Great so far. Lots of nice staff members, friendly community, and very pet friendly neighborhood. The amenities are well maintained and the morning coffee is (surprisingly) a huge plus. I would recommend this to anyone.

Very nice buildings and units. Nice gym, yoga studio, spinning studio, amazing staff. Close to 2 metro stations, red line and yellow and green line. Close to business district and the city's most famous landmarks.

This place is great. Been here since 2016. The party room is awesome. The workout facility is great as well. I park on the lowest level and there is never a problem finding a space. The office has hours that are accomodating and events that are fun.

Great ameneties. It is conveniently located close to the essentials for those who don't have a car. Close to a great grocery store that is open 24 hours. There are also restaurants and bars nearby. Easy, walkable commute for those who work downtown.

We love this community and it has been so welcoming and nice to live here and feel at home everyday. Between the from desk staff and our neighbors both my roommate and myself love being part of this community.

Staff is always helpful. Amenities are great and always clean. Is a very good option if you want to be in downtown. The building is close to metro stations, restaurants, conveniente stores, dog parks, National Mall, and museums.

I really enjoy living here. The staff is very friendly and I have not had a major issue with the building or apartment yet. There are always great events going on and it seems the people working here truly care about us.

Great experience! Have had a great experience with management, concierge staff, facilities, and maintenance staff. Everyone is very friendly and competent and the facilities are very well maintained. Would recommend!

I love this building. The demographic is pretty young, mostly upper 20s-30s, but there are some young families and people in their 40s and 50s as well. The neighborhood is quiet for its location, yet it's accessible to nearly every cool DC area--U St, H St, Shaw, DuPont, the Mall, you name it. Friday and Saturday nights can get a little bit hoppin' with some neighbors throwing parties, but it's very occasional. The apartments themselves are good quality. Thick walls, good appliances. The only maintenance orders we've had in 2 years are lightbulbs going out. VERY dog friendly, rather a dog paradise, so if you don't like dogs you should NOT move here! The gym has got to be one of the best apartment gyms in the city (we have free fitness classes and a separate spinning room), and I'm pretty sure the roof IS the best apartment roof in the city. Grills, tvs, couches, and of course a pool from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Honestly it's just a great place to live in DC.

very friendly leasing office, management and front desk staff useful, clean and up to date amenities interesting restaurants/bars advertised in the apartment and giving reductions safe place to live nice view on the rooftop all you need: movie theatre, rooftop (with pool), fitness with classes, frontdesk, package lockers, etc

Beautiful apartments and very friendly and helpful staff. So many amenities to love too! Living here I can walk to gallery place metro station or Mt. Vernon metro station within 5 or so minutes - sure beats paying $205/month for parking!

I feel very at safe and at home at the Meridian. It is always very clean and the amenities are great. The staff make sure the building is in top shape, both in and out of the apartments themselves. Definitely a great place to live!

I love Meridian. The building and amenities are all great. Beautiful rooftop, nice gym, fun resident activities. The staff is also super friendly and helpful whenever you need anything. I would definitely recommend living in the Meridian!

Fantastic experience during my first 3 months in the community. I've really enjoyed the monthly restaurant specials. The rooftop event last week was also a highlight. I'm looking forward to meeting more neighbors going forward.

Overall, it's a wonderful place to live- good location, kind neighbors, and lots of friendly dogs who want to say hello. The biggest hurdle here is the leasing office. They're a mostly incompetent group, who really struggle with communication. To get things done, you'll need to really press them. If you have the patience to get through them, you'll be extremely pleased with the maintenance, cleaning, and concierge staff, who consistently go above and beyond for the residents. Other notes on the building: -There's a massive number of residents. Makes a strong "community" feel difficult. -The pool is fine. It's mostly an excuse for people to sit around in suits to tan. -The roof deck is outstanding -The phase 2 building has "Nest" thermostats -New York Avenue facing apartments can get noisy with ambulances and fire trucks that get stuck in traffic. Although the windows do a surprisingly fair job at sound proofing. -Above average apartment building gym

We just moved in and these are my initial thoughts... Very nice facilities (gym, spin studio, rooftop/pool, mail room/package concierge, dry cleaning, etc.); the apartment itself is pretty nice, not the most convenient layout for a few reasons though (awkward wall space, cabinet organization, not a lot of storage space). The leasing office is very nice but a little disorganized. The moving carts are crappy and need to be replaced. Overall, like the value of what I am getting.

Never have I lived somewhere that the maintenance is so prompt, with everything from a grill on the roof being down, to minor repairs in the apartment. the on location dry cleaning service, access to gyms and other amenities are incredible value.

Overall great building and location hard to beat. Apartments are well maintained and come in different sizes. Leasing and concierge staff are always accommodating and always have a smile on their face.

There are a lot of great amenities here, such as coffee, front desk to receive packages, pool, roof, grills on roof, gym, and fitness classes. Everyone is very nice and friendly in the building. It's dog friendly so you'll get to run into some pups every day.

The Meridian is great and has a lot of good amenities, including a pool, a gym, coffee machine, clubroom, and much more. The front desk people are great as well. I highly recommend living here, it's like your own personal luxury hotel.

Overall Meridian MVT is a great place to live if you're in your early 20s-30s. Not a noisy building late at night, common areas are kept very clean, great community events, can't beat the rooftop and pool. Phase I lobby and the gym could be updated, but other than that, not much to complain about.

Love the staff and love the building. Great amenities and everyone is super nice. Maintenance does a wonderful job and things get fixed super super quickly. I also love the area or building was in, that was a big selling point for me.

The staff is so helpful and welcoming. The facilities are also spotless. Great location, close to public transportation options. Also great amenities- I always recommend this building to my friends who are apartment hunting!
