Overall, we like the building and the neighborhood. There were more problems with the unit than we would have liked, but they have been fairly quick to respond and address those issues, for the most part.

So far, so good. I've been here for two weeks, and everything seems to be in good working order. Staff have been great. I'm happy with my apartment and the building in general. I may have more helpful feedback after living here longer.

I've lived at the Meridian for a few years now and have enjoyed living in the building. It offers many amenities, including a large gym, yoga room, cycling room, and spacious rooftop with a pool that is open during the summer.

The overall community is pleasant. However, my only complaint is the poor quality of windows. The noise pollution is very bad which in turn ruins your down time and even worse your sleep that then takes a toll on our mental health.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience in the Meridian at Mount Vernon Triangle. The amenities of the pool, gym, and roof make it a fun place to live. The new turf dog park has also been an excellent addition.

The leasing office/staff and the maintenance staff are brilliant - it is a great community/building - I've been nothing but happy since moving in. I have always felt at home here and all of the staff of the building are professional and kind, which means a lot to me as a resident.

So far so good. Just moved in but the move in went very smoothly. Unfortunately the ice maker in our freezer does not work. The doors of each unit are extremely loud when the heavy door closes. Also the hallways could use a little more ventilation because smells ruminate from peoples apartments.

Not so good: Elevator scheduling for 2 hours at a time for move ins and or deliveries. If your going to charge a $500.00 move in fee, I should be able to get the elevator for more than 2 hours. Having to pay to activate a fob for a visitor outside the building for $25.00 every 2 weeks. Tenants don't clean up after their dogs very well. Some tenants are part of the problem: disrespectful of the property and loosing key fobs. But I shouldn't have to be be treated like I'm part of that group. Good tenants should get treated with exceptions, Reward the good tenants. It's called positive reinforcement. Good things: The location, nice parking garage, great amenities, consistently friendly building staff.

It is a great building. It is always clean and the amenities are great, particularly the rooftop and the fitness center. Sometimes the front desk seems to get a little overwhelmed with work which can delay getting a package but its not a big deal.

I have been leaving 2 years and I just renewed one more. It is a fabulous building! The amenities are great, love the gym, rof-top, lobby, meeting room, club and swimming pool. I would recommend it to everybody.

The apartment is great for those coming right out of college or in their early working years. The amenities are okay, the rooftop is definitely the selling point, plus they just upgraded the dog park to include turf which looks great. The gym is good enough, won't change your life. The main issue with the building is the noise. Being on the intersection of New York Ave and I-395 is LOUD. Even on the 8th floor you will hear every cop, ambulance, firetruck and general traffic.

was a valuable resource in finding the Merdian. It was able to take my various different criteria items and list apartments that fit what I was looking for. Being from out of state, it made the process much smoother!

The apartments are nice and well laid out, but community spaces can be crowded and loud. Sometimes loud parties, smells of weed often. The apartments facing 395/NY Ave get a lot of street noise. Staff are courteous and good with mail and packages

Location location location. Excellent location. I would recommend this property for someone new to DC and also someone that likes easy access to Virginia down I-395, Downtown and Southwest DC, and Maryland via New York Ave. Also great commute to DCA

Maintenance is great. They're always quick to respond and get things fixed. Concierge service is iffy. Sometimes they're not there for a while, but they're all really nice. Can be loud because a lot of young law students live in the building. Expensive to live here though.

The front desk associate, Kevin was amazing! His friendliness and openness to help us without an appointment surely played largely in our decision to move to the building. We signed the lease without even seeing the apartment first, that's how pleased we were with the service

The only issue I had was slicing my hand open on the dangerous trash chute. I submitted a maintenance request, and less than a week later it was fixed. I enjoy the large gym, but many of the machines need to be fixed. I enjoy the pool, but it closes far too early (8pm). I wish that we could have a pool without a lifeguard. The pool also became very dirty near the end of summer, but was never cleaned. The concierge in phase 2 is very friendly and go above and beyond (Especially Brian). The man who plays trumpet on NY Ave is super annoying. He plays poorly and knows all of 8 songs. Good sound proofing between my apartment and the apartments next to mine.

Recently renewed lease because I love the management team, concierge and maintenance crew. Location is also a plus. This area of DC is up and coming with great restaurants and blocks away from Capital One Arena, Chinatown & Metro Stations.
