Terrific move-in experience all the way around. Sarah was terrific and easy to work with! The staff bass been responsive during our time here and we've yet to encounter any problems or disappointments relative to our initial hopes and expectations!

I like to live there and I don't have so many comments about because this is my first apartament in DC, so I don't have any idea of others buildings. The one thing that might have is one barbecue or grill in the rooftop and the possibility to may open the pool space more ours a day, including in the winter.

I had an very pleasant experience when moving into the Meridian in Mount Vernon. The Staff were extremely helpful throughout the process, from showing us only the apartments that had the amenities we wanted to accommodating their schedule during signing and move in.

The building itself is nice, but they try to stuff you with any fees they can (ex: $100 to replace your key!). Management is nice, concierges are cold and curt for no apparent reason. The building is occupied by older professionals and snotty 'young' lawyers who are high-strung and boring enough to constantly complain about noise levels, even if it's unwarranted. I would definitely NOT recommend this building to anyone under 35, unless they want to be glared at for simply having the audacity to live here.

Extremely happy with my apartment and its amenities. The gym is great! I love that it's 24 hours. The staff are courteous and helpful. The location is ideal. A grocery store across the street, the metro within 7 minutes walking distance. Very happy that I live there.

This is a nice community, it's expensive but the amenities are good. The building has struggled with poor behavior among residents. The roof deck and pool have been awful to enjoy in previous years. There was no enforcement of rules. I think management is taking steps this year to correct.

An extremely professional atmosphere with great neighbors and amenities. So impressed with appliances -- including an amazing coffee machine in the lobby -- and layout of the property. Staff is attentive and welcoming, and was accommodating during a stressful move-in. Cannot wait for Phase II!

The apartment is well-maintained and in a convenient location to restaurants and stores. It also has nice amenities, like a rooftop pool and a fitenss room. In addition, the staff is friendly and responds promptly. I would recommend this building.

I am completely satisfied with our apartment and experience with the Meridian at Mt. Vernon Square. The local grocery store, the rooftop, the security, and distance to local attractions are particular strengths of this apartment building and community.

This apartment is very new and very clean with great amenities including a fitness center, rooftop pool, and underground parking. The interiors have nice wood floors, stainless steel kitchen appliances, and granite counter tops. The leasing staff has been very easy to work with and very nice and helpful! I would certainly recommend to a friend.

I moved in very early (building wasn't 100% finished yet). Despite previously moving, on average, every twelve months, I don't see myself leaving this building unless things change dramatically. Service is professional, building is very well-maintained and conveniently-located, and residents are quite agreeable. Management tries to inspire community, but most folks seem pretty private. New 24-hr supermarket across the street is a huge plus, as is proximity to three Metro lines (incl. Union Station) and Gallery Place neighborhood. Closest thing to a negative? The security is rather tight, to the point of somewhat inconvenient when entertaining guests. Also, I expect the rent (high but reasonably so) will probably rise as the area becomes more developed.

Living in the city has been wonderfully easy and convenient! We're so happy we made the decision to move downtown. It's stupid that you have us type 200 characters...you're not going to put anything other than short and sweet in an add blah blah

Overall pretty good, however, the quality of residents have declined leading to some issues around security and cleanliness. It has the potential to be amazing if they better screened their potential residents

Apartments are nice overall, but I would not consider them "luxury" as advertised. The walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors - and people/cars outside - at times. The stoves are electric which makes cooking anything of substance an issue. The carpet and fixtures are cheap. Also, there are a considerable number of people living here that are still in or just out of some sort of post-secondary school. Weekends can be quite loud with kids having parties.

Great apartment building, with only one major drawback - there is no gym in the building! The owner of the property built a new location nearby, and decided to close this building's gym and simply make residents walk to the other building whenever they want to use it. The gym frequently had a dozen or so people in it during regular hours, so there wasn't lack of demand or anything. There was no (reasonably) explanation given to the amenity being taken away, and now just a large empty room next to the lobby where all the equipment used to be. Very strange and unnecessary, and definitely a reason to look elsewhere.

Our leasing agent, Sarah Dwyer was extremely helpful and accommodating. In addition, we are really happy with the space and the appearance of our new apartment. We look forward to spending more time in the apartment community and neighborhood.

City living with space. I have been a resident for several years and it has been a positive experience. Clean, modern, and safe building. Very quiet. I have never encountered anything but professionalism and courtesy with the leasing staff, concierge staff, and maintenance staff.

I am very satisfied with Meridian at Mt. Vernon Triangle. The building is beautiful and well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. The apartments are beautiful, well taken care of and the views are amazing. I hope to live here for years to come.

I love this building and this apartment. If they can keep the price right, I'll be here for a long time. The only real negative is the amount of fees. There seems to be a fee for a lot of things, such as a Move-in fee AND a security deposit. To add a subletter involves a few different fees. Application fees are per-person, and they're expensive. And parking rates increase after the first car, which is obnoxious.

I just moved into the community, so I haven't really gotten a chance to interact with many people. However, the community overall seems really friendly. People held open doors when I moved in and let me pet their dogs. Everyone seems happy..

The community is lively. There are a lot of students in this building, but there are also professionals working in the neighborhood, in DC for a short time or here because pets are allowed. Everyone is friendly, especially the staff.

Very happy we moved here from VA. The location can't be beat - between the proximity to Chinatown and dining options, I'm very satisfied. The staff is pleasant and addresses issues quickly. Living here isn't cheap, but it's definitely worth every penny. Try and get one of the move-in specials.

Love living at the Meridien at Mount Vernon Triangle. Great amenities and staff. It's twice the amenities now that we have a second building next door. Location is central to metro, bus and shopping. The staff is kind and responsive. I have no complaints at all!

Very easy move in process. All the details were attended to and the unit is in great shape. Staff is very friendly and has been very helpful for someone new to DC. Neighborhood is fanatistic. Very convenient and both walkable and bikeable. Easy highway and metro access. There is some construction for the next phase of the property located next door but the noise has been minimal and worth the coming upgrades.

The building and area is quite nice, and our 1BR is well-laid out and well-done. I love having a grocery store right across the street! However, the walls are very thin, and you can easily hear another person talking at a normal volume in the next room within the same apartment. It is also quite easy to hear dogs barking or music from neighboring apartments. Facing route 50, I also hear a lot of street traffic.
