Good. I wish I have washer and dryer in the unit. I wish we have more lighting in the parking lot to minimize car broken in. After all i appreciate all you can do for us to stay safe and be happy here at the complex. Thank you

Overall apartments are nice for the price, amenities are satisfactory. They are not in any way helpful about rent/a lot of added fees especially when rent is late. They give very little time before threatening eviction

2 bikes where stolen from my 2nd floor balcony from individuals who live at this community and work. Dog piss and feces all around community, not a friendly community for children/families with no animals.

We've enjoyed the time we've spent here so far. I love that Village Creek is tucked away in a little secluded area while still being right in the middle of everything. I love that it's close to everything and even has it's own bus stop. The staff, both office and maintenance are incredibly friendly and helpful! We love our home here.

The community is alright. The staff are friendly but are severely under-staffed, so things take awhile to get done. The dog park and grounds are covered in dog poop so its hard to walk, the dumpsters for trash are always overflowing, and the washers/dryers are sometimes broken and theres not enough when it comes time to do laundry.

If you're looking for a solid apartment living experience in Westminster, Colorado, Village Creek Apartments is a definite must-see when it's time to choose your next living space. The floorplans are great and everything is up-to-date across the board. Honestly, I looked all over and this was the best I found for the price and I've enjoyed the year+ I've lived here. Check it out for yourself!

I loved it here when I first lived in. It has changed a lot since then. I dont feel as safe at night outside. My apartment is mostly nice and I love my patio which makes it even nicer. The Location is perfect!

Other than maintenance and makenzies help - this place is just ----. The complex is so run down and trashy. The layouts are pretty terrible but could be worse. They dont care about peoples safety at all.

Ease of move in is beyond outstanding. Management is outstanding, maintenance is right up there. Apartments themselves lack amenities when compared to their price. Outside of building needs to be updated.

Honestly a terrible experience overall. Noise complaints. Crime, ---- everywhere. Mail services were down for over a month. Laundry rooms are unkept. Maintenance is terrible overall. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Most people that live in the community are very nice and friendly. Staff is okay! kinda pricey for the service. The community has lots of parking which is great! The apartment gym is very nice and usual open.

If it weren't for unresolved nuisance neighbor noise, we would consider this place perfect. As it is, we are considering breaking our lease early if we cannot get peace in our home. The staff and community has been great up until recently but nothing has changed with our unacceptably loud neighbors

Rats are a problem. Dumpster areas not maintained, excess junk (couches, mattresses, bedroom furniture) are constantly piled up around the grounds of the community. Management does not address issues in timely manner.

People don't pick up their dogs droppings and the parking lot is way to dark and I've asked for the lights to be replaced and was told that the owner needs to approve it. I don't understand what the problem is ask the owner especially when it makes the parking lots so dark and unsafe a d gives these damn car thieves and garage thieves the perfect settings to rob us or hurt us.

0/5 stars and nothing more. I have been a tenant since April 2018 and moved out in the middle of August 2020. Originally when we moved in the property was managed by someone else, not GreyStar. I have had the worst experience dealing with the current property management. We never got our $250 security back but instead we're told that we owe an additional $71. I got a lovely email from Stephanie and this is what she wrote, "As you can also see on your final accounting statement, your $250 went towards the $321.97 balance. Because of this, you only owe $71.97. All of the charges and credits are outlined in detail on this statement. Most of your charges are coming from your final utility bill". If added, all my final utility comes out to $91, that's not my largest charge. I left my unit in spotless condition. I had a professional carpet cleaner to clean my carpets. I cleaned the unit from top to bottom and have videos of this. But yet they charged a cleaning fee. A few day's before our move out there were fights happening right outside our window at 2 and 3 in the morning. I looked out and saw a man pull out his ----- and pee all over our neighbors first floor window as if it was a normal place to pee. That same week there were two people sitting on their balcony talking about how they are registered sex offenders as if that's something to brag about. I have a 6 year old child and this upset me that such people were living less than 1000 feet from me. Why did I not call the office you might say? Because the few times I had complaints about noise or any other issue I was told to call the cops. I lost money many times at the laundry place because the machine would be broken with no sign on it and no way to find out until you pay the $1.75 and the error code comes on. During the coronavirus lockdown we never received any emails from management about what they are doing for us as tenants. No email asking how we're dealing and if we can even make rent that month. The signs came up that amenities were closed and that was it. And when the amenities reopened they never clarified the hours. I came to the gym to find it locked and was told that they changed the locks and I have to schedule a session. I got kicked out of the pool at 5 by a very rude security officer. There were no signs saying this new time for pool closure. No email about it either. This is just a few of my issues with Village Creek. I do not think I've ever had such terrible customer service in my life.

Front office doesnt give a ---- about how much you pay for electricity, rent, or utilities. As long as they get their check. The maintenance man is a good dude, he does what hes suppose to, the problem is that if you ask the front office for help with energy loss, they just assume its the AC or heat and send a guy out (8 times over the summer) to tell you everything is functional. Meanwhile my windows let out more hot/cold air than a ballon.

Love the layout of this different design. The problem with trash all over is alarming and disappointing. The pool is very small but nice. I have to call maintenance for a bunch of things wrong with the apartment and the problem with the trash all over is unhealthy and I do believe that I have a gas smell in the utility closet, which will be distressed. My neighbors have been very nice and I look forward to getting things moved in as soon as I can get help as I am a single woman who cannot move it by myself.

I have lived at Village Creek for about a month. I have mountain views from my balcony, and my neighbors and management is friendly! The leasing process was a breeze, and the location is incredibly convenient. My kitty and I are loving it so far!

Its been good. I like this complex. We have so many trees on the property. I just wish we didnt have issues with washer machines and our AC things on the balconies werent so loud. Impossible to enjoy the balcony with this constant noise coming from every neighbor. Also just wanna mention - its NOT smoking free apartment complex. So it wont be a surprise for people like it was for me. Apartment inside are good. Fireplace works excellent. I dont hear my neighbors at all but the floor above is so creaky that It feels like someone is walking in my apartment.
