Friendly staff, spacious and gorgeous Apartments, safe community. Great up keep of apartment grounds. Nice pool area. There is always parking for cars. Close to stores and shopping malls. Everything in close proximity

Quiet, peaceful and clean Staff was ready when I arrived . the transfer was very smooth and the staff made me feel comfortable. The information given to me about the overall living in their apartment was a good touch, and I feel like if there are any issues, I feel I can talk with management.

Very nice place and everything is accessible within few mins. Staff is cooperative and nice people. Maintenance staff people are nice. Car parking is nightmare and get hit by someone. Apartment prices are high and lease renewal % is higher compare to other apartments

Top of the Hill is a quiet community. It's set back in a natural setting with trees, a creek and paths to walk. Rarely needs maintenance but when you do, they are quick, effective and friendly. The office staff are always friendly. Laundry room in each building. There's a gym and pool as part of the ToH community. It's located far enough away from everything for quiet but close to highways for convenience.

The good: Location! Close to local stores, parks, and 95 access. The grounds are beautiful. The bad: Security, my Door lock is a joke. Repairs are difficult. Parking's rare. Waters over chlorinated....

Its good to live. All units must be renovated. Parking can be improved with some new layout if possible infront of every building. It is tough to carry all the items from parking space to their own buildings.

Lovely ambience; great environment for families with kids ;functional amenities like pool, tennis courts, gym, laundry, parking etc within community ; close to I-95 short drive to shopping, good schools, parks.

Nice community. Parking is a pain and out of unit laundry is a pain . Clean apartments though. Some things in the apartment were worn. For example dishwasher rack was rusted tot he point where rust flakes were coming off onto our dishes. No lighting in apartment had to go lamp shopping our first night. Overall not bad compared to other places in the area. However price is high as well

Very nice. Well maintained and quite. Staff is very helpful. Always see maintenance out and about taking care of property. Nice fitness room. Pool and car wash. Nearby neighborhood and state park. Moved here from less then five miles away and the difference is like night and day.

I really like it here at Top of the Hill. I come home from work at 9pm and I feel safe getting to my apartment. The grounds are well kept. The staff is friendly and willing to help with any problem. The surrounding area is nice.

Great, all-inclusive value with grips management. I am paying the same rate as my old apartment with 33% more space and multiple amenities included in rent: gym, pool, Amazon shopping hub, tennis courts, and jungle gym. It's also very close to all major highways in the area as well as restaurants, grocery stores and such.

I moved to this complex in 2010 along with my sister; she had a unit just around the corner from me. Her son and daughter often came over when they wanted me to fix their gadgets, and I'd ride my bike with my niece on her scooter. I had that funny feeling when I first went to check the place out, but a former leasing agent, Melanie, really put my sister and me at ease; Melanie really gave me some great tips on how to decorate my apartment and make it a nice one. I moved to a Newark complex the following year where I have been for 10 years because I wanted cheaper rent. I am considering coming back to Claymont or Talleyville

Super safe community. It is surrounded by trees and literally looks like it is in the middle of a park. The neighborhood is safe. The people living within the community are respectful and the apartment floors are concrete so there is minimal noise from upstairs neighbors

The complex is clean, maintenance staff is courteous and helpful. Our apartment is a great size for us plus our pets. We love that it is pet friendly and there is plenty of space for us to walk our dog.

The winding little creek dividing Wilmington from Claymont is my favorite little get away allowing an almost claming cathartic to ??hear in those moments as waters cascade and trickle in their dance to the Sea

Office staff are very professional yet personable. Amber and Dee were very helpful during my tour, application process and on move in day. My apartment is nice and spacious. I am very pleased with my move and I am looking forward to taking advantage of the fitness center and pool this summer.
