This is a great apartment complex in a good area. I love being so close to the Cherry Creek trail and mall. It's a friendly and open property with a nice dog park and community pool. The staff and maintenance crew are always friendly and helpful. I have no regrets about moving to this neighborhood and I would recommend it to others.

The club house is very nice with large TVs and a printing section. Have enjoyed the hot tub in this chilly weather. The dog park is a great place to meet others in the community and so convenient when coming home late. Everyone has been really nice and encouraging. I was not able to make it to the first social due to being out of town but I love that they try and do something once a month and will definitely try to make the next one.

I really enjoy living here, Is really quiet at nights so I have real quality sleep a must for me, apartments are very spacious and lots of closet space also best balconies , love the green areas, pool area, indoor pool, gym, I know Lodge apartments really try to keep things the best possible. I will said with all respect that some Tenants do not respect and take care of our community. but that's very seldom , and I have see all the team here at The Lodge try to fix problems right away, I have seen Our manager Tammy working late,I really like my community I feel home, Everybody at office is nice, Tammy, Devon and Julie are so nice. As well as all maintenance Guys, and housekeeping crew. I really want to said this about my community, yes maybe not perfect but there is not a perfect community. Liz Miramontes

All of the leasing agent staff - Tammie, Devon and Julie - are amazing! These individuals are more than are my friends. Continuously and empathetically, I receive wonderful invitations to community events, gatherings and celebrations that evoke feelings of love for my individual person. Even when I require an ear for listening, or a shoulder for tears, Tammie, Devon and Julie are there for me. My stay with Lodge Homes has given me plentiful opportunity to visit with the leasing office, and all of my concerns have been met with careful regarding, diligence and response. Devon has often been my first contact for maintenance requests, while Tammie and Julie have been of wonderful service for concerns arising from other residents. This triplet of wonderful care (Tammie, Devon and Julie) have given me hope in times of doubt, and service in times of need. I quite love these three at Lodge Homes.

I've been extremely unhappy with this maintenance crew at the Lodge Apartment homes. My boyfriend and I had to submit work orders multiple times for the same problem. Overall, until this issue with the work orders not being completed, I have had a positive experience at the Lodge. The front office staff, Krista and Devon, are extremely helpful and do a great job with other issues and concerns we have had in the past.

The lodge apartment homes are modern, fairly priced and in a great location to the city itself. Easy move in! The staff was great. Julie made me personally feel welcomed from the very moment I called and was supportive and helpful throughout my entire move in experience. The apartment it’s self has amazing deck space, friendly neighbors, and just a comfortable living setup for anyone

I have lived at the Lodge apartments for a little less than a year now and I really love it here. The pool area is gorgeous. At first I was a little apprehensive when I looked at the outside of the building (looks a little dated) but the inside of my apartment has been renovated and looks great! The employees at the front office are always super nice and helpful. I plan on renewing my lease here.

I am new to the community but so far am enjoying my stay. I love that it is pet friendly and the staff has been extremely helpful in regards to my dog transitioning to a new place. It's hard when your animal has health complications and distress so to have a staff that is understanding is making it a little easier. Overall I am very happy with the people who work here

The first thing that attracted me to this complex was the location to shopping, bus routes and the housing community surrounding the Lodge. Over the years major improvements have been made to landscaping, providing a dog park for those with pets and upgrading the exercise room. Also the units have spacious balconies, kitchens and living areas.

My husband and I moved to the Lodge this summer and couldn't ask for better service. Maintenance is always on top of our work orders and the front desk is especially nice when confronted with our needs. There are several dog parks that we love, as well as an awesome pool/hot tub and fitness center. The location is perfect for us as a young couple and we are truly blessed to be a part of the Lodge community.

The lodge is a great place to live! Especially for dog lovers. The staff is friendly and responsive to questions or repairs needed. I would definitely recommend. The hot tub is nice as well! Tammy is awesome and super helpful, Julie is as well. Devin is always so nice and responsive. They're a great crew to have in the neighborhood.

The utility charges are not adequately explained in the lease, the fact that we are being charged for “hot water” and “water” shared throughout the building instead of being charged for what our personal usage is outrageous. Very disappointed that we have to pay for the whole complex shared electric as well as personal usage. Would not recommend this community. Will be looking elsewhere to rent in the future.

This places charges you for the electricity that the complex uses, makes you pay real estate tax, hot water energy on top of a water charge. They said we wouldn't pay more then $100 in the utilities they charge you for but it way more then that.

My boyfriend and I moved into The Lodge 8 months ago and have absolutely loved our experience. Our apartment is a remodeled unit with all brand new appliances fridge, dishwasher, and oven etc. Its a true home to us now in just 8 months. All our neighbors are friendly, yet not noisy. It is a comfortable, quiet, and clean environment. The community has been amazing as well. Our gym facility is great and we use it often. The new pool area has been the best part of this year. The pool area truly looks like a high- dollar apartment feature. We have never had any problems there either, everyone is always respectful and friendly. Most of all, the management team at The Lodge has been really awesome to us. Devon, Tammy, and everyone we have ever worked with has been so helpful and nice. They are always responsive and truly want to make our living experience comfortable. Overall, we have loved our experience at The Lodge and would recommend it to anyone.

If you have dogs, this place is great. Other people in the area use our dog park just because it's nice. The pool area is wonderful in the summer as well as the indoor pool. The Lodge has a Full Size Gym, we love it! It's great having everything in walking distance and in the community. There are a lot of people in the community that do not have pets just know that the Amenities are well worth it and The Lodge is central to everything in Denver.

The Lodge is a great facility especially if you have pets. There are two fenced in dog parks and plenty the area is incredibly pet-friendly. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly and there are activities to create a sense of community such as holiday decoration contests.

I think the Lodge at Aspen Grove is a great place to live. It's quiet and is safe. The units are very nice and there are a lot of great amenities that come with the complex. The staff is also very helpful to anything you may need.

I love the lodge at aspen grove; I lived here last year and soon returned after a quick break! I couldn't find anywhere better! The staff is amazing and friendly; I feel like they put real effort into their relationships with residents. My apartment is beautiful and comfortable. The clubhouse is new and gorgeous! I love the convenient location and the fact that it's in s great neighborhood. I plan to renew my lease again when this one is up in 8 months!

Beautiful units. No issues with neighbors or bugs. Love how pet friendly the community is, the dog park is always full of friendly dogs & residents! Devon is fantastic, always attentive and helpful. The only issue we have had thus far is the attention to our work orders is a little slow, but it is a large community.
