In my time living in this apartment ,I never faced any issue in reaching the team, neither in weekdays nor weekends.They are communicative , responsive. Whenever I reach them for a problem , they address it immediately. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for apartments.

The apartments are nice are well organized. Except for distance between apartment and parking, I would rate this apartment 5 stars. The location is also good, in the middle lush green park. I would recommend this apartmen.

I love the area because it is neatly tucked away from the public and there is a park right across from our apartment. I dislike the apartment because lately they have not resolved any of the maintenance issues I have submitted to them. It's always some good excuse they tell you but dont follow through. Our washer and dryer in our building has been broken for a month now. I have kids and it's a big inconvenience to have to go to the next unit or the laundry mat to wash. Also the heating and cooling system sucks! I already pay over 1500 a month in rent and the electricity bill is high because the apartment is insulated poorly. Very much overpriced for what you get!! The location however is great.

Everyone is really quiet around us with not a lot of interaction, but you can't choose your neighbors. Maintenance has been very quick to fix all needs. Parking is not the best since it is first come first serve. Haven't been too happy about the consistent increase in rent price and the trash fee every year. The pool is nice and the fitness center is okay, but the equipment is not maintained so it works half the time.

Highly attentive staff, apartment is spacious and very clean on day of move in. Maintenance responds immediately to all requests. The pool is newly renovated. The fitness center is limited (may consider membership elsewhere). No issues and no complaints

It's been a week since I moved in & I thank the leasing office staff for a hassle free move. Everything was informed timely and constant follow up so that I don't miss anything. All my queries were answered in time. The staff was helpful to me in deciding the apartment and multiple visit to flats. Apart from that the community is just beautiful. The greenery and environment around makes it worth living. The rooms are spacious and the design is very good. There is prompt response to the query you raise in case you face any issues in apartment services. The society is family friendly and it's a blend of many people all around the world making it a great place to live!.

Nice community and little noise from neighbors. Gym needs more space for the apartments and parking needs little more space . The water drains needs to upgraded seems needs to call every week. But I like the apartment anyway.

This is a nice, quiet community with lots of families and friendly neighbors. The apartments are clean and in great condition upon move-in and the staff and maintenance work hard to make living here an enjoyable experience. Michael moved to DE so we got the 2 bedroom. We like the area but it seems that they other renters have a little attitude adjustment to make. Yelling bad words for crossing the street. Oh well it's close to work and is gas which I love. Too bad they had to tack on a $10 fee for trash but sometimes the way people just pile it out of dumpster when they aren't full is beyond me. I had my one bedroom in 2006! So I know it's changed.

Moving in was great, office staff was kind and courteous. As soon as we ran into a problem the office staff and maintenance could not have been ruder or more dismissive. Maintenance believes they can leave your apartment in any state. They won't clean up behind themselves and treat your issue as if it doesn't not matter.

So far everyone has been friendly, service requests are handled very quickly, even for little projects. Grounds are kept clean and maintained daily. I love the creek and the trails near the apartments. There is a car cafe center and there are always dog bags in stock

It's a nice community. I like the place. Management is really good. Move in process was very smooth and even docu sign for the lease is very easy to use. Though the apartments are little farther from the grocery stores, other advantages outweigh.

Just moved in. Experience so far has been exceptional. There have been some maintenance issues but they were handled quickly and efficiently. Everyone is courteous and friendly. Great place to live. Definitely made the right choice.

We love it here so much! The staff are absolutely incredible and as soon as we met with Dawn from leasing we knew we wanted to live here. The property is gorgeous and seriously well maintained and we absolutely adore our apartment. We won't be moving anytime soon!

I have been living in this rental community for almost 5 years, simply because I enjoy so much and so many things here. This is a huge community, each building structure has a style, not just a box like so boring. Plus they are on a rolling hill, different elevation also add a lot of character, as well as privacy. Landscape was beautifully maintained and crew are very courtesy and responsive toward your request or repairs. You can simply log in to explain your problem and someone will take care of it within 2 business days if it is non emergency. The swimming pool is large and spacious, again beautifully maintained, not easily found even in nearby swimming clubs. The best part is not many people use it during the summer, as lots of renters here are young professionals without kids. When I finally moved out, they are very reasonable on how clean the apartment should be, has no intention trying to squeeze you more money out of your deposit. No doubt they deserve the reputation as an upscale, private and quiet rental place, Plus full of characters and amenities. I am happy to live such a nice rental place when I first relocated to Wilmington.

Wonderful Location. Calm, Peaceful, secured, Good Service. I love staying here. Staffs are very Professional. The apartment view is amazing and noise-free. Balcony/Patio is very good.
