I had a positive experience and have applied for a unit in the community. Only downside is that I could hear another apartment's conversations through their door from the hallway. But overall, I really enjoyed it and it was great to get a feel for what the community is like.

The building and amenities are well taken care of, and the apartments are in good condition. Residents are friendly but mostly keep to themselves. There's a good amount of dogs. The location is convenient to a lot of public transportation.

Overall it's good but way too expensive for the amount of space you get. A studio apartment shouldn't be $2200, that's insane. Price nonwithstanding, it's annoying to pick up packages. Half the time I don't get the email that my package has been sorted, and even if I do, sometimes the staff doesn't really look and don't see them all. I had a package lost in the locked package closet for months before it suddenly appeared.

Overall great staff, good amenities, and excellent location. A bit of noise from the road on the NY Ave side, but good light. Large roof deck that is often not crowded. Pool area has lots of rules, but a decent size.

Great place to live for young professionals in DC. Location is very convenient, lots of activities around and great amenities. Good gym and other sports activities offered to residents throughout the week.

It's a good value for the area. The community feels safe and I don't worry about walking around the area at night as a younger woman. For the location and price, it's the best option I was able to find.

Well located, clean and great for dog lovers. Good amenities. Few major issues compared to other apartment complexes I've seen, and willing to remedy any minor issues fairly quickly. Parking is covered and readily available which is a major plus for the area.

This place is one of the best places I stayed over all, they are very sensitive about choosing the tenants and good customer care and the area is over all accessible and quiet .I recommend it to the single and young professionals to consider

The apartments are nicely set up, and well maintained. Maintenance is extremely fast to respond, and the front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. There have been security concerns in the garage, but the building itself feels very safe.

very noisy on 4th st side of than that bldg is kept clean . Porch on front of L St Phase II bldg need to be scrubbed ,Its very dirty. some steps are loose. Hope it was repaired a while ago.

Meridian at Mount Vernon is very well located and it has very good ammenities. The rooftop is nice, with a beautiful view and with good furniture. The staff are friendly and nice. It was a good choice for me and my wife.

I had a seamless move-in experience and love the location and floor plan. The building is clean with a great gym and a lot of great amenities. Staff is courteous and helpful and location is also a huge plus.

It was great! The leasing office was super informative and polite and worked hard to meet my needs. The apartments were beautiful and well maintained, and the amenities were very nice and stood out compared to other apartment complexes in the area.

Everything was going fine. The maintenance team is very awesome but the one time a Spanish guy called my phone and I told him do not enter my apartment without my consent and they entered anyway. I pacifically told them no one is to enter my apartment building without my consent. They gave me a call on the phone. I told them they will have to wait until I'll be home to reprogram anything in my apartment, but they gave my respect and did what they wanted to do.

Great amenities in the community. I've recommended it to many peers. We've had some bug problems but the building has supported in getting the issues resolved as fast as possible and supported us throughout.

It's great! I really enjoy living at Meridian Mount Vernon Triangle in Washington DC. I've lived in the building for several months and have been completely satisfied by that experience. I'd happily recommend it.

Leasing office staff is very attentive, the building has a very welcoming environment, and front desk team is helpful. Any issues I've had were taken care of, I was heard out, and you can tell the staff cares about their residents.

Apartment was very clean and prepared for arrival. Only recommendation for moving in would be to make sure you book freight elevator far enough in advance and bring a dolly with you. On weekends filled with move-in and move-outs it can be impossible to track on down.

When I submitted a service request the Meridian answered me right away and fixed the problem the next day. It was dealt with swiftly and I am very pleased with the service. I will be submitting more in the future

I have had an amazing experience living at the Meridian. The building is kept clean, maintenance resolves issues quickly, and the location is safe and walkable to everything you could need. I would highly recommend this building to anyone looking for a great place to call home in DC.

It has been a great place to live. The neighborhood is located centrally in Washington DC- with many surrounding restaurants, grocery stores, metro, and other public access. The building management has been very responsive and helpful.
