I had a lovely property tour with Victoria who was knowledgeable and courteous. These units go quick, submit your application if it meets all your requirements. I like the elevator key fob feature for safety and security.

The apartments are larger than others in DC, and amenities are fairly good. Some things might need renewal but maintenance service is very good. Also the people at the front desk are great! Super friendly and nice

I have found the Meridian Mt. Vernon Triangle a welcoming environment. The office, concierge, and maintenance staff are friendly and professional. The residents are generally respectful of the rules. The locations is excellent for shopping, nightlife, and the many attractions DC offers downtown.

Amazing experience to live in this building! Highly recommend. I will certainly give them 9 stars out of 10. This building is gorgeous. The units are well-designed and constructed. The amenities include a massive rooftop with grand views of the monuments, a pool, and a common space. The gym is spacious with strength machines, free weights, cardio equipment, and a private yoga studio.

We did not receive mail keys at move in and the office staff was unsure about the status of our parking space so we had some confusion there. We also had issues with reserving the elevator. Otherwise move in went well.

This has been a terrible experience, things in my apartment are broken upon move in, drawers were not cleaned out in the kitchen, key fobs do not work, I didn't receive my parking pass upon move in. Disappointed overall.

Office staff is good, the rooftop needs a lot of work. Chairs around pool are damaged and old, the bbq's need to be repaired, seating on rooftop, pillows need to be replaced. Front desk is usually friendly

The meridian apartment complex in mount vernont triangle is located in a good neighborhood with plenty of restaurant and bars within walking distance. The apartments offer a good amount of space for the rent paid. The amenities include bbq grills,pool, gym, beautiful rooftop, and lounge areas (with printer and conference rooms). Moreover, the staff is courteous and is available to help. Maintenance responds promptly.

the experience has been great overall, the apartment spacing, and common areas are great and very spacious. Also, the area has a lot of restaurants that you could visit, and it is convenient when walking to the National Mall. However, the neighborhood has become dangerous and not very safe for residents, and the building security must be improved.

The building is lovely, but what needs to improve is to have on the same floor trash for the card box trash because ( like other buildings, have two sides, one for trash and the other for recyclable on the same floor of the apartment) the loading dock does not smell good, and people are constantly moving.

I have had a wonderful experience living in the Meridian at Mount Vernon. I renewed my lease when it first was up, and am only not renewing a second time because I am moving due to a change in my employment situation. I find that the Meridian is a great value for what you pay, with wonderful amenities and great opportunities for discounts and partnerships with local vendors.
