So far so good. I really like it here. The staff are very friendly and helpful as well as my neighbors. It's a very well kept property. I haven't used the pool or fitness center yet but, I look forward to both.

We have lived in TOTH for 3 years; and each and every day was worth living. Choice of TOTH was natural because of the quality of apartments and the scenic landscape it offered apart from the quite atmosphere away from hustle bustle of traffic. It is a shame that; I had to move because of my work location change - else there was no reasons for me not to continue for decades. Delaware was my seventh state in US; I lived so you would assume that I have seen and surved multiple communities and socities. TOTH by all yardstick should fall in the top 5 of the units I have lived and surveyed across the US; Nothwithstanding the quality of Units - the maintenance staff is exeptional; hope there was an alphabet ahead of A; to rate them because they are much beyond A . The leasing center has the best professionals you would see; however I would reserve my comments for Kerlene Bradley (not to say others are not exceptional ; they sure are; but for the very fact that I hardly interacted with anybody); because all throughout my stay; somehow whenever I felt the need to contact them over phone or in person; in my entire 3 years of stay - I happen to always land up with her. Right from the time; we came as "Future Residents" from the time I relunctantly handed over the keys it was She who took care of us - Absolutely exceptional. I would be glad if I find someone even half as good as her over here in my new state Georgia. Last but not the least; I was so delighted custiomer that I recommended as many as 6 of my fellow company colleague and each one of them "Thanked" me for finding them a place they can call "HOME'. Agreed; you can find an apartment probably few $ cheaper than TOTH or may be closer to shops or may be closer to your office; but it is worth paying those extra $ or may be drive a mile or two longer to enjoy TOTH. You would be missing a lot if you do not stayed or intend to stay here. Only thing TOTH should improve is to build a case with local authorities and get a bus stop in the vicinity because then they would open the gates for even those immigrants to live who are first timer in the Country and would take a while to get a CAR. In simple terms my ratings are as per below. Apartment, Quality, Community : A Maintenance: A Front Office Staff: A We are already missing TOTH here in Atlanta .

It's a nice quiet place. There aren't too many units, which is good - enough parking spots for everyone and not too crowded. The only two negatives, if at all, I can think of are:1. Stores like Target and Walmart and the nearest mall are 4-5 miles away. 2. The compound is not that well lit. It's a little off the main road and there's no bus stop nearby. But I hardly think they count as drawbacks given the kind of horror stories you read about apartments these days. Staff and maintenance team are friendly and very helpful. I would give Top of the Hill 2 thumbs up for my year long stay here

I just moved here in July, 2013 and I must say it is nothing like what I anticipated. I should not even have to write a bad review but I am unhappy and only been here two months. My first issue is that I pretty much was sold on moving here because when I came to visit I liked the black appliances in the kitchen. I made myself perfectly clear that I wanted all black appliances. I was shown a model but the apartment I was given has white appliances. I keep being told that they are waiting on the order. Each time I have to call them, they do not follow through with me on this. I was called frequent prior to moving here, but as of yet I haven't even been asked about my move here. They all knew we moved here from out of state and never bothered to even call to ask how are we adjusting which sucks. They have poor air circulation in the vents which makes mold in the master bathroom. The maintenance recently "patched up" but I believe this will be an ongoing issue. I was told to get a fan and keep my bedroom open. Also every morning when I go in my kitchen I find a mysterious puddle of water by my stove. I was told my maintenance that it was condensation from when the apartment gets hot. I was informed to leave my kitchen window open and that problem exists in all of the units. I was told that the heat and gas was free, yet I was surprised with a small fee on my rent. I DO NOT like surprises so all of these things is what I discovered after the fact. I don't appreciate that they were not forthcoming about that. The laundry unit sucks with a large space with nothing but one washer and one dryer for the whole building. They have plenty of space to add two more and even a folding table. They recently took away all of the decorative awnings on each building saying nothing to tenants so that was strange. They do seem to try to bring tenants together having poolside socials, however the tenants stay to themselves. I cannot even play my music during the day because one of my neighbors complained to management. So I can say I will not be renewing my lease. I am sure when they read this they will know which tenant which I do not care. They should try to be truthful and not sell and idea to prospective tenants in the future!

