It WAS very well run. There is still NO light for the walking path between building 2104 and 2106. That is a safety hazard. I have called to office in more than three occasions. Disappointed that it is still dark. This Fall will make an entire year that the path has been dark.

The fact that I've lived here since 1993 speaks for itself. A very peaceful and friendly community. The office staff has always been accommodating and the maintenance staff excellent. I have never had the desire to live anywhere else.

A very nice community, normally very quiet with a leading office/maintenance crew who are always ready to help. The neighbors are very nice and the apartments are well maintained. There are also a lot of perks, such as the gym and the pool.

Staff is very friendly. Upon entering our unit for the first time it was very dirty and had a lot of problems including air conditioning unit. Fixtures falling down. Maintenance had to be contacted first day regarding our issues. Not really something we wanted to have to deal with on moving day.

My experience here has been pleasant. The office staff and maintenance staff are all friendly, helpful and prompt when there is a problem. My children love the pool and playing in the creek. The playground is a nice activity for them, too.

***RUDEST MANAGEMENT - EXPECT A HEAVY BILL YOU OWE THEM AFTER MOVING OUT*** Management in top of the hill are least professional and very rude. They are so inconsiderate I even don't know where to begin. Firstly when a neighbor complains against you they don't even enquire the complain if its even you but there will be a notice sent to you with all threatening words. But they call their tenants like their family such a HYPOCRITES. Forget about your security deposit expect an unexpected bill that you owe them after you move out though you leave your apartment clean and tidy . Especially property manager CHRIS, she seriously needs a ethical course on how to speak to former tenants. I am glad I had to move out and no longer live in this no good apartment

I have not been here long, but I had a lot of stuff that needed to be done and it was fixed very quickly. The staff in the leasing office are very helpful in answering my questions and are responsive to my needs. There is never a lot of noise coming from other apartments, which I really like.

I've lived here for 3 years, and it's been a pleasant experience for the most part. In the very beginning, the agent I signed my lease with gave me one price, & said it included the trash fee. It didn't, so I was very annoyed when I got my first bill. Whenever I've needed something fixed, they usually handle it right away. The customer service of the front office staff has improved significantly over the years, which is great. The complex is pretty quiet. I haven't had any issues with noise. There are lots of families here. It's an older complex, but they keep it clean. Your electric bill will be high in the summer because the AC is old & takes so much to keep the Apt cool. Outside of those few things, it's a decent place to live.

Great place to call home! Everything you need is on property. Gym, pool, amazon hub (your package won't be stolen) and laundry in building. There are a lot of great shopping centers minutes away. If you have children the Brandywine school district is top notch, be sure to ask them about school choice.

Love everything except Panco's policybof charging existing residents over $1,000 to change apartments. This is the third time I have expressed my concern about this unfair and insulting practice and I still have not heard from management.
