Great maintenance team, very quick and efficient. Could improve in other areas like keeping the bugs away and making sure the apartment is ready for a new resident and is actually clean and properly painted and not half did and then giving to us, but good over apartment complex!

The staff was very professional and did the work in a timely manner. They have been supportive from day one. The area is a very safe and if I have problems. They quickly respond in a respectable time. The pool area is always clean, I definitely take advantage of the grill. The fitness center is always clean and the equipment is up to date.

I really like living here. I love the floorplan. The staff is awesome and professional as well. The grounds could be kept up better, but that’s hard to do with so many people living here. The dog poop could be either cleaned up more frequently or just enforce it some how.

The staff is professional and friendly. The apts are clean and comfortable. Grounds need a little more care due to not responsable pet owners thar don't pick up after their pets. Is in a nice neighborhood, really quiet, neghbirs are respectful, is close to stores and has walking green trails.

We are so thankful for our maintenance team here, as well as Ryan in the office. They are all so great. If we ever have any questions or concerns we call Ryan and he is so knowledgeable and helpful. We also love AJ and Cody from our maintenance team! They have so many buildings to take care of but always come in a timely manner to fix any maintenance requests. Because of that it has made it easy to make village creek our home for so long.

It’s great place to live and neighborhood is quite. Amenities are great and clean. Safe and sound Stuff is really helpful. Sometimes it takes time come on maintenance request otherwise it’s good. And rent getting high in every lease

Experience has been perfect for me. I feel very safe and cozy in and around my home. Rigors have been good. Through the years only a few minor noise issues that the office was able to help resolve. Staff has been very understanding and fair to everyone and have made this a comfortable home.

My experience has been good. Parking options, like reserved parking, have been added, which I consider an improvement and positive development. New Internet through Xfinity is a great feature, imo. It would be great to have washers and dryers in the unit. Fireplace in many units is nice. Pool, hot tub, and grill are nice. Mini-gym on site is nice feature too. Would like security improved. My car has been vandalized twice in 10-yr period. I would like more secure package delivery.

This community offers nice staff, a good convenient location between different cities, and some pretty nice amenities. The gym isn’t too bad for a non commercial gym. The demographic of people that live here is pretty diverse in the sense that students live here, young families, and regular roommates and couples. Not too shabby.

Not only was getting approved and moving in a breeze. Living here these past months have been absolutely amazing. No issues with mail or packages. Laundry facilities work very well and the app is pretty seamless to use. I've already recommended one friend to move in. Would definitely recommend another one

I have had a great experience and with my neighbors. Although, there has been the kiddos down below who play with trash from the trash bids and break and write on walls with no supervision from an adult and then leave the trash and bikes, toys on the sidewalks and stairways where it becomes a safety hazard. It is hard to communicate with them because the adult does not speak English and I am not sure who truly loves below since I see many different individuals come from the unit.

Share with everyone someone needs to know and do walk through here. Go to the gym look at the machines treadmills barely work the laundry room halls and stairwells. The pool nothing looks or is cleaned. The grounds keep just walks around nothing is cleaned or works

Village Creek feels like the safest place I have ever lived, and I am loving the space after almost a week of living here. I won't say this is the perfect place YOU are looking for, it really depends on who you are and what you want. But this is the perfect place for a simple, modest teacher from Virginia... who also happens to have a lot of books, and this apartment has built-in bookshelves! I couldn't be happier. And a lot of thanks goes to the Village Creek managers Paula and Ryan, as well as to the whole leasing team and maintenance crew. 5/5!

The staff here have kind, responsive, and helpful to me. The neighbors are a mix bag of inconsiderate and loud to respectful and helpful, which is to be expected in an apartment community. I wish for better in unit amenities. Overall, my experience here has been pretty good.

They were always available to answer questions and helped me feel comfortable calling Village Creek home. One of the standout aspects of living here was the maintenance team. Anytime I submitted a work order, the response was prompt and professional. The technicians were respectful, efficient, and always ensured the issue was resolved thoroughly. It was reassuring to know that help was just a call or click away. The complex itself is well-maintained and has a peaceful, community-oriented feel. I appreciated the quiet atmosphere, ample parking, and the well-kept landscaping around the buildings. It was a nice place to come home to at the end of a long day. Village Creek also felt safe, and I never had any concerns about security during my time living there. My neighbors were friendly, and it was easy to build a sense of community. Overall, I would definitely recommend Village Creek to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to live. I love living here!

I can’t say enough great things about Village Creek Apartments and their amazing staff! Today, my refrigerator suddenly stopped working and I was panicking about losing over $400 worth of groceries. I called the office and, as always, Brianna was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. She truly goes above and beyond every time I need something! Within no time, AJ and Cody from the maintenance team came by and saved the day. Not only did they quickly diagnose and fix the refrigerator issue, but they also helped ensure my groceries didn’t spoil in the process. These two are always the best when it comes to handling any maintenance issue—fast, friendly, and reliable. It’s moments like these that make me so grateful to live at Village Creek. The staff truly care about the residents and it shows in everything they do. Thank you again to Brianna, AJ, and Cody for turning a stressful situation into a reminder of why this community is so special!
