The apartment is very nice and maintenance staff and front desk are very kind. But we can't seem to get certain maintenace issues resolved and have not found the leasing/community office to be particularly helpful

I really like the concierge staff, they make living here pleasant. My only complaint would be the quality of the items used in the apartment. There are spaces in the hardwood from when the wood expanded in the heat. There are parts of the cabinet that are chipping as well. I wish the windows were bigger and brought in more sunlight. I'm also a little confused about recycling, the instructions aren't clear. I'm not sure what's appropriate to recycle and what's not.

The Meridian is a great building with friendly staff, a fantastic location, and an incredible rooftop. The construction is solid, so I rarely hear my neighbors. A highlight (for me) is the amount of natural light that my apartment gets.

I have had a great experience moving into and living at the Meridian. The staff and leasing office was very transparent and fair in processing my application and executing the lease. The front desk staff have also always been great.

I enjoy the apartment building. The staff is friendly and attentive to requests. I feel safe and comfortable in and around my building. The amenities are very nice, and my neighbors are pleasant. The monthly events are nice.

Great place to live in for young professionals and students in the DC area. Apartments are spacious compared to many others I've visited in the area. The facilities are really nice and great for hosting parties. Rooftop pool is always a great touch.

The apartment is very nice. Very clean place to live. All of the common areas are very well kept. First time living in dc and I'm glad I picked to live here at the meridian. It's a very young community so it's vibrant at night !

Great community with an awesome fitness room + roof deck! Residents are super nice and friendly. The rooms are pretty spacious and get solid light. The only complaint is that there the stoves are electric and not gas, but that is minor.

I've lived here for a little less than a week. So far I've been impressed by the cleanliness and front desk staff. The property is well maintained and my apartment was in great condition. I also love the neighborhood.

I feel so lucky to live in this building. The location, amenities, and quality of the units are unparalleled. We have freaking cold brew on tap in our lobby!! I don't know how I could ever live anywhere else. It's not cheap, but what is in DC. You're 100% getting the value that you pay for.

The overall apt itself is great. The concierge staff is friendly and inviting. The grounds are maintained and the maintenance crew works hard to fix the things that need to be fixed quickly. On the other hand, the leasing team is a complete joke. They have no idea what they are doing and are a complete scam. ---- is not a good manage,r simply because he can't do his job- Manage. He nickel and dimes you when it comes to your rent and his response is "the algorithm". His condescending attitude really shows that he comes in to punch a ticket and does not care one bit about the tenants themselves. The other staff does not have the answers to simple questions and always have to be pushed to ----, which I do not want to work with. As much as I love the apt building the leasing company truly makes it difficult to stay. I have neighbors and friends in the building that feel the same and are all looking at different options come when our lease is up. Can't say enough good things about the maintenance and concierge stage AND can't say enough bad things about the leasing office.

If you haven't been to a circus before get ready, because dealing with this leasing office will give you the same experience. I have lived in various apartment buildings with in the DMV before moving into Meridian MVT and I can safely say that this leasing office is by far the most incompetent bunch I have dealt with, with the exception of Bianca, who is very friendly and helpful. Almost all of the other staff in the leasing office either don't care or are not interested in working here. The building is only a few years old so one would not expect to have a lot of issues with the apartment, however, but if something breaks or you need to deal with the front office at all, good luck! Most issues (even simple issues) require at least 2-3 emails, as they don't normally reply to emails or follow-up on their own. I had reserved the freight elevator for a Friday afternoon but when I called a week before my move (just to double check- not required), I was told that they do not have any reservation in my name. I actually had an email from the leasing office confirming my move-in time and day and they still said that I was not on the move-in schedule. I eventually ended up changing my moving time to a Sunday and when I got to the building I found the moving dock locked and both building front desks unstaffed. I had to wait for nearly 90 minutes hours for the leasing office to open so that I could move, which led to a larger moving company bill. There is only one person in the leasing office who is great and that's Bianca. She is the only one who ever knows what's going on, follows up, and is professional and friendly. I will say that most of the concierge staff and building cleaning staff are super friendly and professional. Although the apartment are nice, the leasing staff are unprofessional and it takes forever to have maintenance issues addressed. Not the service you would expect from a luxury apartment complex.

The apartment is very confortable and with modern appliances. You can barely hear your neighbors if at all. Maintenance is very responsive to any issue and the front desk staff are friendly. Rooftop is a plus on this one.

The location is amazing. The front desk is not amazing on the weekend but phenomenal during the week. There is noise from the street but you never hear your neighbors. The access to 395 is perfect and it's hard to beat having a 24/7 Safeway across the street plus a fantastic roofdeck.

Wonderful location, close to the Capitol and the mall for runs and activities that happen there. Beautiful apartments with maitence staff that reapond promptly and professionally. Some reviews said it was loud. I have had no issues with noise while in my apartment; however when walking in the halls you can hear when people seen having parties. Good amount of community sponsored events with free food and drinks. Rooftop is amazing but does get crowded on weekends. Over all very happy I moved here!

Big building with lots of amenities. We moved here because we were between homes and the 2 month lease plus the ability to bring our cat were crucial. We have been pleasantly surprised by how friendly folks are in the elevator. The apartment was very clean when we moved in and is in good shape. We do get some noise from NY Ave.

The apartment complex is beautifully designed. The huge gym, work out classes, pool, and business center also drew me in. I have had a great experience so far living here and would recommend it to anyone.

Beautiful building and great floorplans to choose from. We searched all around the city and Meridian was by far the best value. You get space, new and we'll designed apartments, and great amenities all at a great price without tons of fees

I have enjoyed living in this building for the last almost year, good amenities, great location, everyone in leasing office and front desk has been very nice. Haven't had any issues with my apt, will renew my lease as long as rent isn't hiked up.

Building management tries to save money wherever possible. for example, a coffee station is an amenity but a few months ago they restricted the hours and started taking away basics (e.g., creamer). Yet, the amenity fee has not decreased even though management is saving money. Also, tenants must pay $10 PER GUEST to bring guests up to the rooftop deck.

Great building overall. If you are looking for an apartment in the Mt. Vernon Triangle area, I would recommend the Meridian Mt. Vernon. Top notch concierge staff, nice facilities. Mostly young professionals and graduate students. Very pet friendly!

The process for our application was a little slower than I expected, but in the end I'm super happy with the unit and the staff in the building. Great location with new restaurants opening up all the time, close to a bunch of metro stops, and the rooftop is amazing.
