The community is conveniently located, with nearby supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, public transportation, etc. The concierge staff is courteous and helpful. The facility is clean for the most part.

Having a great time so far! Super secure and clean area with a fairly easy move in process and responsive team. Beautiful amenities and opportunities for community activities. Super excited about the workout classes and gym.

This building has great amenities that I utilize on a regular basis including the dog run. The staff, from the leasing office to the cleaning people are very nice and helpful. Maintenance requests are dealt with quickly and completely the first time, and the maintenance people are very polite and conscientious.

I really enjoy living here. My favorite part is the staff. Everyone makes it so enjoyable to come home. Tiffany in specific is a delight to see and talk to. She always has a smile on her face. She is willing to help at any moment. The maintenance crew is timely and super attentive.

This place is a great building. Little bit dated but the amenities are good. Lovely assistant manager, Olivia. Overall, the maintenance team is responsive and helpful. The workout classes are fun! We like living here.

It has been great! The building maintenance has been prompt and well done. The concierge are helpful. Not sure why Joshua left but he was superb. The main office is also responsive. Only drawback is the noise from emergency responder, the highway and too much light in the rooms at night due to the type of shades used. They gave me insomnia for many months.

Apatos facing NY Ave and 395 suffer from unbearable street noise. In addition, building security is very weak anyone can enter without being questioned or stopped, affecting the comfort and safety of residents.

Overall, the Staff are very kind and attentive, and generally the building and common areas and facilities are good. Just I have some noise issues in my unit including with the appliances all of which I raised at the beginning when I just moved in, and some common services such as the grill are being fixed. But overall quite alright now.

I have been a resident since 2018 and have had a really enjoyable experience living here. The building is well-maintained, maintenance repairs/issues are quickly addressed and, except for rare occasions, the building is quiet. The units are also quite spacious, include in-unit washer/dryer and the roof deck is stunning!

The move in process was super smooth, which was helpful because I was on a very short timeline. I've only lived here for a couple of weeks but so far everything has been great and all of the staff have been very welcoming!

It was really good and I helped a friend move in recently, recommending her as the best apartment in terms of studio rents, facilities like Yoga, zumba and spin classes. Also the layour of the studio's are really good separating the living space and hallway

I love the amenities offered and the close location to the metro, Safeway and restaurants. I feel safe here. The workout classes are great and I love how large the gym space is. I wish there was an easier way to deposit recycling. There are a lot of mosquitoes on our balcony even though we don't have any standing water

Such a great apartment with A+ amenities (gym, pool, rooftop, mailroom). Everyone from staff to neighbors is so friendly, and it's a pleasure living in the building. Very centrally located in DC with easy walking to museums, restaurants, etc.

Overall, it's been good. The noise levels from the garbage pickup are my biggest complaint. Also, there have been instances where packages I ordered could not be located or located when I first asked.

The building management team and staff have all been welcoming and helpful through the moving process. The community is family friendly and doggy love. Units are noise proof and spacious, great place to be!

I moved into the Meridian the fall of 2024 and I love it here. All of the employees that work at the property is helpful and very kind. I plan to be here for years to come.I also highly recommend do to the location.

Don't come here if you want maintenance requests actually addressed or if you don't want to have to spend days asking for anyone to actually look for packages that you were told were delivered. It's truly maddening

I've really loved this apartment! The location is wonderful, the amenities are amazing, and the staff is awesome! I particularly love how big the gym is and how they have exercise classes every day. Overall the apartment is great value for money and I never want to move out

Overall great place to live. Phase 1 does not have the newer updates as Phase 2 has, but still a modern apartment with stainless steel appliances, elevators that work consistently, and responsive maintenance staff. Package system is not perfect but does the job. The building is visibly cleaned on a consistent basis. Amenities are well kept. Property management gave us a hard time with an issue, and corporate was not responsive to our (the residents) or their on-site staff's request for assistance. Corporate acts like typical multi-million dollar landlords, but the property management staff is mostly helpful.

I've lived at Meridian at Mount Vernon Triangle for a number of years and it's been the best place to live in Washington, DC. Conveniently located, great amenities, and helpful staff and maintenance have made for a great experience and place to call home.

My experience has been great so far! The apartment is safe and the amenities (lounge, gym, pool, workout classes, etc) are wonderful. The location is also good, sandwiched in between NoMa and downtown.

I've thoroughly enjoyed my timing living at the Meridian in Mount Vernon Triangle! The location truly can't be beat, and the amenities are well-maintained. I also appreciate the concierge service, they are largely welcoming and very helpful!

The community is clean and staff is friendly. Meridian is also very dog friendly and even has a dog park available for residents. The elevators are very quick and there is always parking in the garage.
