I hate this place I should have listened to the reviews before I moved in. Don't be fooled by the low rent you actually end up paying about $200 more after they tack on a list of fees. The walls are paper thin and I can hear my neighbors until all hours of the night. There is not enough parking and I regularly have to park 4 buildings away if I get here any time after 7pm sometimes earlier. The hot tub has been broken more then it has been open in the last 6 months and the tiles are falling out inside it. The outdoor fireplace worked for about 2 weeks when we moved in and has been broken ever since about 7 months. I am counting the days until I can move out of here. The staff is friendly and nice they are just doing their job but trust me you don't want to live here.

We love living at Village Creek. Other than a few minor things, it is a great place to live. We had a problem with ants and spiders. The exterminator came out and totally got rid of them. The office staff are very professional, especially Michael. The maintenance staff are always very responsive and quick to fix problems. The one issue I have is that people smoke pot on their balconies and in breezeways and we smell it all the time.

It was a very good community! Very beautiful place to live in! Rent is expensive but worth it! The laundry mat was close and helpful! The park across the street for the kids was GREAT! The pools were amazing!

My overall experience with Village Creek has been excellent. It doesn't offer extravagance, nor does it offer amenities that are lavish and overpriced. Instead, it's a comfortable, quiet, useful place to live.

Overall it has met all of my requirements and the staff have been very professional and polite. This is the first experience renting in Colorado and I feel I have selected the right location. I would recommend the Village creek to anyone based on cost and quality.

Community is nice, quiet, and well located. Staff aren't incredibly competent. They made a mistake on our first maintenance request, causing myself and my roommate to be without hot water for over a month, and when my roommate requested a copy of his lease agreement they couldn't find it, and put next to no effort into finding it until they were contacted by a lawyer.

The apartments are great, just would like a staff that cares instead of only going over what they were trained to talk about. Deena was super great and nice, however. The grounds are great and it feels very comfortable.

I've lived here for 7 years and it seems like the property get a little better every year. They do a lot of upgrades throughout the property from new fitness equipment to new clubhouse to new pool furniture, it's all really nice. Since I've been here so long, my apartment definitely isn't updated but I can't beat the price. Nothing is perfect though and inspections every couple of years is annoying but that's anywhere. I've seen a ton of staff come and go but Robin, who's there now is always smiling and so friendly. Tony with maintenance has been around a while and he always takes care of anything I need. I'm very happy!

I absolutely LOVE Village Creek and its staff. Robin is amazing! I had a major issue that was beyond my control and they worked relentlessly around the clock to make sure it was handled. I never stayed at an apartment complex where the staff care about their residents just like family as they do here. If a work order is put in it's usually resolved the same day if not you will get a notification on when it will be resolved. The grounds could use some love but the neighborhood is very quiet which I absolutely love! There is never any loud music or random people hanging around outside which is as major plus. Neighbors are all really nice. Definitely recommended.

I absolutely love Robin and everyone in the leasing office! They have always been so pleasant with me. Any time I ever needed any help, they were there for me and exceeded my expectations. I have enjoyed living at Village Creek. Decent price and a quiet place to live at! Most neighbors are great except for a selected few but that just comes with living in an apartment.

Village creek has been nothing but wonderful throughout our experience! The staff and maintenance are both very thorough and professional all of our problems ( maintenance and other) have been resolved the same day. The neighborhood has a very strong sense of community and is very warm and inviting. Plus we have never had a huge jump in price when renewing ( which is great in the expensive state that colorado is!) 10/10 would definitely recommend!!

I am going to miss this place! My wife and I are about to move out because we bought a house, but I have to say our time at Village Creek was great! Weve lived at here just over 2 years. The staff has always been friendly and helpful! The few maintenance issues we had were quickly dealt with. The renovators are sometimes loud and messy, especially the painters, but I don't count that as a negative to Village Creek as I assume they are third party contractors, but I may be wrong. The parking is ok, but not always great. It really is a nice place and I was amazed at how easy it was to get around, whether up to Boulder or down to Denver. It truly is a great community whether you are looking for a temporary or more permanent home.

I moved just a couple of weeks ago and I have enjoyed living here so far. All the staff I've interacted with are professional, kind, and considerate. I feel that I can stop by any time they are there and I will be able to get whatever I need. So far the few neighbors I have spoken to are nice, quiet (huge plus), and friendly. Overall I recommend the complex.

I am not very happy. I live in an apartment where the carpets were never cleaned when I moved in and have tears from just regular wear and tear. The office response is we will replace your carpet when you move. Not a priority for the management to make your home look nice.

The move in was quick and management was able to get things set up in a timely manner. When I walked in and checked the place out, there were several maintenance projects left undone. The bathroom still smells like cigarette/marijuana smoke and I don’t smoke at all. It might be the neighbors or it’s from the previous tenant. Other than that, it’s veen fine!

The rent is reasonable compared to other apartments around the area. The Office Staff and Maintenance are great. Although Ekko tries to keep the Laundry Room clean, no matter what people still trash it. Overall if my job was close, I would continue to live here because we are comfortable, but unfortunately its so far from here. Therefore we are moving soon to be close to work but definitely recommend this community to friends, family, and people we know.

I've lived here for 2 years and have really enjoyed it. The office staff changed many many times but I really like the current management. They seem to send little update emails every week about things going on around property and have started doing a couple resident events each month, which is really nice. Some utilities you pay with rent but it takes a few months for them to show up. I remember when it first came through and I was really confused but the office printed out a breakdown for me so I knew what was going on. Though sometimes the bills don't come on time each month, but I almost always pay online and that's always up to date with what I owe (though it doesn't tell you line by line what you're paying for, but again, I've never had a problem with the office telling me what everything is). Last summer, I guess the city was doing inspections so they were in and out of my apartment a lot. It was a little annoying but it wasn't the property's fault. Maintenance has always taken care of things within a day or two but nothing major has happened in my apartment so I can't attest to anything other than a stopped up dishwasher or light bulb going out. Considering rent in Denver/Westminster/all other cities in the area, it's really not bad at all. I plan to stay here until I get a house sometime later this year.

I've been here a couple years and it seems like things are starting to look up. Everything has always been fine, but lately they've started doing things for the residents like having breakfast in the clubhouse and cookies in the afternoon. Little things like that make it seem like they care. Tony with maintenance always takes care of everything right away and the girls in the office are all so sweet. No real complaints.

Its ok .. but when it snows it doesnt get clean right away.. it get really slippery ... and I dont like the dog pup everywhere I cant walk on the Grass because Ill step on it ... everything else it good
