Staff and maintenance are great! Love my personal apartment space. There is a lot of dog poop throughout the grounds, and many young loud neighbors. Although maintenance is good with individual requests, the grounds are a little unkept.

An excellent experience so far. Maintenance has been excellent although rarely needed. Laundry mat is a little dated and the machines are not great. Mail and package area is well maintained and works well.

Good complex and would recommend to a friend or family. Management and maintenance are easy to work with and knowledgeable. Issues are resolved in a timely manner. The community is well maintained and comfortable

This place is awful. There's no parking or limit on vehicles, the street lights don't work, they charged me to replace the carpet that maintenance ruined and the staff is rude and unhelpful. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

Unless you are on a budget run. These people are incompetent and the "lower" rent for the area showcases why. If you are ok with half asses fixed items, dog crap everywhere, windows that leak a ton of air, lack of parking, outrageously split water sewer trash fees then this is the place for you.

Women downstairs leaves her porch like a trash dump Smells complained about it several times Yep they do nothing about it there is over 20 bags of trash and open trash on her bottom porch its disgusting it smells. When it snowed walkways were never shoveled for two weeks ice and snow and walkways they just threw salt on it is laziness amount of money we pay for this apartment and the service and what were getting is equivalent to a ------ apartment

The staff was friendly. The maintenance team was super nice,though they always seemed over worked and understaffed. Overall,I did not feel like I got my money's worth. I basically payed a fortune for a one bedroom apartment with no closets,appliances always breaking,terrible architecture that doesn't let any sunlight in and terrible ventilation. Denver is expensive,I know,but I still feel that I payed a lot and got very little for my money. Would not recommend living here.

Poor communication on management and staff. When heater has been out for a week. Calls and no one knows anything that is going on. Was told they would give us more space heaters and they havent. When I told them the 2 out of the 3 were not working.

The apartments here are newly update and rent is priced quite well. It's almost always quiet and although it is pet friendly, it's rare to hear a dog barking. The parking didn't seem ideal when I first saw the apartment but after living here for over a month I have yet to have an issue finding a parking spot. These apartments are in an excellent area, close to almost everything you could possibly need. Not only are the apartments nice but the staff here are excellent. Emalie, the manager, has assisted me with every issue/question that I've had (which has been a lot). The maintenance workers are quick to fix issues and do an excellent job. I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone looking to live in this area.

this is a disgusting dilapidated apartment, bugs, miniature toilets that leak water, out dated kitchen falling apart. Manger rude and doesn't want to know, they are very struck on money and paperwork but do not use the deposits they keep to maintain the apartments, avoid these apartments.

It has been much better than my last apartment. I have no major complaints so far. The only recommendations I would have (and these are minor) would be be better upkeep of the dog park and possibly adding a bike rack.

I gave 2 stars for noise bc I have an unusually loud neighbor and my apartment faces the pool where all the families and children often congregate. I gave a 3 for grounds bc there seems to be some dog poop that the owner's don't pick up and the dumpsters are often overflowing with garbage.

The apartment was not presented in the best condition and it did not match the show room as they told us. It was carpeted, it didn't seem fresh painted, it was dirty. It did not seem like it was professionally cleaned and we found cigarettes in the cabinets. The apartment is great for the price, but administration is falling off. Maintenance however is great and very courteous but they sometime forget items in the request. We believe goes back to the administration problem. Overall it has great potential to be a great place to live but it need some work. Location is really awesome, but since is funny geographically speaking getting the mail can be challenging.

There have been some new move ins that have been loud at night but other than that the apartment has been great! The laundry room could also use a revamp because the dryers are always dirty and most of the time dont dry your clothes all the way.

Village Creek is a great place to live! Maintenance is great, very nice and also respond very quickly. There is a lot of shopping and entertainment very close by, which is also very nice. The community brunches, bbq's, pool parties and lots of other nice events for the residents to connect!

Great location! Apartments are also very nice! Pet friendly community and like the email alerts. I like to getting the updates on what is happening in our complex. There is always some activities occurring. This apartment complex is great, the only thing i wish it had is Washers and dryers in the apartments. They have washer and dryers available at the club house.

Ben ( maintenance supervisor) and Tom were super! Very helpful and made us feel welcome and valued. Also, Kathy in the office was very helpful and professional as was Michael. All in all, I am very pleased with Village Creek.

The cost is too high for the size of apartment, but the location is excellent and the amenities are amazing. The one bedroom apartment I am in could desperately use at least one more closet, there is nowhere to put a vacuum cleaner! Wish I could give a better rating on Maintenance, but I have yet to have need of them.

I have lived here several months. I use to be property maintenance, it's gruling work. I give them approval but, could use some work. Management is awesome with communication and understanding. Not only with me but, also with my cousin that use to live here.

RENTERS BEWARE. This place is a DEFINITE PASS! This place is run down and NOT well kept. Management are cheapskates and don't properly fix anything. It was unfortunate I was transferred and had to rent this place site unseen. The dirty pics speak for themselves. When I asked to replace the door which looked beat in with a hammer. They responded, "if it shuts, its fine." They have 15 washers for 300+ units, so unless you plan on doing laundry at 3am on a Tuesday, forget about it. Also, if it snows, you WILL be walking around in a snowy dirty mess b/c they rarely get around to shoveling. The windows are from the 1970s and leak air bad in the winter(they won't replace.) The fireplace rattles all night long when it's windy. Just by posting this honest review they sent me an eviction notice and tried to fine me 2.3k. LOL

I have highly enjoyed living at Village Creek Apartments and have referred others to the complex who are looking for a place in the area! The staff is great at communicating, respectful and caring towards its residents, and timely with work orders. I appreciate them always being there to assist with questions and concerns that I have. It is always very sweet that they throw monthly events for us and have stations set up for the holidays!

The surrounding community is nice. Being on the bottom floor I can hear everything, including conversations, coming from the upstairs floors. The staff is all very friendly and usually handles issues in a timely manner.

It is a great apartment in a good location. I have only been here a few months so far, but am pleased overall. The only things I wish were improved is how noisy it can be at night, people shouting, slamming doors, blasting music, ect, people smoking, and people not being responsible dog owners.
