This community looks like a nice area to live and the apartments here are so nice looking and their are groceries store in close distance to shop and different kinds of restaurants, CVS, Walgreen etc.

Really enjoy this building, the amenities, and the prompt response from staff. I wish the pool was open during the spring but summer weekend hours suffice. I don't know my neighbors or others in the building well, but when encountering people in the lobby everyone is friendly. Love food truck Wednesday during the spring/summer and vendor of the month discounts in the area.

Meridian at Mount Vernon Triangle is a great community with spacious units and quality amenitites. The building is in a prime location of DC near many bars, restaurants, grocery stores, and metro stops.

5 stars We have lived here for 2 plus years now and have no plans of leaving. The staff is amazing, friendly, and very helpful. The amenities are what really got me into this apartment community but they also host events in the clubhouse as well as weekly food trucks at the front door. Highly recommend!

The Meridian Mount Vernon has been a great place to live so far. We like the location, the amenities, the resident perks and activities and our apartment layout is great. I wish we weren't on the highway side of the building because it's extremely loud and I wish our unit had more storage.

Beautiful apartment!! We have the sunroom option, so we have a lot of natural light. The kitchen is large and opens up to the living area. Plus we have an in-unit washer-dryer. The space is really nice, and honestly the price is good for the location. It is located in a very fun area and walkable to literally everywhere. Plus they have venue of the months so you get discounts to different places in Mount Vernon Triangle. I would definitely recommend this place!

I've generally had a very positive experience in this apartment in the past 2.5 years. It's a better value than a few other buildings in the neighborhood and still has great amenities that I enjoy like the pool, rooftop, and gym. My only issue recently is knowing that the rent will continue to increase and I'm not convinced of the value if it keeps going up as much as it has in the past two years.

I truly enjoy my current apt, community, neighborhood. Friendly faces everyday, comfortable living, safe environment. The rent is high but it's one of the best complexes I've lived in. My goal is to continue to renew my lease or find another unit in the complex. As long as rent as within the same range, I don't see myself moving for a while.

The staff was super helpful during my apartment search! I was able to receive updates throughout my search about the availability of floorplans, rent specials, and if I had any questions, they were only a phone call or email away.

Complex is pretty great overall. Rent is a bit high considering age of the building in comparison to those around it. Front desk office is really nice. The maintenance staff is rude. The walls are a bit thin between apartments. Some appliances need to be replaced but all still working. The gym is nice and pet amenities are nice as well!

Fantastic. I've been lucky to have found meridian! Olivia from the leasing management office, went above and beyond to help me out to find the apartment just appropriate for me and my pet first time I moved to meridian at 2021. This year it's the third renewable contract.

The apartment was great but the rent increase last year was the maximum allowable amount and I expect it to be the same again this year. When I tried to contact the office staff last year about the rent increase seeking to minimize the increase in exchange for committing to a multi-year lease, no one answered. The neighborhood is also extremely loud, but there's nothing you can do about that. There's constant sirens from emergency services being called to the building across the street.

Neighbors are consider and staff is considerate. Apartment is not noisy unless you open a window. Safe environment. Easy to get all around D.C. Close to grocery store and circulator. Lots of places for dogs to hang out if you have one. Gym is fine.

Experience has been good. Would say that maintenance is quick to fix items that need to be repaired. The concierge staff is helpful at times, depends who you speak to. The rooftop is great and has enough space for get together sim the winter and summer. Building does decent job of bringing community together, but only on holidays. Would like to see more community building via social media channels if possible.

Great unit, with lots of natural light and great amenities. A very pet friendly building. the staff is very good at fixing any problems that come about. Would also say that given the price for the space it is a great deal.

7 plus years in a building is a reflection of my satisfaction. The staff at concierge and maintenance are first class always warm, helpful and welcoming. The rooftop is my refuge on weekdays and the overall facilities are superb. I love the cycling room a major USP to the building

I love living here. It's a great value for the location, size of the apartment, and quality of the apartment and amenities. The staff are super friendly and always available, and all of the appliances in the apartment are new. Plus the amenities (especially the gym, pool, and rooftop) are unbeatable.

Very nice place to live. Moved here to be closer to my partner at Gtown Law and have found the area to have great food, transportation, parking, facilities, etc. Staff is friendly, packages are easy to retrieve, and apartment units are super nice.

Meridian at Mt Vernon has some of the best apartments, staff, community and close to the best DC has to offer. And if your luck you can get an apartment on one of the top floors and enjoy the views. At least take a look.

The building has a lot of common areas and the rooftop looks amazing! I was happy to find a studio that is very close to a small one bedroom. I'm looking forward to exploring the building more once I'm moved in.
