The size of the apartments at the Meridian at Mount Vernon are larger than anything you will find in the neighborhood and most of DC. It has a perfect central location in the city; it only takes 10 minutes to get where you need. The amenities and resident space are nicer, more practical, and larger than everything other building we looked at in the area. It's the most well rounded apartment building in DC, and will check every box on your list.

I've only been here for 3 days but I can say the move in experience was very smooth. Even though I was late getting here for the time I booked the loading dock, the leasing office was very accommodating and made sure I was able to share the dock and move into my space. The place was clean and the management has been very helpful from the time I applied until now. On my first day there was a community Mardi Gras event so it is nice to know they host things so residents can get together and we peoples faces after so much isolation during the pandemic. Look forward to spending the next year here and beyond.

Its wonderful. Great people and and amazing atmosphere. The package concierge is very prompt, and the management is extremely helpful. There is also a lovely pool and the outdoor rooftop deck which really improves the living experience in DC.

Mostly good apartment. Staff friendly and attentive. Package intake and distribution system is reliable. Pool and gym are nice, common areas are well kept. Monthly promotions for nearby restaurants is a good perk.

Terrific location. Plentiful windows fill the apartment with light. All the amenities you'd expect. Property manager turns over periodically, but each has been knowledgeable and friendly. Walk to multiple restaurants.

It has great activities for the neighbors; love the fitness classes, but sometimes there are security issues and the dog park could be annoying if you live close by. But the staff makes the difference; Olivia and Jonathan are the best!

The building has great amenities to take advantage of including a nice gym, yoga room, roof with pool and business center to do work. All the spaces are clean & the building staff is nice and helpful. Had a few troubles with the leasing office when I first moved in, so save some extra time to get all the paperwork signed, but since I've moved in, everything has been great and I would recommend the building.

Front desk staff is rarely at their post, Leasing office can be quite difficult to work with and has inconsistent hours. Apartment itself is great, close to metro, food and entertainment. Gym is small but has enough equipment to suffice.

Experience overall has been great. Friendly and helpful staff and the amenities are top tier. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to a friend. I plan on renewing my lease for another term or two!

The process to obtain an apartment and move in was user friendly and worked well. The possibility to visit virtually the apartment to see the floorplan and the floorplan youtube videos were helpful, particularly during Covid. Our apartment was in very good condition upon move-in and has quality fixtures and finishes. Since moving in, we've enjoyed the amenities offered by the building as well as the extra community events they've put on. We've had minor maintenance issues that were promptly resolved, although sometimes other communication with the office can be inconsistent. Overall, a good experience. On weekends, you will hear your neighbors making noise celebrating their weekends, so something to consider if you want a quieter experience.

Clean, well maintained community with great communal spaces and apartments. The gym especially was great for us never having to wait on a machine, given it's size compared to the number of residents here. The team here has always been super responsive and we've never had any qualms.

This is an excellent community with large apartments and a great rooftop. Maintenance responds to requests within 24 hours on business days and the concierge is great at collecting and storing packages safely.

Great location and lots of great amenities. I love that the apartments are spacious compared to other apartments in the DC area. The rooftop is an amazing place to hangout year round and the reception staff is always so kind. Very clean building as well.

We've had great service here. One or two occasions were we've needed multiple attempts to fix or correct an issue. Other than that, there have been no issues with maintenance, front desk, staff. Everyone is helpful and eager to help solve problems.

Love the apartment building, all of the amenities, and various events hosted for tenants. Love the location in proximity to the grocery store, Walmart, the metro, and various restaurants. Chipotle is around the corner!

Beautiful apartments with lots of space and cute views. Office staff was great to work with especially with the pandemic going on. Concierge is also helpful with packages and other amenities. Happy we moved here

Lived here 8 years. Great building and amenities. Building generally handles maintenance issues quickly. Staff is friendly and helpful. Nice gym and common areas. We have made the Meridian our home. We hope the increasing rent prices don't force us to leave

Great building, maintenance is speedy - rental office not as much, but good people and very friendly staff. Love how close it is to Safeway and downtown DC. Great transportation options and restaurants nearby.

Very comfortable with friendly neighbors . I would recommend this place to my family & friends ?????? Love the layout of floor plans. Working staff is always respectful & friendly ?????? Easy access to all kinds of transportations. Safe neighborhood ????????

decent place to live, no complaints except the street noise, which is not the buildings problem. Also the front desks could be better staffed. Currently the concierge are overworked and cant give folks packages - I think more concierge should be hired.

The actual apartment is very nice but the office staff is neither communicative nor responsive. Several concerns during the leasing process and throughout my stay. There were a few maintenance fixes that I moved into the apartment with, that were never addressed during my stay.

Leasing office is terrible and unreliable. The property manager is terrible and they take weeks to months to fix warping boards. There's so much water damage in the building constantly and I don't know why. My first apartment floor flooded. My second apartment floor flooded. I don't even know why I still stay here.

The apartment is in a great location of the city. The maintenance crew does a quick and efficient job in fixing all issues with the apartment. The rooftop amenities are very nice as well as the fitness center.

The building is high quality, with the unit having a nice kitchen, flooring, carpeting, and bedrooms. Maintenance work has been very helpful at resolving small issues. Amenities such as the gym and rooftop are also nice.
