I love this apt and look forward to spending much more time here. Staff are wonderful, it's clean, and the amenities are perfect! I would recommend this building to a friend, it's the perfect place to live.

The management team at this community provides very little service to residents. This building is poorly maintained with little or no preventive maintenance for HVAC and plumbing issues. This building charges 3-4 star prices for a 0 star experience. Do not move into this nightmare experience. I have contacted the Paradigm President ---------------- and the service remains poor.

This is a nice starter apartment. But the amount in each years rent increase is ridiculous, which causes such a high turnover amongst the residents. Since I have lived here for 5 years, I think I have had a different neighbor across the hall each year. Additionally, there tends to be a lot of students in this building who love to throw loud parties during the workweek.

Overall, very impressed with the community and how they have handled the COVID-19 crisis. I haven't had any major complaints related to the cleanliness of the building, maintenance, or staff. Any issues I have raised have been resolved quickly.

This is an amazing community to live in and call HOME! Concierge staff are so friendly along with office staff! Everything is clean and well kept. Location is amazing too! I absolutely love living here!

Overall, this complex has great amenities. However, the leasing office nickel and dimes residents for almost everything. Also, although the apartments look nice, they are built cheaply and have no sound insulation.

The staff, concierge and custodian team are great. The team is always helpful. This is a great location in DC. It is nearby two metro stops and entertainment. It is a bonus to be close to the grocery store. The building is pet friendly. The grills do not usually work well however there are lots of dining options nearby.

Living here has been great! The front desk, leasing office, and maintenance staff are all amazing and there to help! Our apartment was clean and perfect when we moved in and we love how spacious it is. The gym, roof, and pool are all awesome amenities!

Apartment building is fantastic. There are many amenities and the rooftop deck is one of the best in Mt. Vernon area. The front desk attendants are incredibly kind. One downside is that getting food delivered directly to your door is difficult because a FOB is needed to work the elevator. There's also a lot of dog owners in the building so seeing dogs is common and great.

Beautiful, modern, well kept-up building and apartments, great amenities and located in one of my favorite neighborhoods in DC, which I'm sure I'll get to go outside in eventually. Only complaint is that all-hardwood flooring means sound carries. Not the noisiest place, but if your neighbor is hammering something, you'll hear it.

It's been a great three year stretch meridian, where the staff have become people I consider friends and the other residents are all respectful of your space and movement. The gym has been a highlight, connecting me with other residents.

Excellent location and responsible staff. Somewhat pricey, but comparable to other apartment buildings in the area. Metro access is excellent: the green, yellow, and red lines are all within walking distance, and the orange/blue/silver lines can be accessed from metro center, also within walking distance, or via transfer from gallery place.

Community is nice. You are in a huge building close to downtown and close to every single metro line, Amtrak/Marc/VRE, buses, shopping, etc. Units have fine finishes, but often needs repairs since renters cycle fairly frequently. Security is decent - love our concierges so much, recently had some security concerns with doors not locking/latching. Mail/packages are a breeze. Maintenance is very kind and patient, no fault of theirs for things in the unit meriting repairs once a month. Leasing is nice, handles issues expeditiously for residents and as a community. Common spaces are spacious and recently updated; neighbors are always courteous.

Meridian at Mt Vernon has excellent facilities, exceptional resident services, the staff are friendly and professional, and the building is cleaned and maintained to a high degree. These things add greatly to the living experience here and are better than I have seen elsewhere in DC. My apartment is spacious and comfortable and quiet. The rooftop adds charm and excellent recreation space. And the location is ideal.

Meridian is a great apartment building. The amenities are awesome. I especially love the rooftop and the gym. It is located near to good restaurants and bars as well as close by to a number of metro stops. We have lived here for 3-years and would stay longer if we weren't leaving he area. I would definitely recommend it to anybody looking for a fun living environment!

The apartment and building are goods. However, the poor service provided decrease the overall rating of the building. There are always problems with the deliveries and the front desk always create an excuse for that. When, in fact, they made a mistake.

There are a lot of Georgetown law students. The day we moved in, a girl was being carried out drunk and there was vomit in the lobby and beer bottles in the elevator. The building gave us the wrong apartment initially and we had to move 10 days later and they refused to pay for movers. We like the building and staff though. It is relatively affordable given what we get for it.

The apartment complex has many amenities for you to enjoy throughout the year (e.g. pool, gym and workout classes, rooftop, dog cleaning) and which make your stay at the Meridian quite pleasant. The staff does a nice job at maintaining the facilities clean and both the administration and cleaning staff is very welcoming. The major issue I encounter is with utilities. I am barely at the apartment because I'm always at work and traveling, and even though I shower at the gym the water bill is super expensive.

The Meridian at Mt. Vernon is a lovely place to live. All of the amenities are very modern and elegantly designed, and the entire place has a luxurious feel. But perhaps best of all is the location, it's incredibly convenient to get anywhere downtown, near Capitol Hill or the National Mall. The staff are helpful and courteous, and the apartments themselves are spacious and comfortable.

I've just moved in but so far the apartment is great. I worried that it would be noisy, as my apartment windows are on the New York Ave. side of the building, but you don't hear street noise at all. Everyone has been very helpful so far.

Management is horrible, our neighbor bangs on our wall if we have the TV on. Management ignores our emails and has done nothing to resolve the issue. Also Bike was stolen out of bike storage, management did nothing to help. Said cameras don't work.
