The community is laid back and about as good as it will get anywhere. People who live here seem to keep to themselves which is great but are friendly when encountered or engaged in conversation which is great too. There are amenities on amenities here and all are scrupulously maintained by staff. There's not much more to say than this is as good as apartments get.

Great place to live. Apartments are almost soundproof. Grounds are maintained. Staff is excellent. Only wish they would remodel a couple of buildings to make them handicap assessable! I'd stay here forever!

I and my 2 sons moved here in 2017 and we are enjoying it very much. The office staff is very friendly, always, and if I need a repair or help with anything, it is always no problem for them. The l ocation is perfect and convenient to everything..The air conditioner stopped a few days ago and it was a hot day. I called and someone was at my door not five minutes later. I haven't needed help that many times but when Ido, it's never a problem and is handled quickly and the repair person is always friendly . This was a great choice for us and I reccomend it to everyone.

Move in was straight forward, and is the easiest when all the necessary information is provided acouple of days before before the move in. You may want to hire movers as that will make the moving experience alot easier depending on your available resources.

The staff here is very, very professional: helpful and responsive. They respond to requests in a very, very, very timely manner. The grounds are beautiful and kept so by the staff. It is a pleasure to live here.

This was good experience being at this apartments. Good community. Staff interacted very well. Management was good. It would be good with in-house washer/dryer. Parking was far from the apartment. Over all it was good with few pros & cons.

Love it here so far. The Staff are very responsive and the community here is inviting. The Neighbors and friendly and the environment is beautiful. They are really on top of lawn maintenance. Really great place to live.

This complex is in an excellent location. It has great staff, clean and maintained property, pet friendly, and overall great place to live. There are always crews maintaining the property and making sure it looks great.

The office staff at Top of the Hill are very friendly and helpful. Excellent communication and response time when searching for a unit and ultimately signing my lease. Maintenance is responsive, too. They resolved an appliance issue within 24 hours of my move-in. Well kept grounds with pretty landscaping. Overall, a quiet and pleasant community.

Overall, this has been a great place to live (although pricey). Typically maintenance is completed promptly and the staff are friendly. We have some VERY noisy neighbors, but that isn't something that can be helped. Having the pool is an awesome attraction here and it's very quiet!

Don't believe in what they say! Complete fraud. Never ever think of living here if you want a hassle free move out. The overall service is ok but they can't cheat somebody like that. I lived here for few months and they imposed a fine of around $700 upon moving out. They said its carpet damage and sent me some pictures. I am sure I am not responsible for those damages and also sure they would have given it that way. As a normal tenant, we usually give a glance to check if they are all good but don't inspect like a professional. Also if the carpet is damaged, it should show up atleast during vacuum but it never showed up and they sent me some picture saying that I damaged it and asked me to pay the amount. Again, I am sure they would have taken picture of some other apartment and sent me.

Excellent community, beautiful landscape, very safe and convenient to shopping centers and lot. Great apartment with great closet space. The few times l have had a maintenance issue, the maintenance person has arrived very quickly & the issue is fixed correctly the first time. The rental office staff are fantastic!!I have lived here for 2+ years & l would highly recommend Too of the Hill Apts as a wonderful place to live.

Top of the Hill Apartments is a beautifully maintained community with gorgeous landscaping, pool area & tennis courts. The apartments feature upgraded finishes in kitchen & bathroom, nice layouts & beautiful deck views.

This is a great place for single people or old people, not really good a good place for family. Walls are thin, I don't like loud music or party's, The Cops where call on my wife and my 2 year old, saying they was making to much noise while I was at work. You are better off getting a mortgage, for the price.

Lovely, quiet environment that is a hidden gem near to stores, banks, grocery stores and access to I 95. Quick response to service calls. Staff provides perks to residents throughout the year. Family and pet friendly.

This is a great community so far: The grounds are clean, the apartment is spacious and clean, and the maintenance is excellent. I would recommend this community to a friend. I have only been here 2 weeks, but I plan on staying here unless circumstances do not allow me to.

Excellent - except for the time one of the building's residents drove his car 30 years across the front lawn and into the apartment of another resident. I have never had anything but good experiences dealing with the front office. They are always responsive, friendly and turnover there is almost non-existent. Same the maintenance crew. The landscaping is excellent and expertly done. .

quiet, well-maintained. They deliver what they promise. This is not frequently seen with advertisements ... and even the tour. But this place is a well-kept secret that provides a nice environment and easy access to the highways.

Love this community. As a single woman I feel safe here. Maintenance work is always done quickly and correctly. The upkeep they provide is terrific. The response time is quick and the knowledge of the maintenance staff is great.
