I've always been happy here. Everyone is friendly and things don't take forever to get taken care of. I haven't had any major issues. Great location too, whether you have a car or need to take the bus. I love that a grocery store and lots of good restaurants are just a couple of minutes away.

This place has been really great. Maintenance always says hi to me when I'm out walking my dog and both Elizabeth and Robin in the office are so nice and helpful. I got an apartment that had newer appliances and cabinets so the kitchen is really pretty. I thought about moving once but for what I'm getting here, there wasn't anything else in this area that was this great for the price.

Very good staff but the landscape is poor and there just dog poop everywhere that does not get picked up. Very bad and small dog park and there’s barley enough parking to go around. They do not have someone to let you into your apartment when the office is closed so if you lose your keys outside of office hours you will not be able to get back into your place until the next day.

Overall haven't had any real issues. A couple little thing here and there, my dishwasher wasn't working right for a while but it was eventually taken care of and the guys kept me in the loop the whole time so I knew what was going on. I only see the office people when I get packages but they are nice. It's an older apartment but not too bad. I've been happy.

We love this place, it’s nice that it’s easy access to all the places we love and the layout of the apartment is great! I just wish there was better cell phone signal and wifi, I mostly have one bar in my apartment. But all together this place is lovely

Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. The few times I've had an issue, it was taken care of immediately. Plus, great location and apartments are pretty decent considering the age of the property.

I've lived in a newly apartmnet for a little over two years now. I love the location as it's close to a lot of places I already go. I found the price to very fair and that it was right in line with similarly built apartments that weren't as conveniently located. The apartments are well built, and, so far, I haven't had any maintenance issues to deal with. They're also very well insulated. I lived in a much smaller apartment before moving here and my current electricity bill is usually $20-30 less each month than it was in the smaller place. Also, this the quietest building I've ever lived in, and, other than some hammering from new arrivals, I've never heard a peep from my neighbors. I have nothing but good things to say about the staff.Robin and Elizabeth have always responded to emails right away and worked to resolve any issues right away. It's a great place to live and I can't imagine living anywhere else right now.

Its apartment living so not everything is going to be 5 stars. I love my apartment and since ive only lived here 2 weeks all I can say is so far so good. The staff here cant police everyone and alot is out of their control but like i said its apartment living.FYI, residents dont know how to pick up their dogs waste..

The apartment is in good location and the staff knows someone will rent it anyway. So You will not be respected by the staff. They will not care about your feelings. They even hang up your call before you finish talking on purpose. I pay over 1200 bucks for one bedroom apartment. I feel it doesnot worth it. I am a night shift worker, I always disturbs by all kinds of noises from the early morning. The office staff start working at 9 a.m, but the contractor can get the key and start working at 7 a.m. The laundry room always full on Monday evening and there will be always a few washer and dryer dosen't work.Very bad experience. I cann't believe why they got really bad review until I moved in.Now I knows.

I have never had a problem living here. The office staff have been great responding to my questions/concerns. Maintenance arrives in a timely manner and resolves any issues quickly. The noise level is pretty low, I rarely hear my neighbors. Overall it's pretty chill and see myself living here indefinitely.

Village creek has so far treated us with exceptional amount of generosity. The location is beautiful and very well taken care of. The management team are incredibly amazing and always helpful! I would highly recommend Village Creek Apartments!

I've really enjoyed living here. The location is really convenient for me plus there are a ton of restaurants just down the street. Maintenance has always taken care of anything I need and Elizabeth in the office is so sweet. If only we had a washer and dryer in our apartment, it would be even better.

Village Creek is a great place to live. The people that live around us are great. It is convienently located for public transportation, shopping, and dining. Grounds are kept looking nice. Maintenance staff are great and dedicated. Front office staff are professional and friendly.

The staff up front is fantastic, they make the process fast and easy. Seriously, great! The maintenance crew is good but the new hires do need some extra help. Didn't get help with the fireplace too much which was broken but otherwise fantastic.

Good location close to the highway and in between Denver and boulder, but that’s about it, parking lot doesn’t get salted, the trash bins are not nearly large enough for how many apartments throw their garbage in the same bins, people don’t clean up after pets, can take several days for maintenance

If your looking for a decent apartment at a decent rate then Village Creek would be it. Doesn't have that WOW factor but it does feel like a home. Updates could be made to spruce up the place but not a major necessity.

Loud neighbors, trash overflow, pet owners don’t pick up, parking sucks. Never had issue with maintenance, laundry door is always broken. It’s ok if you need to move somewhere immediately and dont really care about those things.

The newer staff really cares and is attentive to resident concerns. This place is really making a comeback. I have lived here nearly 3 years and the improvements are noticed by newer and more well seasoned residents.

It's been 1 month and my boyfriend and I are really enjoying adjusting and living in Village Creek. The move in process and few days leading up could have gone a little smoother with knowing if our apartment was going to be cleaned and ready the day of move in and we were also disappointed that we never got to see the our apartment until the day of move in so we didn't know what we were going to have room for or not but once in everything was great.Everyone is very friendly, the amenities are great and we frequently use of the gym and pool areas! We would recommend this complex to any of our friends and family!

Great value for money. The kitchen is pretty small, but its enough to work with. The management staff is friendly, but they can be a little disorganized at times. My neighbors are pretty quiet, but nearby construction can be noisy every now and then.

Management is rude specially Terry she has no customer service skills, always gives attitude and No is her main word. Never get notificatiins on contractors working on my apartment. When I have a question don't get a response unless I call back. Pool is always dirty or overflowing and hot tub never works. Too many wrong tgings happening since this new management took over.

Sense I been here, the team has really worked hard trying to make these apartments suitable to live in. Team has gotten better but there is still much room to improve. Dog friendly community so if you don’t like dogs then this might not be the place for you.

My overall experience at Village Creek has been good so far. The staff has been helpful and I haven't had any issues with my apartment so far. My main trigger to lease at these apartments was the convenient location, plus the ladies at the office were super nice and helpful so that was a plus. The only poor experience I've had (if that's the right term for it) is that I was not able to move in on my move in date due to the apartment not being completely ready for me. The toilet was not working properly and the next day I found out that the heater was not kicking in, so the apartment was too cold for my pet and I (keeping in mind I moved in 3 weeks ago when it was snowing). I did not move in until 2 days after my lease started and the problems were fixed. I should include that they took care of the problems immediately (within the same day) and that's something I appreciate. I will say that those two things have not changed or affected how I feel about Village Creek. I am still happy about living there and I am more than happy with my apartment. Where my unit is located I haven't experienced any noise or noisy neighbors. The only thing you can rarely hear are footsteps from my upstairs neighbors but it's not something I feel unhappy about. Like I said, it's very rare when I do hear walking around and they're not loud footsteps either. All in all, I am content with my choice of living at Village Creek and I am more than convinced that it will stay this way.
