Why have you done nothing about the unsafe sidewalks and grounds that have caused numerous people injuries? Why did you allow an issue that you knew about to continue, almost catching the building of disabled people on fire knowing that the building is not set up to safely evacuate them? Why do you fail to fix anything fully and properly in the building full of disabled people? Why do you not care about the consistent, numerous safety concerns presented by numerous tenants in numerous units in the disabled building and surrounding buildings?

So far so good. The neighbors are polite the staff has been outstanding and even though I am not from Delaware this has been a great introduction . ! I will say the only issue has been not in place laundry which is totally fickle.

Staff is awesome -Diana H Apartment is huge lots of closet space , scenery is beautiful. Only negative is the parking there should be at least 1 designated space per unit . If you come home late you have to park far away from your place.

This community is very beautiful, most importantly it is very clean, no bugs, maintenance is very professional they fix everything in a timely manner you can leave a review after they are done, the community is very clean very pretty.

Very responsive office staff. Very clean apartment upon move in. Very professional. Parking available. Safe neighborhood. Laundry convenient. Quiet. Just moved in recently, so have not yet had chance to look at all the amenities.

So far so good. Haven't been able to get the full effect due to COVID19 Pandemic. Pool, gym and other amenities are limited. Staff usually very attentive. Heating and air conditioning needs updating to circulate evenly throughout the entire apartment

It has been wonderful thus far. The neighbors are quiet and respectful. The grounds are always clean and appear safe for kids and pets. I haven't have any problems with the staff. They are always very helpful.

My experience at Top of the Hill community has been great. I stayed in one bedroom apartment for more than an year and the facilities have been nice especially gas, water, centralized AC/ heating condition. Overall I would strongly recommend this to any one who are looking for proper residential and green community

Top of the hill is a safe, friendly, affordable community in north wilmington. The grounds are beautiful and the staff is fantastic. They have some really nice features that other communities don't offer, like amazon lockers for package deliveries and a community email forum that allows communication throughout the community

I think the community is very clean and well kept the neighbors are friendly and courteous the staff is outstanding the maintenance department is outstanding I feel very secure with most areas being welded I would certainly recommend top of the hill apartments to any friends or relatives that were looking for an apartment in the Wilmington area

So far everything has been great. Moving in was super easy. The apartments were clean and ready to go. Large spacious apartments, community is well maintained. There is laundry room in every building. Overall very happy with it so far.

No hassle whatsoever. Moved in the date that was scheduled. Everything in apartment is working. Building is quiet. Im sure i will be very comfortable during my stay at top of the hill. I would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to live

Terrible experience. Unit flooded after 3 days of moving in. Problems still aren't fixed even after visiting the office and being ensured they would handle it. Would not recommend leasing an apartment in this complex.

The management and maintenance staff are very responsive and courteous. This is most important when you are renting. There are some nice amenities here that also make things more convenient, like the car wash station & the athletic room.

Everything is great except parking is a nightmare and if you have any back or leg issues dont move in here i called top of the hill it shoul be top of tge steep mountain. I'm in decent health and to walk to my car I have to climb Mt Everest of a hill my legs and back are on fire from the steep walk daily
