Very nice and friendly staff. Clean. Responsive maintenance staff. Quite apartments. WiFi is difficult to use at times. This is all I have to say but I will keep typing so you can have my survey completed.

Some of the amenities seem to always be not functioning (coffee machine in lobby) package place downstairs seems to always cause traffic for people exiting and entering the building. The rooftop should be open for longer hours. midnight on weekends is too early. The rooftop is the single greatest thing about this place and the fact that we can't appreciate it for longer is wrong.

This community is wonderful! Great location, building is taken care of, maintenance staff is wonderful. The staff is great! They have top notch amentiies and always doing great community events. We had such a great experience here! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

So far my experience has been great. I especially love the maintenance staff. They are very quick and follow when to enter because of my dog. I like the package system here but sometimes find that my packages get lost or front desk can't help me out. Coffee and tea in the lobby is nice when it is working. Having the guest suite here is very convenient. I couldn't love the roof top any more. Fitness center is the best out of all the places i've lived. And having a dog area has really been helpful with my pup :)

apartment is fine for what it is, it is a temporary living situation, not a long term home. The front desk staff is extremely kind and helpful, however the leasing office staff leaves much to be desired. They don't care about the tenants or customer service.

I love this building! Staff are friendly and helpful, the common areas are warm and inviting, and the amenities are fantastic! I love our rooftop pool and dining area, and use the gym and fitness classes to save heaps of money. Our apartment is spacious, clean, and relatively modern. We lack natural light, but overall it's a great place to live.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. The building and amenities are beautiful, and the apartment looks great and everything is in good working condition. The neighborhood is on its way up, and this was a good time to move in - so far looks like it'll be a good place to live.

great community. clean and quiet building. excellent location near grocery shopping, restaurants, and downtown work place. Also short walk to several metro stations. plenty of available under building parking for drivers. Easy access to 395.

Overall, very good modern apartment with good staff and very responsive on maintenance. If, however, you want a place with a pool that you can bring non-residents to as guests, this is not the place for you. They charge by the guest in a new and very frustrating policy.

Prompt maintenance ticket completion and clean common areas. Fully ammenitized, i.e., great gym facilities, pool, business center, etc. Only problem is the charge to use the pool. Love the proximity to neighborhoods of Washington.

Overall it is a very nice apartment, the rent is crazy for the square footage but that's just part of living in DC I suppose. Nice appliances, flooring and shared spaces. I'd recommend if you can afford!

I love the rooftop, lobby (design, 24-hr concierge, coffee, TVs), and my studio, which includes a unique bedroom nook. Rooftop/clubroom with amazing views sold me immediately along with studio layout

Fantastic people at the leasing office. Kiara made everything super easy for me. The building is great with great amenities and services. The apartments are big and with new appliances, although a little bit noisy is you're on the first floor.

well i just moved in so i'm not sure what my experience will be but from riding the elevator it seems like a quality situation. Also I can not wait to use the pool/ rooftop patio in the summer and spring!

Great Experience with the Leasing Satff (Sarah). She worked diligently to get me moved in on very short notice. All issues I discovered during my walk thru were corrected the same day. The apt was very clean upon moving in.

Building is very clean and well designed. The amount of services available makes everything so convenient. The security system makes the building very safe, but a little harder for residents' guests to visit. Noise level fairly low, which is great.

Excellent service and amenities! The Fitness Center is fully equipped with strength and cardio equipment. The staff personnel are very professional. They seek to answer all your questions and offer professional service. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. I will recommend this complex to family and friends. A wonderful place to call home.

The building has been great, I've had some issues with the front desk staff but otherwise I've loved living here. The healthcenter and pool make it for me and I like the new coffee machine. Would be better if the printers worked better and the pool area could be open year round to sit around

When we moved in we were blown away by the building amenities. But the building is not well kept, the pool is disgusting by the end of summer. The coffee machines are always broken. Plus there are TOO MANY STUDENTS living here I feel like I am in a dorm.

The staff has been great thus far. The apartment fits all my needs! Being so close to a grocery store in DC is a commodity. Having multiple metro and bus lines makes my commute to anywhere in the city very easy. Mount Vernon Triangle is clean and safe, highly recommend living here.

I lived here for one year and while the building was beautiful and in a great location, one experience was bad enough to ruin it for me. One morning my roommate woke up to a completely random stranger on our couch. At first we were concerned we forgot to lock our door, but the front desk personnel openly admitted to finding a man passed out drunk in the hallway and asking him where he lived. The man pointed at our door and without verifying his identity or checking whether or not he was even a resident in ANY unit in the building, the front desk person let this random stranger into our LOCKED apartment using the master key. Luckily the stranger left without much trouble when my roommate woke him up in a panic, but we could have easily been far less lucky. This was a horrible security breach and management was less than responsive in handling the matter. The fact that we paid a high premium for 24/7 security, who then single handedly jeopardized our safety, was beyond me. I do not recommend this building.

I could not be happier with my experience at Meridian at Mount Vernon Triangle thus far. The apartments have a great layout, with brand new appliances, the community offers fantastic amenities, and the location and neighborhood are great!

Our heat does not work properly. There is a large draft in our child's room, and the heating vent blows cold air. The gauge reflects 77 degrees, but the apartment is no where close to that level. This is not difficult technology and for 4200/mo rent, we should have a functioning heating system. In addition, we have a 2BR apartment, but if you run both showers simultaneously for 5 minutes, there is no more hot water. This is likely due to too low of a hot water heater capacity. I have complained about both of these issues for years, and it's unacceptable. The equipment should be replaced. There is no point in having two bathrooms, if we can only use one at a time. And we should have heat in our "luxury" apartment.
