Overall it's a nice community to live in. Following are some of the pros and cons of it that I would like to share based on my stay here for almost 2 years now. Pros: - Landscaping - Neighborhood - Maintenance staff and turnaround - Residents Cons: - Pricing - Condition and usability of some of the facilities - Parking (finding one could be a challenge at times depepending on where your apartment unit is located)

I would highly recommend living here. Efficient and fast maintenance if needed. They answer around the clock 24 7. Management office staffs are very helpful, professional and courteous. Property is clean and updated.

Quiet community and the staff are friendly and willing to help. When I first moved in, I suffered from noise from neighbor (I could hear my neighbors conversation from my bedroom) so I requested to switch to another apt. The staff helped a lot during the internal transfer process. Special thanks to Kerlene.

Love the apartment. After a lot of searching, I settled on this apartment in Wilmington. The view from my porch is something I love waking up to every morning. I would continue to stay here if I were to renew my lease.

Safe, family environment. The pool , tennis court and exercise room are nice features. Always see many children out, riding bicycles, and playing on the playground. There are also many people that walk their dogs

I have just moved in to the property but experience till now has been really great. It's a wonderful property with a thriving community. I love how close to nature the property is while maintaining the comforts. The leasing process was a breeze and the team here is super helpful. Will recommend this to anyone in the area

Top of the Hill Apartment Complex is a Jewel in the midst of Wilmington DE. The Buildings, the landscaping, the contemporary style apartment are really beautiful. It is like living in a Resort. And the Office always helps with any request. One such extraordinary kindness was done by one of the gentlemen, whereby he picked up some medicine I needed when I could not do so myself. I have loved living here.

Top of the Hill has great staff. Amber is amazing. Kerlene and Dawn are also very helpful as well. The property is beautiful. The parking is a bit challenging but overall I have really enjoyed my stay. The professionalism of the staff and the amenities are great and they di have special events for residents that show they appreciate us. Also, the cost isn't bad. Great place!

Every day we get to enjoy nature too close like birds buzzing , squirrels running around and lot of greenery and this is near to corporate offices and near to high way and all other groceries. Very much recommended to any one looking out

Can't describe how lucky I feel to chose this community when I first landed in the country 2 years ago. The locality is very safe, neighbors are awesome and the office staff including maintenance is very professional, courteous and efficient - always willing to go out of the way to help.

Nice, quiet area, great maintenance staff, and management staff. Always immediately respond to any maintenance requests. Conveniently close to 95. There is not central lighting in the bedroom & living room -- have to buy lamps.

It is good so far. Maintenance is fast! The community is good. I just feel there is less light on the roads but that's not an issue if you won't be coming home late. Finding a good parking spot is a struggle, I wish I could just reserve on near my apartment.But overall I like staying here!

I like living here office and maintenance people are all very caring and friendly , makes it a nice place to live The grounds are always well maintained inside and out. I have not had any problems I would recommend top of the hill to anyone looking for an apartment . This is a very nice place to live convenient and the other residents are nice.

The Move in process was fast and easy. There is a lot of space in the hallways making it possible to get everything situated easily. The staff made it the best experience possible. From the start they were kind, efficient and reliable.

I like how this community is quiet and the people seem nice I enjoy how spacious the rooms are. The office staff is very friendly to talk to and they do address your concerns right away. This is what most tenants are looking for.

Good except for security. Friendly neighbours. Decent maintained tennis courts . safety wise needs some improvement. might become a gated would be a great place to live.

The apartment maintanance staffs work very hard and solve problems quickly. They are the reason I renewed my lease for 5 years. the apartment is very recommendable to friends. Only thing would be resolve the residence only parking problem.

It is a very clean and safe place to come to everyday after work. The facility is maintained and kept at a top level. Everyone in the office is very helpful at the most minor to major things to help you out.

This is a wonderful community to live in. Every time I go into the office, the staff is always happy to see me; I feel like family. The location is beautiful and well maintained, and it is extremely convenient to the train station, which I use to get to work. I couldn't be happier living here!

The apartment complex is older but well maintained. The staff are friend and very helpful with concerns. The grounds are well maintained and accessible to many stores, schools, churches etc.. I've been here for almost 3 years.

Top of the Hill complex is a quiet, safe, well taken care of community. The property management is pro-active when it comes to maintenance both inside and outside of the apartment. The grounds are safe and well cared for and there is a beautiful pool and small workout room available for tenants.
