Sarah worked hard to make sure I had an apartment when I arrived for my new job at the AAMC. I appreciated all of her efforts to accommodate my travel and move dates. She relieved much tension and stress from my experience, for which I am truly grateful.

Since I moved in at the end of January I've been satisfied, overall, with my experience. I have not had the best experience with the office staff - getting told different things by the office regarding when to sign papers, pay deposits, etc. It's quite annoying especially when you get mean emails asking why you haven't done something you were specifically told not to do or were told to wait to do. The maintenance staff is great as are the people at the front desk. If I were to recommend a friend to live here I would share my problems with the leasing office and let them decide for themselves if it's worth the trouble.

It's a great place to live! Lots of amenities included and the quality of the apartments is excellent. It has the feel of a community and the team is very helpful. The location is also great, close to shops and restaurants but not on a busy street. We are really happy with the decision to move here!

I enjoy living here. I am hoping the rent doesn't increase especially with all of the new properties going up in the area. The grounds are well maintained. I hope the pool as well as the other amenities don't become overcrowded when the new meridian next door opens.

Luxury building, safe and secure. In a nice location in close proximity to Chinatown and Mt. Vernon metros. Great eateries which include Busboy and Poets and grocery store. State of the Art gym and plenty of parking. Excellent choice for DC!

I have been living in the apartment for 4 years. I have been happy overall but have found that some services have diminished especially as the building has increased in size. For example I think the new pool/roof policy is a bit ridiculous. However, I really like the new gym.

Overall, living in this building is a dream - pool, pet friendly, beautiful building and a great location. If I were to recommend a building in Chinatown or close to Metro center this one would be it. They also offer specials pretty frequently, so I've found it to be affordable as well.

The Meridian at Mt. Vernon Triangle is a great building to live in, for the most part it is quiet and clean. It is big dog friendly which is a plus. The staff is courteous and having someone at the front desk all the time is great.

I recently moved in (in the past couple months) and am extremely pleased with the apartment. The apartment is beautiful and I havent had any noise problems. I can hear some of the noise from the street in my bedroom, but if I run a fan, I can't hear it at all. The apartment is very quiet, I have not had a noise problem yet. I cannot hear any of my neighbors. The workout facilities are great, the free coffee and tea is great. My only complaint is that the concierge staff seem to have a bad attitude at times like they are extremely put off that they have to sit at the desk so they take frequent breaks, leaving the desk unattended for long periods of time. My response to this attitude is that the residents are paying lots of $$$ for a 24/hr concierge, so if they do not want to do their jobs, I am sure there are plently of others who would be happy to. It is surprising to me that nearly all of the concierge staff are regularly unpleasant or act annoyed that they have to retrieve your package for you. By contrast, the leasing staff are amazing and extremely friendly and do not appear to hate their jobs or hate talking to you. (Also if the concierge staff are going to take long lunch breaks, then while they are gone someone should be sitting at the desk, that is what 24/7 concierge means). Also, the dogs in this building are freakishly cute and quiet. Overall, wonderful facilities and leasing staff. Sub par concierge staff.

Great place to live! Great location, friendly concierge and maintenance staff who are quick to fix your issues. I've been lucky to have had great neighbors so no issues on that end. The extras (gym, pool, rooftop) are all great if you get a chance to use them.

I've enjoyed my stay so far! I think the hallways can be quite noisy sometimes. I'd also like to see more regular community events and opportunities to get to know neighbors. The location is very nice and I'm excited to see what character all the new development brings to the area.

I've only lived here for a couple days, but so far I am impressed with the apartment and the community. The apartment itself is very high quality, and I haven't had any noise problems whatsoever. Residents seem to be respectful and mature.

Overall, satisfactory. I suggest that you compensate the staff, especially the concierge, well. I find particularly helpful the woman with the blonde/brown hair that works weekend evenings. Thank you for your time.

Moving into these apartments was so much easier than I could have ever imagined. Sarah helped us with all of the paperwork and made sure we were happy every step of the way. She was one of the main reasons we chose to accept the apartment.

I love living at the Meridian. The location is extremely convenient for groceries and public transit access. It is also very close to my school, which makes it a great location. The staff are so friendly and there are so many nice people here.

It's a good place to live. Feels like home already. The only thing that I would complain is regarding the closing hours of the roof top. However, the building offers a nice environment to live in.

This community is very well kept, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Although rent is more on the expensive side, the building is extremely secure and conveniently located across the street from the supermarket and a short 10 minute walk to two metro stations.

The apartment is great, hardwood floors, spacious and bright (at least my unit, lots of storage space, new appliances, new building. It is hard to go wrong with it. The Building itself is good. Beware you will follow a lot of rules. Sometimes it feels like you are living in a college dorm with all the "do and don'ts", not in an apartment community. I would guess the average age of the residents is late 20's, 30's, with exceptions. Pool closes early, if you work late hours, forget about enjoying it on weekdays. Lifeguard 100% of the time even though the pool is only 3ft deep. Getting some fresh air at night is also not possible, because doors are closed. Too bad, from the rooftop there are such a nice views if the skyline (Capitol and Washington Monument). You can't try to burn some extra calories going up using stairs - the emergency doors are locked (they work to exit, but not to reentry in any of the levels)but there is a small gym. Some free weights were missing (last time I checked), but the overall machines are are quite good. for its size, there are a lot of cardio equipment. Key-fab has to be used all time. To get in the building - concierge might or might not open the door for you; use it in the elevator, on the way to the garage; or going up to any floor. You will need the key-fab from the garage to go inside the garage lobby, then again in the elevator to go up. Forget about holding too much groceries, you need a free hand or a friendly neighbor pushing your floor's button. There is a nice coffee machine in the lobby and some tea. The neighborhood there is a Safeway across the street, Vida Fitness, ACE hardware right on the corner. A Chipotle for fast food and it is walking distance from Chinatown, from the mall and some metro stations. Some bars next to the Convention Center is our version of H street corridor. The fair amount of homeless sitting on the Rigo Walled Park, next to the building is something can't go unnoticed. As well, the BAD Synchronized Traffic Lights right in front of it (across Safeway) can make your departure by car a little slow (it only allows the passage of 3 DC drivers or 1.5 suburban slow driver at the time). And before I forget, there is a Bike-share right around the corner! It is definitely well maintained community, although there are rules, it is a really nice building and I would definitely recommend moving in and enjoy some of the parties the building has sometimes!
