It’s like I’m not wanted in the community I get weird stares like I’m not supposed to be out here and I don’t like that I have tried to be nice to my neighbors but that’s if they would like to talk back

Highly recommend! Staff are extremely nice and helpful, quiet neighborhood along with friendly neighbors. Could not have asked for a better experience from move in all the way to my first maintenance call.

Our experience here has been ok. There have been some much needed improvements in the time that we have lived here such as permitted parking, change to the sprinkler timing, and better parking lot lighting. My biggest complaint will always be the Marijuana smells I get in my apartment and how noisy the hallways are.

I’ve lived in Village Creek twice now and both times the move in process was seamless, and everyone was very responsive and helpful. I love the hot tub, gym, and the little dog park. The area overall is safe & I think the staff is super sweet.

Love it here. Pet Friendly is an understatement. Groundskeeper feeds the squirrels, cats and ducks. 3 stray cats adopted me while in old apartment + in my new apt a family of pigeons has accepted me into the clan...

Village Creek is an apartment complex built decades ago with the layers of paint and drafty windows to match. Village Creek offers the bare minimum in amenities, unkempt grounds, and poorly maintained units for average prices. There is little to no cell service on the property, and the only wifi you could access is Xfinity, which will double your rates after a year. This is the only complex in the area I have found that does not appear to have a bug or rodent problem for a reasonable cost, but in hindsight, I would not rent here again.

I like living here, close to my job and many shopping centers that I like to visit. Friendly neighbors and staff. It's been a good experience, if I ever need anything staff and maintenance are reliable to help.

The move-in process was quick and efficient. Management maintained open communication throughout, and I am impressed with the building and its amenities. When first looking for an apartment, village creek was aware of the meeting they had with me and they answered all my questions which boosted my decision of taking a lease here.

It is a very quiet community which allows for one to decompress after a long day of work or rest and recover on the weekends. We moved to the Denver area to get closer to the mountains and landed in the perfect spot. Right on the edge of "busy city life" and open fields.

I dont like the lack of noise control. I realize this is on a legislative level and do not hold it against gey star Corporate sucks, property management is the best I have ever seen!! I love Ryan!!! I feel safe where I live and I would recommend this property.

The snow is never plowed on the weekends. Have slipped a few times walking to and from my apartment. Since I’ve been there I have only seen the sidewalks plowed once. Also have seen a few dead squirrels and rats by the sidewalks

At the moment I am not happy of how I am being ignored about my stained carpet issue. It is embarrassing having company and the carpet looks like crap. I don't want to leave a bad review to the public so it would be best to just fix my issue before the next review asked from me

It’s all about balance and living at village creek gives awesome balance, park access nearby, plenty spaces to go for a walk or workout. Quiet and enjoyable living here. I was nervous while looking for a new place to call home and after getting settled in I’m happy with my new place.

So far its been mediocre. The leasing office has been helpful in minor regards but the least bit helpful in big issues. I haven't had many problems with neighbors other than there being constant loud music playing outside along with the smell of weed. All residents seem to keep to themselves as of now which is good.

My experience has been really good. I’ve been here since December of 2022 and I have no complaints. I enjoy living here and think it is a great community. Whenever I have questions or concerns the staff is very helpful and nice.

It seems like the people are great here. The one big issue I have is that there are rats everywhere! They make homes in the rocks and it just so happens to be right outside my porch! Every night I can see and hear them running around on my porch.

Overall living here is great for the cost. If it were to be over 1600$ it wouldn’t be worth it ( 1 bedroom) . The staff is great and understanding. They do need to work on some kind of security program here but this state overall is terrible with theft and the cameras really wouldn’t help. Having a security guard overnight would be beneficial. I do enjoy living here and having my own garage to store my motorcycles.

Only has a problem with one down s neighbor but hasn’t happened since. So i say everything else has been great! I love Village Creek Apartments already and definitely plan to recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a great place to stay

I've lived at Village Creek multiple times since 2007 and have always been pleased with the experience. After having lived in other communities, I can honestly call Village Creek "Home." I am hoping to be here for a long time to come.

The staff is nice enough. Automated emails are a little threatening. Needs trash/recycling collected more then once a week, or bigger dumpsters. No in unit laundry. All doors need work. Not confident in repair work, looks like the walla don't reach the floor.

These apartments are extremely overpriced for the services provided. The apartments themselves are not terrible, but old and in need of repairs. Maintenance is not handled in a timely manner. There are rats by the dumpsters. Pigeons ---- all over the balconies, stairs, and hallways.

It's not a bad place. Sure neighbors can be loud. The staff only tries to contact one member of the lease for things. But all together not a bad community. You can get lost pretty easy cause the buildings are all the same.

Very Friendly Staff!
I recently toured at Village Creek and the office staff was so nice and helpful! They really helped me out as I was struggling whether to get a one or two bedroom and helped me weigh the pros and cons of each. Excited to call this place home!
