I have been a tenant in this building for almost two years. During this time, I have lived in both a 2-bedroom/2-bathroom and a 1-bedroom/1-bathroom apartment. The building's location is excellent, being close to three metro stations, grocery stores, and restaurants.

The building is quiet, well-maintained, and doesn't feel like a typical "new build" apartment with thin walls - we haven't heard our neighbors once since moving in. Our unit is spacious and was cleaned thoroughly before moving in, and there are minimal marks of wear and tear in the unit. I am excited to spend time on the rooftop and near the pool in the coming months!

It has been great so far. Clean, safe space that feels and is very secure. Great amenities throughout the whole complex that's very well spaced out. Very walkable area as well, groceries on the opposite corner of the street and plenty of restaurants a block away.

This building has great amenities: gym, pool, big rooftop, and is located in a safe neighborhood. I like the garage and how there is a roundabout in phase 1 for cars to pull into. For a studio, I wish my rent was a little lower for the surface area I have, but I am paying for the location which is very central for my work

It's been very erratic. We have burned through many managers and if things go wrong or it's catch as catch can and there are some building-wide maintenance issues that don't get taken care of without prompting. It can be a drain but I don't know what is going on behind the scenes. I can only speak as a tenant/end user. I have also had a bad history of mould/condensation problems (last several years) in the winter -- things that were not happening when I first moved here. They have tried to fix it but so far nothing definitive or conclusive. Just a band aid..

Meridian at Mt Vernon Triangle is a solid apartment complex with updated units, but the area has gotten a little unsafe. The apartment amenities are very nice, including a great rooftop with lots of lounge areas.

Since moving to this building in late 2019, I have noticed a serious degradation in the upkeep of this property. The hallways, common areas, and gym consistently have damaged and broken equipment/fixtures. This extends to things such as exterior doors, where lack of maintenance endangers residents. Front desk staff and maintenance staff clearly work hard but are under-resourced. Maintenance, in particular, has failed to complete basic tasks both in and out of my unit. When they do come to address issues, they often leave the apartment in worse condition than it was in originally. Attentiveness to the upkeep of this property would make it a premier property in an increasingly competitive neighborhood.

It's a beautiful, if slightly overpriced, building with lots of amenities. The rooftop is really the biggest selling point as is the front desk staff and the leasing office, all super nice ppl who go above and beyond for tenants.

The apt/location is itself great! The move in process was a little confusing because they said I needed to pay the prorated cost, but that wasn't shown on my online portal. Apparently I just needed to enter the amount even though it said I didn't have anything due. Wish it was easier to buzz people or deliveries up, but otherwise it's safe

The rent was reasonable during the peak of the pandemic but it is way too high now. The building has a very high percentage of students so it has the feel of a college dorm but the price of a professional building.
