Working with the staff was an absolute nightmare. I was simply moving units from Phase II to Phase I. First, my unit in Phase II had been broken into and property stolen, and the leasing office was extremely reluctant to assist in any investigation and refused to answer any emails until I confronted them in person. I then went to move into a new unit in Phase I, and upon arriving, the lock on the door was broken and my move-in was delayed 2 hours while someone replaced it. Then, I moved into my new unit which was a different layout and different dimensions than the one I had toured. No one in the leasing office that I worked with had told me about the difference in dimensions between the two units, so the furniture I had did not fit and I had to sell and buy all new furniture. Management was completely not understanding of my frustration and did nothing to assist in my move in.

This community is very poorly managed. I would not recommend anyone move here. The facilities are nice enough, but the headache of the leasing office and property management personnel is not worth it. There are other buildings similarly priced that have to be better managed than this one.

I like living in meridian. The staff is friendly and maintenance comes quickly whenever I have had an issue. The community is nice and the location is great. I am able to walk everywhere. I am glad I live in meridian.

The Meridian has been excellent for move-in. Friendly and attentive staff, great amenities and community, and a comfortable spacious apartment commensurate with the price. I'm overall incredibly excited to be living here.

I'm very happy that I had the opportunity to get an apartment in the Meridian community. The experience has been great so far! Best location near restaurants, bars, grocery shops, metro stations and the mall.

Great community and value for your dollar. Leasing is hit or miss with who you are working with - some are great but for the most part you have to reach out multiple times. Front desk is 24/7, always super kind, and get packages quickly. Great amenities

Overall, it's a great experience living here. I haven't had any issues with management, and if a problem does arise, they send out an email and resolve it quickly. The amenities are great, although I do wish they let you have guest parking for free, rather than pay the $11/night. Since it's off New York Ave, it can get pretty loud (sirens), but I think that's just part of living in a city. Overall, great place to live.

Great place to be, good environment and community sense. You will have good venues and amenities. Close to public transportation, safe areas and groceries just in the corner of the street. Nevertheless the some areas like the gym (tresmiles) need maintenance

The amenities in this building have been great. The fitness area that includes plenty of machines and space for may workouts, the pool, and rooftop area have all made the experience in living at the Meridian wonderful!

Lovely apartment building, very good location, clean, respectful staff and great amenities. Management is always implementing new ideas to bring the community together, for example free zumba classes. Nice modern building, I am happy I moved here!

Excellent property with professional and helpful staff. Building well maintained and a great community. Love living here. Would recommend to anyone. Note age demographic is mostly people in 20's. Lots of students or new grads but quiet and respectful no loud parties

Great location in Mount Vernon Triangle, close to a grocery store and plenty of restaurants. The metro is walking distance. The amenities are nice and the apartments are large for the price (compared to the area).

The neighborhood has rats. I haven't seen any in the building but the Mayor's office needs to clean up the rat problem. The TVs in the workout room are not in working order. That sucks! And no one is trying to fix it.

There was a slight miscommunication between leasing and maintenance crew but management handle everything as professionally as possible and we're able to address any of our concerns we appreciate everyone involved.

Love the office staff and promptly response to any maintenance issues and questions. I also like the sense of community and improvement of amenities like pool, dry cleaning and more. If rent stays the same, we will stay.

The apartment is conveniently located in a great area of the city. The rates are reasonable and staff is great. Good security system and mail distribution is up to par. Also, maintenance tends to take care of your orders within 24 hrs.

Great location, excellent amenities, the front desk staff is fantastic. However a bit like living in a glorified dorm, lots of parties on the weekends. And the building can get a little trashed until Monday. The leasing staff has been in the past less than helpful, but it is improving

Spacious apartments and great amenities. Very good value. Friendly staff. Nice roofdeck. Well designed. The location is pretty good between Noma and Shaw and Gallery place. Lots of traffic noise but one gets used to it.

Olivia K and the rest of the office staff made things easy and were lovely to work with. I fell in love with the community, the amenities and the cleanliness that the Meridian offered. This was by far one of the cleanest locations I visited in DC, some of the other apartments had broken appliances and were not cleaned after the old tenants moved out. Once I got to view the apartments the rest was easy... They also offer up to 15 month leases which wasn't standard compared to other locations in the DC area.

The apartments and building are beautiful and well kept. However, the walls are thin and noise carrie's from apartment to apartment. The office staff is incredibly unresponsive and dismissive about concerns. I reported a neighbor who sent us aggressive and creepy letter through the door to no avail.

The amenities are great. This building has a lot to offer at a standard price. They tend to cut corners on things, I.e. the print didn't work for 2 months and some of the equipment in the gym has never been fixed. But the people are very nice and accommodating.

Overall a nice place to live, cool area in the city, kept clean thanks to the staff, and friendly staff. The dog park, trash trucks, traffic etc in the middle of apartment can make it loud along with neighbors occasionally. The gym is the largest I've found in the area for the price but doesn't have lifting equipment, mostly cardio equipment and dumbbells, and it took them awhile to fix the leg press. The rooftop is beautiful just be aware it's a younger crowd here and sometimes not left in good condition after nights of parties but again, the staff works continuously to keep it nice. Been here going into my 3rd renewal and grateful :)

Overall good, leasing staff can be frustrating. Don't follow through on requests. Building is very expensive with no new updates. Would like to see some improvements in leasing staff and repairs on roof. I live here for location to work.

Awesome place, just waiting to get this issue regarding the toilet flushing . Everyone is happy, courteous professional, enthusiastic, responsive, fun to be around but again unable to have my toilet flushing ( even when there is no waste in it.
