I give 5 star "top of the hill" They keep up with landscaping, grounds always clean. After I report an issue, very fast fixing the problem. Leasing office staffs are kind and friendly. This community is clean and safe. I highly recommend.

This is the worst customer service I have ever received. The response from manager was very poor for current residents. I was told I can move to a 2 bed 2 bath apartment when it is available when I signed the lease. When I asked them when it is available they said I need to be in same apartment for 1 year for this I need to go to apartment office 4 times. I have few reasons to ask for apartment change as my mother is visiting this spring and can't find the parking slot. I would say Panco Management is poor.

Good Community to live in with Management team working very hard to ensure any concerns are met. Preferably parking space was alloted it could be much better since many buildings are not near the parking lot.

Best location so far, quiet community and friendly leasing staff. Minus is gym timings which is issue when you work hours is strict time based. If this is not a big concern these apartments are really quite well maintained communty

Community is great, staff is highly professional and polite, Maintenance is quick. Providing security guard at night for residents' safety is really great service. There is internal community website where residents can comment and share their thoughts such as if they are selling something or making an announcement which is unique.

The room quality and prices are okay and affordable. One of the best apartments in the area in terms of maintenance service that is provided to the residents. They always follow up after maintenance done which is excellent and satisfactory as a resident.

Awesome maintenance despite little old building. Good community and people. A lot of -------. Beautiful and plush green surrounding. Good amenities like gym, tennis, swimming pool. Gym is little small but sufficient as not much crowded usually.

I love living in this community. It is quiet and very well-maintained. the staff is highly responsive and the neighborhood has a very safe and secure feeling. I would highly recommend this community to anyone and in fact have.

Great staff. Very friendly, responsive, and accomodating. I would recommend to anyone. Great location and very quiet. Maintenane is very punctual and reliable as they will co.e to fix any problem at a moments notice.

I've lived at Top of the Hill for about 2 months now, and I really love it! I moved from PA, so Delaware is completely new to me, but I'm really happy so far. I live with my boyfriend in a one-bedroom, and we have plenty of space, the location is beautiful and close to everything we need. The office and maintenance staff are very accessible and very helpful when needed, and they really make an effort to make you feel like a valued resident.

I like it here so much that I moved to Delaware in 2006 cause of work and went to a 2 bedroom when Michael moved to Delaware in 2017. It's a great location for work and family. Getting to know all the new and old places in town.

Rental process was simple and staff was very helpful. Maintenance fixes issues quickly. Office open daily so you will always be able to contact someone. The rent price fluctuation when leasing is a bit odd. Quotes are only good for 48 hours.

It has been a very good experience staying in the community. The apartments are considerably sturdy and looks new. Space inside the apartment is huge and well maintained. Only regret is not having washer/dryer inside the apartments and community is not gated. Though, they have now security vehicle patrolling during the evening times. I would always recommend the place to anyone since it is one of the best places to stay in Delaware

Nice to stay within nearby groceries and 10 miles to Big malls. Prompt onsite maintenance with mostly on sameday fixation. Nice office staff and good yearly pool party in summer. I recommend this location to others.

Lived here for a few years & find it very relaxing to live here!! Friendly neighborhood, staff responsive to needs & communicative. Safe, quite area with nice amenities. Neighborhood is a mix of everything, young & old to families & singles. Everyone is respectful & great community feel!!

Great apartment in a great location. Nice pool and tennis court. Very green scenery surrounding the complex. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Convenient to I-95 and close to Bellevue State Park. Security guard patrols at night.

I recently moved to Topofthehill apartments in Delaware. I like the way Management office employees communicate with the residents and how they take care of any complaints if exists. They take complaints seriously and respond to them in a timely manner. Also, the community maintains the surroundings clean and I see security personnel take rounds at the community at certain timings.

A very safe community where many people are found walking around even during the night hours. The community is relatively quiet, there is not much going on. However, the management is very nice and is good at supporting the living experience.

It is a pleasure living here. The staff is quite pleasant and very respectful. The residents are also very polite. The grounds are kept very well which and that allows my exercise of walking to be a joy.

They have a quick response to maintenance requests, in my experience. It has a good convenient location. Things are generally pretty quiet. There are not enough recycling containers for an apartment complex this size.

Great so far, problems are resolved quickly and the pool is really nice. I wish it were open earlier and later in the season, past labor day. I thought barking dogs would be annoying but the walls and floors are thick and cant really hear anyone else. Already recommended place to one of my work friends to live here.

The USP of this apartment is promptness they show on maintenance or service requests. It would lease more if they provide in unit washer and dryer and landscape is improved along with installing locks at entrance of the apartment so that intruders are kept away.
