Love this community

I have lived in this community for about three years. This is one of the best apartments I have ever lived in. The staff is always friendly and attentive to my needs. The location is perfect and makes all attractions in the area easy to get to. The price is perfect.

Considering the huge increase in rent, I am disappointed with the overall lack of management concern regarding breezeway lighting and very poor laundry facility maintenance and equipment. These are basic apartment concerns.

The apartment was not move in ready, the app to pay your rent and move is is difficult to use charges 54 as a convenience fee, had to have the leasing office show me how to add a checking account to avoid the fee I already paid twice. Towed my car because the leasing agent who quit put the number in wrong. I cleaned with bleach and soaked the floor to get rid of stains, I have critter living in my ceiling.

I will consider doing so if the highly stressful situation is resolved with the other Greystar complex I was considering, Copperwood Apts, is resolved. You have sent me a bill for move out when I was NEVER A RESIDENT.

I do not agree with rental increases when there has been no improvements or upgrades made to warrant the increases. The grounds have always been poorly lit. My car was towed when parking permits were put in place and I was not notified of the changes causing me to miss work and have to pay to get my car back.

good,,,,,,grounds are well kept. upgrades are still in progress and i look forward to the rec room finished. pool looks much better. but sercurity at the pool would be really good. new carpet in apt would be nice.

The office people (Ryan & Brad) have been great and very helpful regarding my lease and move in questions. Cody the maintenance guy has repaired everything I needed repaired quickly and efficiently. The place is quiet and well maintained and I love the creek walk for me and my dog. My only issue was the cell phone reception which is non-existent in my apartment but I was able to get Xfinity installed quickly to solve this problem. Other than that, I am so glad after shopping around the area that I selected Village Creek. The location off the main drag is quiet and there is access to lots of walking trails and many places to eat within walking distance which makes it an even better location for me.

The laundry facility is terrible; about half of the washers and dryers are broken. Other than that, this complex is adequate in terms of the apartment features and amenities, I only have a basic model, but I know the larger remodeled apartments are nicer than mine. Everyone minds their business and many residents have dogs, so it can get noisy at times. There really are only 2 walking paths for walking your dog, unless your dog is okay with traffic and can walk by a road where cars speed without getting scared, then you have more walking options.

Pretty pleasant place to live. I was at a different Greystar community for the last couple years and it was dreadful so I did not have high hopes but Village Creek is pretty nice. Units are a little old but it is a good value, a good location and the community is nice and quiet. The staff are probably the best I have ever worked with at an apartment community. Overall I would recommend this community for what it is - not luxurious but gives you everything you need at a decent price.

This complex is clean, peaceful, and has a great management team. Maintenance is friendly and prompt. They made my move in experience so easy and helped me get in sooner than it was initially available. Everyone has been more than helpful. The neighbors are quiet and the complex feels safe for myself and my kids. Highly recommend

I love the prices and location. We are close to US-36 so it is a quick drive to Denver and Boulder. Maintence and office managers are timely and very helpful. I've lived here for since 2016, and when our apartment needed to be updated, we were able to move to an apartment in the same building!

Me and my fiancé have been living here for about 9 months and we love it here! The people in the office are so kind and understanding, and the maintenance team is always on top of things! Definitely would recommend this place:)

Move in was fast and easy. Neighborhood and amenities have been great so far. I had power issues when moving in and it took longer than I'd hoped to have it resolved but wince the resolution everything is working great. Only complaint would be there are a lot of laundry machines that are broken which can be inconvenient

When I first moved here it was an amazing complex, I was able to enjoy the anemities and felt comfortable having guests come over. Now I can't use the anemities that I enjoy most and don't really want my guests vehicle to be parked on the street where it can get broken into.

Management is bad, they need new training. Over priced apartments, washing machines are not in the apartments and at the community laundry room they are always broken and expensive. There's dog poop everywhere. Cars keep getting broken into and stolen so the obvious thing to do would be install some lights and cameras around the parking lot but instead they decided to do the stupid parking pass program. The management team adds on so many random fees to your rent that you end up paying hundreds more than you signed on to pay.

There has been a strong lack of communication between us and the staff, and I was a little disappointed we couldn’t view our apartment before we moved into our unit. The garage has barely enough room for our small SUV, and seems pretty steep price wise. We submitted a maintenance request and haven’t had anything completed for 2 weeks. Our bedroom has a strong smell of cat urine, or some existence of animals. I was asked multiple times from different staff members to complete something I’ve already completed. The apartment has been nice, the vaulted ceilings make the small space feel a little larger, and the patio helps as well. The appliances seem fairly outdated, and weren’t made aware that we wouldn’t have a microwave in our unit. It is close to different stores/restaurants, but public transit is inconvenient. We are fairly close to our work locations, which is a big driving factor on our decisions on where we reside.

The staff at Village Creek go above and beyond for the residents. The staff are always respectful and respond to any needs/concerns in a timely manner. The staff are always hosting events to engage with the residents. The maintenance staff are exceptional when called upon to address any issues. I would recommend this community to anyone who is seeking an apartment.

This used to be a nice place to live years ago, but it has really gone down hill recently. There are shady / loud neighbors that party until 1AM. Lots of theft - cars broken into / stolen. Mailroom was broken into twice, had mail stolen and had to go to the post office to pick up my mail for weeks (they at least installed a camera after that). The machines in the laundry room only work maybe a quarter of the time, the rest of the time your clothes are damp, even after paying for an hour and a half in the dryer, or the washers don't work properly. The grounds are filled with dog feces, and the dumpsters are constantly overflowing with garbage / people leaving couches and old matresses/furniture. People from other neighborhoods dump their garbage here. There are neighbors that steal garbage and rummage through it. Starting next month, visitors can't park here unless you pay $75 for a visitors parking pass, otherwise they will be towed. I'm sure they have a deal with the towing company to make a cut of each car towed. I could go on and on. Not a nice place to live anymore. I'll be moving out when my lease is up in a couple months

I've lived at Village Creek since last year. Ryan from maintenance staff was so professional when he came to help us with a clogged sink. He even cleaned up after himself because it had been snowing. Staff help us resolve our issues quickly, which makes living here a pleasure.

Dont move here - theyll illegally charge your for policies that are not outlined in their lease, then theyll make it your responsibility to prevent them from illegally charging you those fees. THEN, when their legal team tells them that oh ----, you cant enforce items that are not in the lease, theyll retaliate by refusing your maintenance requests.

At the beginning I had a good experience living here. I loved everything about it but as time went on I saw its true colors. The laundry situation is terrible. Its filthy, ALWAYS broken. One time we saw a homeless man sleeping on the couch indoors. One time someone stole someone elses clothes. Community is a joke. Cats always in front of my apartment and I am severely allergic. One time went inside my apartment and I freaked out but luckily my husband was there to get the cat out. Staff didnt do anything not even tell the owner what happened.
