resulted in about six weeks of ripping up hallway carpets and painting. I also had the sole misfortune of living directly over where they were putting in an indoor pool. For seven months, my apartment shook from noise that happened seven days a week for 10 hours. The lack of rest led to sickness that I was hospitalized for. Complaints were met with "Oh, I'm so sorry, but well, they're finishing as fast as they can." Water was shut off frequently for unexplained reasons. And zero compensation was offered for the inconvenience. When I was given my offer of a new lease for a possible third year, my rent offer went up by $500.00 a month. After asking my neighbors, it turns out this is pretty common. Regarding the extra fees, most of it is super sketchy. When I asked about the property tax, I was told that the property tax for the land was divided up among the residents. That's right! Live here and you too can pay property tax on something you don't own. Roaches are common but that's why they regularly have an exterminator come out and that's part of your fees. The staff has worked really hard to have little to no contact with you after you get moved in, but the Amazon hub is nice and the text alerts are fun, unless it's a large item... then it just sits in a big room that everyone in the complex has access to. Like every place in Denver, you don't really get what you pay for. It looks lovely and the dog park is fun.

After all the shenanigans with my pior unit, the process to lock down the new one was pretty simple. The move in process went really smooth with the elevators. My dog is loving it, and hes already met a few friends!

I love living at The Lodge because its access to grocery stores, gas station,I like to take walk in the neighborhood. It is a very clean neighborhood. I have lived here 15 years and I am comfortable and happy in the 15 years I have lived here. The office staff are friendly and helpful.

I like this community because, it's quiet, the people are friendly, they keep the grounds clean and looking nice. Everything is nearby, grocery shopping, bars, restaurants, the bus runs outside the community, and the light rail is close.. plus it's nice that tons of my friends live at surroundings communities. Maintenance is quick with my issues, and the Staff has been very helpful, friendly smiling faces, they're always quick to go out of their way to help us.

When looking for a new home for us and our dogs, we had a long list of "wants". The Lodge met ALL but one, which was laundry in-unit. Laundry is extremely easy to access, and even easier to pay for! Cheaper than any other complex I've lived at before, and reloading laundry cards is accessible 24/7. Krista, a leasing professional, has continually gone above and beyond to make sure our stay is comfortable and personable. The Lodge is a VERY dog friendly community and we have made many friends at the 2 fantastic dog parks located on the property. We could not be happier with our choice of home!

I've been here for almost 3 years and YES there have been some past issues with staff/residents etc...I've am VERY PLEASED with Shawna property manager and newly assigned Assistant manager Devin. They have both met and exceeded my expectations and best part is that they do their jobs naturally! I appreciate them both! ~Stan
