In general, they are good apartments, the staff is very friendly and attentive, the area is very quiet and the neighbors are very friendly, the apartments are spacious and very comfortable, I am very happy to live here

The staff is amazing here! 10 stars. Shawn, Jace, and Roger are alway super nice and helpful. I’m so glad to have gotten to be here while they’re here. All the maintenance crew is super polite as well and the neighbors are friendly too! Great place to call home.

The staff is truly patient and attentive. One of the best apartment staff I have yet to experience. Any problems and favors are immediately attended to with kindness and efficacy. The property is so beautiful and safe. I have nothing but great words to say about this place.

My experience has been alright. The apartments definitely need some updating and renovations. My bathroom needs to be repainted. The mail system sucks and could be better. Mail carriers still leave packages unattended in the mail room. I wish they would throw up a gate around the grounds.

It’s fine. Yappy dogs are annoying, always smells like cigarettes never clean. Have cockroaches which is super disgusting and frustrating, it kinda just sucks to live here sometimes and I really don’t have much else to say.

I enjoy living at the Lodge, and am happy with the amenities and the location as well. The staff are excellent and I enjoy my apartment and environs. I also enjoy using the spa and pool and well as the large green spaces.

Everyone I’ve encountered as part of the lodge team has been beyond helpful and provided amazing customer service. They are present around the property, not just in the office. Maintenance has been responsive and helpful. The amenities from the gym, to the pool, to Amazon lockers and package delivery are great

It's been good. Only complaint is the hot water goes out all the time and that just doesn't work in any situation. Thanks! Other than that these are apartments and it has been pretty good otherwise. Thanks again!

Its alright i guess. But i think it can improve better like have survilance cameras, more safety in the buildings, People being responsible with their actions, People minding that there is neighbors around and we nerd it to be calm

The Lodge has been wonderful the past 3 years! The dog park is the best. Pool and hot tub area are very fun and popular. The Office staff is very kind and professional. Maintenance is super helpful and efficient!

The staff are very friendly and attentive. They maintenance crew is always on site to deal with things. There’s a 24 hour hot tub what more else can I say haha. The gym has very nice equipment for its size and for the rent cost. Everything I’ve tried so far has been great

Cada que necesito un servicio son muy rápidos y eficientes el mismo día que pongo el work order. Tengo 12 meses viviendo en loft apts y es una área muy calmada. Los vecinos son puede amigables y respetuosos. Nunca eh tenido ningun problema con nadie. No emos teñido sucesos de delincuencia de ningún tipo. Recomiendo mudarse a estos apts

I would not recommend the lodge apartments, i lived here for 10 months and everything was constantly breaking. Not only was everything breaking but it was a constant battle with maintenance to get it fixed. All of the “new renovations” are not done well and break super easily. You can definitely get more for your money, especially with them raising the rates so high

I really love living at the lodge. I have and do recommend this complex to friend ms when they are looking for a new lace to live that’s both nice and affordable I only wish management would be more understanding of folks affected by job loss, especially when folks have lost income due to the impacts of Covid, and work with residents instead of communicating and working with residents.

I would not recommend living here. My clothes have been melted in the dryer, the office did not offer compensation. There is car theft every couple months and while "crime does not have an address" The Lodge could at least put up security camera, but they do not. There is graffiti in the elevators for weeks before it is cleaned. The treadmills in the gym (that we pay for) have been out of service for most of the year. The building wreaks of smoke (cigarette, vape, weed, all of the above).

I love living at The Lodge! It’s such a good place. Great staff! Great location! Amazing amenities! Fun neighbors! I recommend looking into living here, and I don’t plan on moving anytime soon. Summers by the pool have made the experience here so nice!

Love the grounds, and the dog park. I live the balconies and the timeliness if most of the service requests. Management is also very courteous. Rent is too expensive for the quality of the building. Also, safety is a huge issue, lots of car break-ins, unsecure buildings. The parking lots have a lot of potholes, that we were told would be repaved and wasn't. I know everyone is trying their best, I believe property owners are the real problem.

Chill. And good area. Theres a lot of good food spots around. The leasing team was very helpful. I love the gym they have here. The apartments are super cute. The staff is very helpful and willing to to work with you. Roger made it super easy to settle in.

Good staff. Gift basket was a great idea. Gym Key fob is very small and could be very easy to lose. I wish the key fob was easier to keep up with. It should bebeasier to attach to key ring or a different size/shape all together.

The Lodge is a safe, clean complex just far enough from the bustle of the city to remain accessible to night life but peaceful at night. Residents here respect one another and take responsibility for their pets. Management is great and approachable, and the online portal makes maintenance requests and paying rent simple!

Its been full of nothing but kind individuals and a clean environment to live. The laundry facilities are clean along with the gym. Its in a fantastic location near plenty of stores and right next to infinity park.
