Nice place to live
I lived in this apartment complex for about 1.5 years. I was luck to select an apartment that was facing east and since the Apartment was on the hill, The delaware river was on the horizon. <br>I liked the fact that heat and gas was included in the rent. The laundry facilities were adequate and security non existent. There were a few incidences that had happened in the parking lot (cars being broken into) and occasionally unmarked police cars monitored and staked out the parking lots. <br>The apartment had a very nice pool and the area it was located at was very nice and pleasing to the eye. Close to shopping as is all of north wilmington. <br>There was a community car wash area, each apartment had a balcony and grilling was allowed on the balcony. <br>I enjoyed my stay there.

Excellent
I found Top of The Hill to be one of the best-managed apartment complexes I´ve lived in. The apartment I lived in was clean, everything worked, and the soundproofing was quite good. The grounds were attractive, and the staff were friendly and responsive.
