It has been a great place to live. I appreciate the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the property. From the mail system to communications, you can tell that they are constantly trying to improve the experience.

Really Nice community and neighbourhood. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Not too much noice and it is well located. It's walking distance to a lot of nice places and restaurants. I love living here

I have had a great experience renting at the Meridian. The staff are very friendly, I feel safe in our building, and have had all maintenance issues resolved in a timely manner. I think the roof deck is a great amenity as well and enjoy the events and perks that the building offers. It is located in a central location in DC too which makes getting around very convenient. The building is also very clean and is kept in good condition.

Love the building. The leasing office, front desk and maintenance staff are all super responsive and helpful. We enjoy the amenities and are overall really happy with living hear, only down side is the noise in a unit facing New York Ave - the windows really help decrease it but when you want to have the windows open it's very noisy and you can always hear the sirens. Maybe it's better on higher floors or facing L street. Otherwise we love the living here.

The building and amenities are nice, maintenance is quick to resolve issues, and units are relatively affordable (at least compared to others in the area). The leasing office can be annoying to work with, but that seems to be par for the course.

I like Meridian very much. Suggestion: I think the rooftop could be improved. For example, by adding light in the rooftop for summer nights and dinners. Also, renovating the furniture because so far it is a bit deteriorated.

Have never had any issues living here. All the staff members have been friendly and accommodating. The location of it is great as well. Would definitely recommend to people who want to be relatively central to DC, but also not have it super busy.

Good living experience. Main issue is that there is not any security to verify tenants vs non tenants who enter at all times. There is a concierge who is usually busy checking in packages. A permanent person and a verification of being a tenant should be mandatory to enter.

I've lived here for 3 years consecutively, and 2 other stints before then. There is a reason I came back and a reason I stayed - this place has everything I need, is conveniently located, and the staff are friendly and responsive. I recommend this building to anyone looking in DC.

All in all a very nice place to live. The building is fairly clean with really nice amenities. All staff is nice and they building works hard to plan events and things for residents. The only issues is that the walls are thin, so the noise from neighbors being loud can be challenging.

This is a great community in a convenient location. Amenities are great and in good condition. Management is responsive and package entry is prompt. Not sure how renewal process is as I haven't been here long enough.

The building itself is very nice. Many really nice amenities. Relative to other similar buildings in the area, the price for the apartment sizes you get is really good. Management is very very difficult to work with and are not very helpful. Appliances and flooring are decent but are kinda cheap.

Been great! Very happy living here and the apartment and amenities are all great. Staff is friendly but sometimes the front desk is asleep and it is a safety issue. Would also like to be able to walk up the stairs and access my floor using the key fob.

I have had a nice experience at Meridian Mount Vernon Square. The value for the rent price is very good, but that's partially because of a rent freeze during the COVID-19 pandemic. A fine luxury apartment building. You can't take the stairs up to the second floor, which is frustrating.

It's fine. It is an apartment in DC. It's expensive but everything is. I wish the walls were thicker as sometimes I hear my neighbors. I like the parking garage. The front desk staff are great. It's easy to get packages.

Overall a very satisfying place to be at. Apartments are spacious and whenever problems arise, they get fixed quickly. The amenities are great and the staff do a good job organizing community events. One thing that could be improved is the security of the bike storage. Our bike was stolen last summer. The storage area hasn't been properly fixed yet.

We had a great move in experience here! The office staff was attentive, helpful, and very friendly. The loading dock and elevators were spacious which allowed us to move in quickly with ease. No complaints!

We really enjoyed the amenities of the building, such as the gym, rooftop, dog park (although it could use some maintenance), etc. Also really liked our unit layout and it had some decent finishes. All the community events such as movie night, happy hours, food truck nights, workout classes, etc. are also super great to have and not something I've experienced living at other buildings.

I just moved in and all of the staff have been very helpful and responsive. The community amenities are great and the individual apartment was in great shape for me. Overall I'm very happy with the choice to move here.

I absolutely love it. It is such a beautiful space, and the building as a whole is so nice and well-maintained. All of the staff is incredibly thoughtful, capable, and kind. And my floor to ceiling windows seem too good to be true! Can't complain about anything living here.
