Overall we are happy at Village Creek. Groundskeeping leaves A LOT to be desired. A lot of dog poop on the grass and the ground inside the trash enclosures are always full of trash and food. Very unsanitary. Management is AWESOME and maintenance is very responsive. We love our neighbors and I love that we are very close to shopping and dining!

Great staff and very friendly. Maintenance is very good and friendly.
The pool and workout room is great. The laundry room is very easy to get in to. There's a park nearby and the stores are close the school is great. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a apartment

Like I said the laundry room is disgustingly terrible. And the work out room is nice other than that I don’t have a ton to say. I’ll be moving soon anyways so yeah it doesn’t really matter anyhow ok I’m done

I would stay far away from this place. There is new management every month. Let’s not forget that they don’t tell you that there will be an extra 200$ a month on your rent every month. And maintenance has zero rush they get to you when they do.

Living at village creek has been extremely stress free, and peaceful. The management is very friendly and the maintenance team are on top of every issue. This community is quiet and fairly secure due to security and layout. I would recommend this complex to anyone.

I’ve had an amazing experience living at Village Creek. The staff here is always friendly, responsive, and willing to help with any concerns or maintenance requests. The property is well-maintained, with clean common areas and beautifully landscaped grounds that make it a pleasure to come home to. The amenities are top-notch and the location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to shopping, dining, and transportation. I also appreciate how quiet and respectful the community is, making it a comfortable and peaceful place to live. Love being able to live where they take work orders seriously and get them done in a professional manner. The team always gets the task done quickly with efficiency and always ask if I need anything else to be fixed if need be. Would recommend never had a bad experience here!

The staff is super friendly and helpful. Constantly communicating. The apartments themselves were clean when we moved in. The people been very neighborly to make for a true community not just the basic apartment complex definition. This truly feels like a home.

For the size of the apartment and what I pay it’s alright, but the cons outweigh the pros unfortunately. Walls are paper thin, neighbors yell and scream at each other, packages are stolen, cars are broken into, people take others clothes from the laundry, dog fecal everywhere because people are lazy, overall my experience has probably been a 3/10

This is a wonderful community. The staff are very friendly. The maintenance team always gets the job done. The amenities are nice. Thus is a very clean apartment complex. They have a nice pool and weight room.

Love the complex and the leasing office. I wish there was a designated area for smokers so they stop smoking on their balconies because I'm asthmatic and allergic to smoke. People do not pick up their dog poop. Most complexes will at least have staff to pick this up (even though this SHOULD BE the pet owner's responsibility)

I have lived here on and off since 2007. There's a reason I always come back. The apartments are well constructed, and the team in the office is always helpful. My hope is to remain a resident for the foreseeable future.

Big complex, management tries to stay on top of it, and they do a good job. Complex is showing it's age though. Looking a little ragged. Still a good place, park across the street. The management is lacking when it comes to pool supervision, but that is common at most places.

I really enjoy living here. People are kind, pets are welcomed and staff is always helpful. The public areas are clean and tidy such as the laundry room and mail room. The community is always welcomed to various events the staff creates.

Maintenance is great 24/7 service, will call before and schedule a time that works best with you, nobody bursts right into your apartment. Grounds are kept in pretty good condition, they plow the parking lot during snow storms. Service team is very responsive.

Very good first apartment for first time renters! Staff is nice and the grounds are always clean. The only issue I have been having is getting maintenance to come out to fix things. I feel like there needs to be better communication with the maintenance staff and the residence

If I wasn’t a previous tenant living here, I would never move-in here. The apartment is okish but it’s the management that lacks a whole lot of communication between themselves. When we made an appointment for the inventory inspection, one staff gave one date and then the next day a different staff gave a different date and it was finally scheduled after a week. So, there was no communication between the office management staff and the maintenance staff.

I have felt very appreciated here! The office staff and maintenance have been so helpful and timely in times I’ve needed anything. The community has started up some resident events again which is a huge booster to bring the community together. Village creek has also redone the streets. The upkeep is super important and they certainly care about keeping this place up!

Great location off the hi line canal. Horses, ducks and geese. All amenities are with in walking distance. Hot tub is very nice. Workout and laundry room are new. Very nice automobile charging stations. Upgraded security cameras and lights.