Top of the Hill is quite and scenic community. it has been well maintained and well organised. Security is an important factor and that needs to be more enhanced. Overall its a good place to stay in.

Top of the Hill is a quiet, peaceful complex with clean nicely kept grounds. The staff is always attentive and quick to react to any maintenance needs both inside and outside. They are also very family friendly with events and activities for your children

I returned to TOH after 4 years. I am completely satisfied with the Apartment, the grounds and the office and maintenance staff. Everyone is friendly and willing to help with any issue that comes up.

A Very Nice Area. But Ive Been Living Here Since November And My Car Was Broken Into And Had Things Stolen. Always Lock Your Doors! The Staff Is Very Nice Up Until You Sign The Lease. Once The Lease Is Signed Your Gonna Get A Lot Of Fake Smiles && Sarcastic Remarks. The Apartments Them Selves Are Very Nice And Spacious Didn't Have Any Problems During The Winter But Once Summer Hit It Was Down Hill From There. Air Condition And The Vents Are Old I Used it for the month of June and I had to literally blast it to feel any cool air at all due to the old vents. My Electric Bill Went From About 80$ A Month To 250$ For That Month Of June. Invest In Fans For The Summer. Also Severe Bug infestation during summer, they seem to do nothing about. The Apartments And Experience Is OVERLY PRICED. Not Worth The 1200$ in Rent Each Month. I Will Not Be Renewing My Lease Here And Hope Who Ever Reads This Doesn't Sign. You Can Get More For Your Money And Not Have To Worry If Your Car Is Unsafe, rude && snide remarks from staff And Much More That Isn't Worth Paying For.

The community is nice....

The community is nice. The buildings are a little older and the stairways are not always well cleaned. However, the staff is very nice, rent is reasonably priced. This is a nice complex for a single person or young couple.

I've been really pleased. The staff and residents of TOTH are welcoming, friendly, and family-oriented. The apartment is spacious and the amenities are nice. I've actually been amazed by how quiet it is here and I love all of the blooming and green space!

I was fond of the atmosphere until someone hit my parkedcar on 8/18 and didn't leave a note. Then I learned that there are no cameras. Also, after flushing the toilet in the main bedroom it hisses for hours. I have to lift the back and put my hand in there and move the ball to stop it. It's been doing that since I moved in. I thought it would eventually stop but it hasn't and may have even gotten worse. Lastly, the math that is used to calculate owings drives me crazy. I'm a pretty smart woman and I know how to count, but the way you guys do your math is very tricky and of course to your benefit. :-( Everything else is fine, the quietness, the apartment design I love.

I am very fond of my...

I am very fond of my apt. complex. First, they allow dogs. Which I had two and now I have one. The grounds are meticulous. There are lots of trees and landscaping which I enjoy. I am a nature lover and so is the dog. The staff are very friendly to me and to my dog. They know all the tenants and truly care that you are comfortable.

I was a tenant for three years and only recently moved due to a relocation to Chicago. Both the front office and the maintenance people are great to work with, always courteous, professional and very responsive. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this complex. The grounds are well kept, the pool is very clean, plenty of parking but you may need to walk depending on your building. People are generally friendly and it's a pet friendly community. The only downside is that the air conditioning unit should be upgraded.

I don't think you really want me to comment on this subject. Although, for the most part, the maintenance (with an exception) is very nice and thorough. Oh, the laundry room is filthy and needs a good painting, need bigger washer and dryer. What's with the table in the room, too cold in the winter and too hot in the summer. THAT'S ALL FOLKS.

I have been living at the Top of the Hill Apartments for the past two years and have been very pleased. The office staff are always very helpful and friendly. Maintenance staff keep the complex in good shape and are very responsive whenever you need anything done.
