My fianc? and I absolutely love living at the Meridian. We find the building very clean and the amenities offered are an added plus. Staff is very friendly as well and we have become close with a number of individuals working at the front desk in phase two. We also find the area very beautiful and quiet which is nice. Having a grocery store down the block as well as numerous restaurants one block over is another great reason to move here.

It's been good. Move in was easy and the staff was super helpful. We had some maintenance issues early on with our A/C not working. We had to have it fixed 3 times before there were no more issues which was annoying but it's good now.

Great community. Have lived here for 4 years and don't plan to move anytime soon. Amenities are great, staff is incredibly kind, and the apartments are amazing. Neighbors are friendly and considerate. Quiet enough that you aren't bothered by loud neighbors, but still a fun place to live with lots of young people.

I really enjoy this community and think that people are very polite and respectful and a little bit older and mature. The amenities are always clean and the other residents are very friendly when using the shared spaces.

Fantastic living experience - first apartment I looked at in DC and been there ever since. Great value for money, wonderful location - close to metro, restaurants and shopping. Definitely my home in D.C.

I had a very bad time in terms of communication with the staff prior to when I moved in. The staff was very slow to respond and handled my situation very poorly. They also said they were going to do something to account for my bad experience but never did. However, since then, it has been great.

I've had fantastic experience thus far; the building is always clean, maintenance service has been great, concierge service also great. I feel like I live somewhere high end that I'm proud to invite people over to. Also the roof is fantastic

The service and amenities are fantastic. The front desk goes above and beyond by providing a layer of protection and security for packages and guest entry. The building is also pet friendly and has great dog park and bathing station.

I lived here for 1.5 years and it was hands down the worst leasing company I've ever interacted with. While the building and front desk staff are great should you ever have to interact with the leasing office you will be waiting weeks for email responses after countless follow ups, empty promises, and inconsistent guidance. With the exception of Charles and Rohimi, I consistently dealt with rude, dishonest, and callous staff members. Once you sign your lease, expect to be treated like garbage. I will never live in a Paradigm property again.

When first moving in there were multiple Social gatherings, opportunities to meet others in the community. Lots of restaurants have also been removed from the nearby area as well. Crime in the area has increased over the past year and it feels unsafe at times to go out.

Very clean and well kept, and for it being such a large building people are very friendly together. Amenities are always maintained, and it is a HUGE plus not having to pay a separate amenities fee. On the whole, rooms stay a great temperature without needing HVAC, namely my studio.

Noise is okay, but I'm in a corner apartment and facing L street so that probably had something to do with it. Concierge doesn't let guests or delivery food up the elevator and that's a big knock for me. The apartments are pretty but obviously cheaply built. The paint scuffs very easily, for example. It's probably because the buildings are new and haven't turned over enough for there to be lots of layers of paint.

Great community but poor office staff. Office staff does not respond to emails despite multiple follow-ups (maintenance and even ones relating to upgrade of apartment). In the initial few months, I was incorrectly charged additional rent for a couple of items, making me wary of auto pay. Reception staff and maintenance staff are great, however.

Given the pandemic, my experience with the Meridian at Mount Vernon Triangle community has been rather atypical. Even though there were reductions or alterations to amenities and events in order to promote a safe environment for the community, the staff has been nothing but lovely, and I greatly enjoy the space and location.

Great location and community is mostly early to mid 20 year old's but also working professionals. Excellent rooftop and other shared spaces including gym - if you plan to use these amenities then the rent is worth paying for the convenience. Also walking distance to a multitude of Metro stops and grocery stores.

It's a good community. People are quiet and respectful of Covid precautions. Staff are helpful and friendly. Building is new and clean and had nice amenities. The rooftop has been very useful as an outdoor gathering place for the last year.

Poor maintenance, high rent, untrained staff, repairs and maintenance that never gets done, and worn out carpet and paint pretty much sums up the Meridian at Mount Vernon Triangle experience. I recommend looking somewhere else if you are looking for a place to live.

04/05/2021 update: After my apartment flooded in the winter, I had to make multiple attempts to get the staff to send someone up to stop the leak. They stopped the leak after a couple hours, and they indicated they would address the damage soon. They promised to provide me with a new floor to replace the old floor, but they never delivered. After months of them ignoring my follow up phone calls and emails, I posted a negative review update. They contacted me shortly after the negative review. They changed their minds about the new flooring and instead decided to replace part of my floor with pieces of the old discontinued flooring from vacated apartments. They replaced the flooring with those old parts. It has some wear and tear, and one of the boards is stained. This experience has lead me not to renew along with the other concerns about the neighborhood noise and violent murders nearby. Yesterday was easter. My dad messages me this morning and asks if I got his nice gift of chocolate covered fruits. I go down to find them spoiled and sitting at the concierge desk. I asked the concierge why he didn’t call me to tell him I got a delivery. He informed me that unlike their policy with non-perishable packages where I get a text and email, they don’t let you know about perishable items until 24 hours have passed and they are about to throw it out. No joke. These people do not act like they care about tenant retention. I pay nearly 2400 for this place, and I can do a lot better for 2000 or in a safer, quieter area in Arlington. That’s what I plan to do.

I love the community It is a true pet friendly atmosphere. I miss the resident gatherings due to COVID-19 but we are still having opportunities to gather in the amenity areas with restrictions. I love the location and view.

The Meridian is a wonderful building! The leasing staff was very attentive to my needs. They gave me an exceptionally good tour of the building, laid out all my options, tried to keep the rent within my budget, and worked with me on the move-in day. The Meridian has an amazing rooftop with a pool. Plenty of space to entertain friends and guests. The apartment itself is very large with tons of natural light. No need to compromise in any unit: everything is the perfect size: bathrooms, bedrooms, closets, and the living room. Highly recommend this building!
