This community is very well kept and everyone is friendly. The landscaping is really nice and it's like a community to walk around. The apartments are quiet and spacious and clean. It seems like the neighbors look out for one another. Glad we chose to live here!

I really like top of the hill. Safe area to live and very dog friendly. Dog walking areas, with clean up stations. Very close to grocery store. I wish each apartment had its own washer and dryer but each building does.

I have found the staff to be helpful, the community quiet and friendly. The building and unit well maintained and the apartment is the best unit I have ever rented. It is the best value for the money in the area and I am very happy with my decision!

Nice place to live in. Good maintenance with good staffs.Easy access on all shopping needs as they are very close by and some good restaurents around.Amenities are accessible as and when needed and properly maintained.

The staff is friendly and helpful. It is evident that everyone cares about the tenants and the property. It is well maintained. The atmosphere is quiet. I love that it is dog friendly. The amenities are nice. They add nice little touches like a gift wrap station in the office.

I like this community it's close to major highways an convenience yo our daily routines the staff is great and always on top of things Amber at the Lease office always make sure my service request or any other request get taking care of 1st thing the next day or even same all work hard to keep us happy here!

Very well maintained, beautiful grounds and friendly staff. The location is very convenient as it is in close proximity to shopping and restaurants. Summer is the best since the pool is awesome. I highly recommend Top of the Hill!

great society with clean n quite surrounding . Staff is humble n easy approachable. But shopping places are far ,nothing within 1 mile. no covered parking which I miss during snow. blah blah blah blah

Well kept grounds and apartments. The staff is exceptional and makes an extended effort to assist you in every way. The rooms are larger than new apartmen's and the community is very active. There are many long term residents.

The community is very nice and well maintained. The maintenance staff and Office staff are very good and prompt in action. I had spent around 1.6 years did not faced any issue. They have a common Laundry facility which is within the same apartment. The connectivity is very good for I95 in both directions.

We just moved to this community..it has nice spacious rooms with good closet space..only it's difficult to properly utilize kitchen closet space.they have floor length windows ..maintainance service is quick..community is nice to live in..

Its a safe, friendly location. The apartments are spacious and the floor plan is ok. It is Close to the major interstates, shopping and restaurants. It is pet friendly, has a great pool and fitness facility. Office and Maintenance staff are awesome!

The difference at Top of the Hill is their maintenance team. They're fast and they do it right the first time. Most apartment communities are comparable in cost and square footage, so maintenance is the biggest difference maker. When things break, and they will, how quick will it get fixed? Top of the Hill's team are quick, courteous, and reliable.

Except for this issue i have loved living here. I have been happy here. I like where the complex is located. i like that you can have pets. I like that they have a three bedroom model. I enjoy the pool and the gym.

Maintenance guys are great. The lady in the office are sweet and friendly. They are all super helpful. And the grounds guy is nice enough to leaf blow leaves off my patio. I love the fact that top of the hill is super pet friendly. I feel at home here!

Quite and safe, great staff. They give very detail information about this community, they even provide neighborhood information, like shopping location, restaurant location. They just make life so convenient here. By the way, it is right beside I95, can easily go to work.

I have lived in this community for a few years, including another apartment in the same complex. Very helpful office staff and responsive maintenance crew. Very convenient location. Would highly recommend this complex.

I moved in, in May and so far everything has been great! The staff at the office are friendly and very helpful. The Maintenance crew has always be courteous and completed anything that I may of requested in a timely manner without leaving a mess of any kind.

Good. I just wished there were lights in the rooms. Otherwise the community seems nice and the area is pretty quite and good nature. The pool and tennis courts are nice but the gym is very small and doesnt have enough equipment. I also wish parking was a but ore convenient.

We have a friendly and pleasant experience staying in TOH. Feels like a second home though we are living miles and seas away from the real home. Very great maintenance staff addressing any issues in the apartment very fast.

Very nice apartment. Very good place to stay. Nicely maintained and very clean interior and exterior of the apartment. Staffs are also friendly and nice. Market and shops are also close to the apartment.
