Top of the Hill Apartment is really a nice and cozy place to live. The management staffs are so nice and helpful! I had several minor issue and raised the work order online, and they sent someone and fixed immediately, efficient and professional. If they cannot fix some appliance, they even order a new model for you, it's really friendly living place.

Top of the Hill apartments has been a pleasant change compared to many apartments I have stayed in Delaware. Their ambiance and service are great. My only complaint would be about the parking spaces available, but other than that it has been great staying here.

Very friendly neighborhood. I talk to my neighbors all the time and everyone I talk to is very happy here. I had a leak under my sink and the maintenance guy took care of it the next day. I will be here as long as I stay in USA, Also would recomend to my friends

Great community to live in, Located in beautiful location with great view. Wonderful staff, they helped me in finding the right apartment and were very thorough in explaining all the lease clauses that helped me in picking the right lease duration and size of apartment. Quick responses to any maintenance issues and all of them were fixed within a day.

I am a current resident at Top of the hill. It is really a peaceful adobe for the entire residents and top of the hill team makes it further wonderful. Be it maintenance or any other issues, leasing office is always there and very receptive and friendly.

Top of The Hill is comfortable, safe and I appreciate the staff & maintenance crew quality of service. They are all friendly and do their best to make your home feel like home! The grounds and pool are always clean and nicely kept. Oh and the cookies!

This is a nice building its old but they updated the kitchen.. When you call for service they are there ASAP! Also the maintenance staff are all very,very nice and extremely helpful.. We been here almost 5 years we have nice keep the grounds very nice in the summer with beautiful plants and green grass,,,the pool area always clean nice with life guards, Its a nice place pricey needs to Modernized a little more the apartments. overall its nice.

I have moved in to the community in November, with in the little that I have seen, it's been a very pleasing experience, friendly staffs, highly responsive & pleasant Maintainence team. Just an example during the snow fall few days back they did a phenomenonal job to keep the roads to use.

So far the experience has been quite good. The location is perfect. Close to work and also the train station. Also, very close to groceries and general shopping. Also, the maintenance staff has been very prompt in fixing an issue we had.

I just can't say enough about the kindness of everyone and the professionalism shown here. This is truly a well run, well cared for complex, and it is a pleasure to live here. The grounds and buildings are well cared for. There is always something going on to bring an improvement to keep the complex up to date and safe. Each time I have needed maintenance it has been prompt and cheerfully and correctly completed.

All jobs are always done in a timely manner. Home straightened up. The maintenance department is one of the best around. The office staff is always coming up with something for vhf the tenants. They are all quite friendly and work beside you in everything you do.

I moved here in September 2013. Maintenance comes right away and the Grounds Director will meet and spend time with you about questions or concerns, but you sometimes have to keep after them to get more costly things done. This complex was recommended by two service professionals. There is turnover. It is a friendly multicultural complex. The bottom units near the creek unds are nicely landscaped and most areas are well kept. The complex is pet friendly and almost all of the tenants with dogs are responsible pet owners. The complex is in a quiet area, yet very close to shopping, services, medical care and the highways. Parking can be a problem in some areas. the unit well inside and around your building at different times of the day and on different days to make sure the unit meets your needs. Talk to your future neighbors to find hout if there are any issues.

Good maintenance, good landscaping, buildings in good condition, good overall management. Outstanding overall. Number of parking spaces increased by making them smaller, too small in my opinion. Nicer to have 2 washers 2 dryers per building.

Excellent community and the management is super fast in attending to service complaints! Very quite, clean and safe neighborhood in Wilmington Delaware. They also allow pets without any size restrictions.

They are an ok apartment.Except when I moved in I found a lot of things had broken.The staff were really nicew before we moved in and one day I had called to talk to them about power outage the lady on the phone was notpleasant.They need to be genuine pleasant before and after the move.

I have lived here for over 10 years. I can't imagine renting anywhere else. Recently I got the itch and started looking at other apartments in the area and none of them compared to what Top of the Hill offered. The other apartment complexes were stating they were luxury but couldn't even come close to the quality at Top of the Hill. Every time I put in a maintenance ticket the worker was always professional and with the exception of maybe having to order a part always gets the job done in a timely manner and right the first time. They don't try to duct tape problems, they replace the item if it needs it. I can't say enough about the awesome staff that is in the main office. They have always been truly caring, thoughtful and on top of everything. I've never really had to deal with the managers, but mainly because the secretaries seem to always have/get what I need. The upgrades that they have done over the years have been wonderful, making this place even greater. They added a vacuum to the car wash area, the work out room is now included for a one time fee, now all they need is a rental area for guests to have parties. Next time you go shopping for apartments, you would be smart to review other locations and then stop here last, you will see the difference and sign immediately. After living here for over 10 years there have only been 3 crime issues the entire time and Top of the Hill has addressed them for the residents immediately. They are very transparent and open. I would strongly suggest visiting after 7pm to review parking around the building you are looking at and then choose which apartment you want based on the amount of cars/parking spots, some buildings have great parking options and others don't. Also, some buildings require a bit of a hike to get to and I would remember this as you have to move all your stuff in/and eventually out. You couldn't' find a better place in Wilmington to rent.

Overall I have been very satisfied with Top of the Hill Apartments. The staff and maintenance crew are friendly and quick to give you a call back whenever you have questions. There were some problems on moving day and the office staff sprung into action fixing the problem and made sure I was happy with the new accommodations. There has been one ceiling leak that maintenance has not been able to fix yet but we keep calling them about it. We'll see if that ever gets fixed. A great place to live for people moving into the area with a young family. Lots of safe areas to walk outside and kids playing.
