Well I just moved into the community. Overall, it's a decent place to live. I do wish they had handicapped accessible entrances for elderly & disabled people. The office seems to be proactive when it comes to resident needs...still trying to figure out the maintenance team. Prayerfully my stay here will be great!

The property is very pretty and well kept. The staff are pleasantly helpful and knowledgeable. Pets are accepted and treats offered at the office. They have tennis, a pool, and they offer car washing services

The Move in process was seamless and our rental agents at Top of the hill were wonderful and attentive. The apartments and grounds are well kept. We had an issue with our dishwasher when we moved in and maintenance fixed it the very next morning. My wife and I are very satisfied.

So far, things have gone quite well. Maintenance, in general, has bee quick and efficient. Office staff have been responsive to my questions and issues. Apartment complex is older but it is well maintained.

Complex is very quiet. I have not had any issues with resident in my building or anyone in the complex. People are friendly especially those with pets. All kinds of businesses are very close by. I would recommend Top of the Hill to my friends.

Calm and peaceful atmosphere to live in. Close to bellueve park - good for walking,biking and fresh air. 202 is about 5 miles. Great shops around for food and groceries. Friendly office staff and good maintanence team.

I have lived here for three years now. There are pros and cons to living everywhere in an apartment situation. The pros outweigh the cons here.The community is very nice. The landscape is beautiful and very well-maintained. Staff is friendly and professional. I would recommend living here.

Nice apartments but older. Good community of decent and nice professionals and nice families. Staff is excellent. Park like for taking walks. Good location and sets back in nice area on Silverside Road.

So far we have really liked living at Top of the Hill apartments. It's quiet, it's clean, people are mostly respectful to each other. The size and quality of the apartment combined with the amenities are definitely on point with the cost. We would stay but know that the price will only go up based on the growing demand of the area and the desire to have a grill.

Very quiet. Lots of dogs which is awesome. Very friendly people, never had an issue with anyone here. Used the pool all summer but they had issues staffing the life guards, some days they wouldn't even open which was a bummer.

Very helpful office staff. The few minor maintenance issues reported at move-in time were quickly fixed. The surroundings are very quiet. The distance of the apartment from the nearest parking made moving in a tiring process.

Very quite and peaceful. Parking can be an issue but usually works itself out. The only problem is people letting there dogs urinate and poop near the building, patios and flower beds and right by people windows. Beyond that it is an outstanding place to live, we'll worth the money!!!

The community is great. It's quiet and I feel safe. The management and maintenance staff are always there for you. I've lived here for 2 years and I've loved every second of it. I would recommend this apartment to all my friends.

THE COMMUNITY IS WELL TAKEN OFF VERY CLEAN ALL THE STAFF FREINDLY VERY PEACEFUL . OFFICE STAFF VERY HELPFUL AND PROFESSIONAL MAINTENANCE RESOLVES ISSUE ON TIME DEPENDING ON THE ISSUE .I PRETTY MUCH SATISFIED .THE ONLY LITTLE ISSUE IS NO PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION.

Overall was a good experience. However recent issues with adminstration and maintainence respnses have been anything but careless and terrible. I understand the flooding experience was not technically the property admin fault, but their crisis management needs a lot if improvement.

I absolutely love living On the Hill. Its quiet and beautiful. The process was made wuick and easy by staff especially my agent Dee Dee. The ammenities are fabulous. Having a pool and gym is great and even an area to wash your car.

Great place to live. I have had no issues with pests, the office maintenance staff are very responsive, the property upkeep is phenomenal and the apartment itself is in great shape. The only issue I see is the parking situation and the lack of outdoor bike racks.
