Love my individual unit (although it could use a serious renovation rather than just a new coat of paint) and the location of the complex. Management could do better with communication/updates/follow-through. Buildings are OK, but locks to side entrances seemingly never work and are never locked, and those doors are old and slam anytime someone uses them. "Non-smoking" community, I had to sign an additional form for this during move-in, but there's a constant smell of cigarette smoke inside my apartment, and keeping the windows open in the summer is almost unbearable for the same reason. Cigarette butts inside my patio from residents in upper units throwing them off their balcony. No recycling onsite.

Great people live here! Very dog friendly and fantastic floor plans. The amenities are great. Its right off of Colorado blvd and near a few parks. You can even fish at garland park which is about a 10 minute walk.

Great experience great community. Its safe to have a family. Nice dog park and other areas to keep you busy. Gym to keep a person fit. Maintenance its quick to respond to your issue and quick to fix it as well

So far its been pretty good! Weve had to ask for a few minor maintenance issues to be fixed which isnt a big deal. And there was a fire which was no ones fault, but the response couldve been a bit better. Over all though, fantastic! The management always checks to make sure youre feeling at home, its a quiet community, and the amenities are awesome!

I think it is a great place to live it is close to everything and the management and staff are amazing, very quickly handle and concerns or questions I may have! The maintenance team responded very quickly and handle the situation the first time it was an issue.

The staff in the loft are very nice and helpful and excellent service moving was very easy Also maintenance service time was excellent. The street needs a little work and I feel rent is also higher. Other that that everything was very good.

Its been a really nice experience so far. The people are very friendly, the staff is nice, and the amenities at the complex are well-maintained. I havent had any incidents, and I have a lot of friends that live here which make this place a better experience.

I have enjoyed my time at this residence. The people overall are nice. the apartment complex is in a nice part of town. the pool and hot tub are nice. the dog park is cool. I would like to not see tow trucks acting like vultures and combing the parking lot at night moving forward

Hello Lodge, I do not consider this work request closed. Please confirm service for Thursday, 7.22. I am allergic to bee stings, do not want to be stung or have bugs of any kind INSIDE my apartment, so need to stay on top of this continuing issue. Please have maintenance visit again on Thursday AND the exterminator. I need to have the bees vacuumed and the redirection effort continued by the exterminator. Thank you, Deanna

Experience has been good. I have lived here for 4 years. Maintenance is always prompt and very friendly. They are also very helpful. They work very hard at keeping everything up to date. They also deal with all the things residents do and are very patient.

The community is incredible, the staff is very friendly, the amenities are clean and convenient to get to and getting packages is very safe and easy! The actual apartment is amazing too and the hardwood floor is beautiful.

The staff and residents are extremely nice. It is a great place to move if you are single and ready to mingle. Ive met a ton of people in just a week and they are the coolest. The pool and hot tub us amazing. Love that everyone gets to enjoy a huge balcony. Im very happy to have made this choice.

The work was complete in less than 12 hours after I submitted my request on resident portal under submit. I select the bathroom sink. The was clogged. I was notified by email that problem had completed.

I love the lodge apartments! Been here now going on 3 years. The property is beautiful and the people are nice! The staff is friendly and could not of asked for a better place to live. 10/10 would recommend.

I feel like the security level has gone down since removing the side door locks. The door on my building was broken and needed to be fixed as it rarely closed. Removing the locks just made it impossible to get in when it does close

Avoid this place like the plague. Unless youre a sewer rat who enjoys the trenches, Id advise away from here. 0/10 do not recommend. the pool is small and always infested with non-residents. Dog poop everywhere. Trash all over. Bugs are a permian to resident here

No. This place needs a major overhaul and a major improvement. I do not feel safe living here (no security) and some neighbors are rude (lawns are covered in dog poop because people don't pick up after their dogs). Make sure to check every little thing even if you are just checking out the apartment because everything will start breaking as soon as you move in. Horrible experience overall here. If I could, i would rate them 0 for most categories.
