The Meridian at Mount Vernon is a great community. From safety, staff, location, and the amenities/shared recreational areas (especially the rooftop & pool) it's hard to top; especially with the rooftop we have. I've been here since 2019 and just moved to a new unit (less bedrooms), I've only been here about a week but it's been amazing. The lease change process was flawless and the team was helpful in ever aspect. The 27/7 concierge does a great job and maintenance is extremely attentive. All-in-all I would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking to live in the Chinatown/Mt Vernon area of DC

The leasing office is the worst I've ever dealt with. Anything you are trying to get done becomes a month long to year long issue. We've had a roommate that moved out two years ago appear on each new document we see. Also, maintenance can take up to 6 months to respond to your issues. The location is great. The amenities are good. The apartments are nice. It's just how they run this place.

The experience has been inconsistent, it's either OK or bad. From unresponsive front desk/leasing office staff, maintenance issues that don't get resolved to just the quality of appliances in my apartment, things constantly breaking, etc. Let's just say, living here is not always a pleasant experience, especially because we pay so much in rent and it just seems unfair to be dealing with these issues.

It's nice. The staff is friendly and the appliances are updated and new. The roof deck is beautiful and the covid guidelines are followed by most residents. The location is also convenient and safe and near metros

I really love the meridian apartment. The maintenance and concierge staff are awesome, the view is great. And the apartment itself is awesome. The leasing office is the clear sore spot on the whole experience, but otherwise I love it here!

Love the building and the apartment. Natural light, good distribution of the space. Gym and spinning room are great. Close to a cluster of restaurants but enough distance so is not disturbing. Also there's a Safeway close which is super convenient.

The community here is great. The Leasing Agents, Concierge Staff and Maintenance Staff are always so friendly and go out of their way to make us feel welcome. They always make sure to give our Husky an adorable hug whenever they can. When we [virtually] show off our place to friends and family, they are shocked at the high quality and style.

It is a very good place to live. Whe have a supermarket right on the corner. The people at front desk are very cortegious and the amenities are nice and always very clean. The rooftop is very nice. But the maintenance takes too long to be answered.

The Meridian MTV is in the perfect location - near shops, restaurants, attractions, etc. I've predominantly noticed the community is composed of young professionals which is great. I've also noticed that in although the apartments are located in a central, busy area, the sound insulation is really great, so you aren't really bothered by loud noises at night. The staff take care of us during the pandemic.

I've been living at Meridian at Mount Vernon Triangle since February 2019. So far, my experience has been positive. Definitely, the maintenance staff is top-notch (Walter, Froilan, and Victor), always willing to help and assist, solving any regular maintenance issues promptly and effectively. The front desk staff is professional, kind, and extremely efficient (Kevin, Bryan, Benzi, and Collins). I recognize the hard work they do, always with a smile on their face, assisting residents without hesitation. They have all my respect and recognition.

There are a few issues with living in this community - the management team is extremely unresponsive to emails and have encouraged us not to come into the leasing office (due to COVID-19, which is completely understandable). However, it feels often impossible to get in touch with them and get answers to important lease questions. Maintenance requests often take weeks to be resolved. Otherwise, the doormen are wonderful and everyone is super respectful!

Great experience so far, the bulding and ammenities are amazing and the staff is helpful and kind. It is located at a perfrct position, very close to many social places, grocerie store and metro atation.

Nice building but the area surrounding it is noisy and dangerous, multiple stabbings at the Safeway across the street. Biggest issue is the inconsistent leasing staff. You can speak with multiple staff members and get a different answer from each one. Also make sure you get anything they say in writing. The staff love to verbally tell you about arbitrary policies that impact your living experience. These policies conveniently change for the leasing office's benefit when you have an inquiry with them. Since these polices are not written down or readily accessible, you'll have a hard time advocating for yourself to enjoy a better living experience. It's not the best business practice, in my opinion, especially when they're trying to keep business and develop client relations.

Our move-in experience was pleasant, positive, and efficient. The leasing agents went above and beyond to make us feel welcome during the virtual tours, and met us at our comfort level with current COVID guidelines. The apartment was thoroughly cleaned and all the appliances work well.

Not so good so far. Maintenance is slow. The leasing office puts a smile on their ace but isn't responsive to problems. Such as my work orders that have been outstanding for three months! Benzi is great in the concierge!

Living at Meridian Mt. Vernon has been nothing short of great! All staff are very pleasant - janitorial, concierge, and maintenance team's especially! We signed a one year lease and have ended up renewing for the past four years. The location is great, as is the vibe. Overall, very satisfied with this community!

The apartment has a good distribution of the space. The appliances is really good, the kitchen is new and the carpet clean. The building is complete, with gym, pool, many spaces to interact, and the neighborhood is complete, with a Safeway in the same block.

Good neighborhood and nice neighbors! Mostly young professionals! Apartment is clean as well as common areas! The only down part is management office and maintenance! Good luck to contact them and get answers if you need them!
